I must say this place is UNDERSTAFFED tonight. I've been waiting 1 hour for my small pizza. Don't COME ON A WEDNESDAY 6-7 PM.. It shouldn't take 1 hour for pizza to be made! I just asked the Manager about my order and she said it will be right out... It's been 15 MINUTES! It's not even packed in here. This place is pretty big in size compared to most Chuck E Cheese's I've been to, but I'll say maybe 15% of the games were out of commission, which is disappointing in a place like this. The pizza was actually pretty decent, they brushed some sort of garlic butter on the crust that gave it that added flavor. But one of the celery sticks they served to our party still had dirt on it--as if it hadn't even been washed/rinsed off--gross. read more

It's ok. Haven't been here in years, a bit sticky, stopped by for the nieces. They need more employees wiping stuff down. When we finally got a sit we had to flag someone down to wipe it, and then wait for them to come and actually do it. They probably need to hire more people. They take a long time to bring the food, over an hour! They also had the charger unit to the bumper cars open for over an hour, I seen multiple kids trying to play with it. Another reason to have more employees... more employees means more eyes on kids who don't have parents watching them! Looks dangerous to me. I went to Chuck E Cheese and it's been the first time since before Covid. They have a new system in place and I hate it. No more tokens and tickets. Now you have to buy a card. You can either pay to have unlimited games for a certain amount of time or points. I chose points because this was a very different experience and I wasn't sure how it was going to go. It was not great. You're supposed to tap your Chuck E Cheese card and to play each game. I am no stranger to tapping a credit card and it's supposed to be the same. However, the machines suck. I had to tap multiple times and sometimes I would end up having additional points taken from the card. It was extremely frustrating. I realized early on that I hated the new system so decided to get a refund on the other cards. I had spent $112 for cards. Well, the person who claimed to be the manager said that's fine. I did offer to pay and keep one card since I had already started using it. She was like well I'll have to refund all of it and then just do a new transaction for the card you started. I said okay. Then another person came out claiming they were the manager. She's like we don't do refunds for point cards. We'll do it this once, but never again. Here's the thing. How would they have refunded me if I would have chosen time cards instead of point cards. I imagine I would have just been assed out. Take in mind there's no signage anywhere that says no refunds. There were other issues as well. When we first arrived at around 11:00, there were almost no customers but us. They had multiple members of staff present, but I had to wait for about 15 minutes to pay for the stupid cards. When I asked for a refund. Same problem. It took about 15 minutes to get someone's attention and I was the only one at the counter. One of the skeeball machines didn't have all the balls, it took about 10'minutes to get someone's attention to fix that issue. The card saves your reward points in place of the tickets that you used to get. It took like 15 more minutes to get someone's attention for my kids to pick a prize. The attendant actually left us in the middle of prize selection so she could check people at the entrance and exit. Take in mind, there were almost no customers and like four employees that I saw in the building. Overall, it was just a bad experience but if you choose to go just remember to choose point cards instead of time cards because you'll spend more of your time trying to get the games to take your card than you'll actually spend playing the games. read more

I went on a whim with my friend and her kids on a Thursday night. I signed up on their app for their E-club/rewards system and got a free personal pizza loaded almost immediately to my account. Arrived and used my coupon but was asked when I signed up which I thought was a little strange because why should it matter? Had I signed up the same day would I not be able to use it? Ordered a side of fries and 20 minutes later both items arrived. Thankfully the pizza was free because I cannot fathom why ANYONE would pay $10 for a personal pizza that is flat as a cracker. This location is cleaner than most but a lot of their games doesn't work that day I was there for some reason. Chuck E. Cheese has down graded since I was a kid. But it makes my kids happy to go even though the prizes are not so great. I like the idea of getting stamped when entering and showing the stamp when you exit. My experience at this restaurant was absolutely disturbing. I, a dinosaur, feel absolutely assaulted by the employees, animatronics, and customers. First, one of your PREPOSTEROUS employees did not answer me over phone, so i had to WALK to Chuck E. Cheese by myself. As you probably know, my dinosaur legs cannot walk that length without tiring out or feeling fatigue. As soon as i entered the restaurant, i immediately charged towards the front counter, ready to let your employees have a piece of my mind. Not only did i feel unwelcome, but it seemed like they already KNEW what i was here to do. My food took about 40 minutes to arrive & it was very cold, it didn't taste like I remember it tasting back in the days. Careful w the machine that counts the tickets, It's a scam! I noticed if you put more than 2 tickets at a time it will not count it towards the amount that is displayed on the screen. Big issue that needs to get fixed. My son has been robbed at least 50 tickets. Another issue are the tables not being cleaned properly or the condiments. Change needs to occur here ASAP. read more

We had went out with friends this morning at 11 for lunch. The restaurant was clean, smelled like pizza, so it's good there. We placed an order for two pizzas. In our party we had 4 young kids, four adults, one of which is pregnant. After placing order for our pizza. We continued to wait. This place was nearly empty, could probably count the amount of customers here with my fingers, not including our party. Very dead. After an hour. We were starving and went up to ask about our order. They told us that they were actually out of Alfredo sauce so they couldn't make our pizza. So we were upset that the whole time when they couldn't make the pizza, they didn't approach us. They have all you can drink drinks and a salad bar and I like that they have security for kids, so they don't leave their parents... We celebrated our daughters birthday there and overall it was fun and I liked the party package. We paid$27 per kid to have 2 slices of pizza, a drink, unlimited play for 2 hours, the Chuckie experience, and a hostess. However, when ordering the food for the adults there is not a party drink package so you have to order drinks individually. After spending over $450 on just the kids package and pizzas for adults you would think they could provide us water cups or pitchers for the kids. The drink station is very far from party table area so kids just get distracted to try and get a drink. The employees stated they can't do pitchers of drinks anymore due to covid, but everyone is waking around without a mask? My hostess was always around and ended up giving us water cups for the adults after I asked. Each drink was $3 for adults and I felt like I spent enough money already. I am APPALLED that you called the place "ghetto" for allowing a "women" (FYI--one person is a "woman") to breastfeed her baby "with children all around." SERIOUSLY? Children don't think breasts or breastfeeding are gross or inappropriate. Jealous women and men who can't control their hormones think breasts used for their MAIN PURPOSE are gross. I breastfed all three of my sons and am proud to say that I did. There was nothing ghetto about it. It was natural and healthy for my kids, period. I tried to be as modest as possible, but the reality is that, with the youngest, I had two older kids who deserved to go fun places even though mom had a baby. Moms shouldn't be housebound simply because they choose the HEALTHIER option for feeding their babies. I don't really buy into that whole "mother and child bonding" thing; it was painful at times, inconvenient, messy sometimes, but I knew it was best for my kids in the long run. Kudos to Chuck E. Let me tell you why: I came here to take my siblings out for fun, but my brother had surgery the previous week and can only eat certain foods recommended by the doctors. So as we walked in getting our stamps she pointed out right away that we were not aloud to bring that in. I told her about his situation and she rudely pointed that "the sign is posted outside I have no idea why you didn't see it." At that point it ticked me off. Are you calling me blind? I asked what if a medical card was present? She said rules are rules it's just policy. There's no place for him to eat outside he just needed a table. It's not like we brought in a buffet of catering it's just one kid with a medical problem. That's ridiculous. And I was not about to pay to eat their overpriced cardboard pizza. Even as we went inside one of their ride machines ate my token and it didn't even turn on. I went up to one of their employees and he told me in monotone "maybe it accepts more than one quarter? Did you try putting in more?" Maybe? How do you not know? And no of course I didn't because I didn't want to loose another token since the first one wouldn't come out by pressing the coin return button. Frustrated, I just let it go. I wasn't going to make a big deal about one token. That was my experience. I'm never coming back to this location at least. Had The Most awful experience 2 weeks ago. I came for my friends nephews birthday party. When I arrived everyone was already almost there including all the kids so I never got a stamp or anything to come in, we had two booths with pizzas and drinks the kids were running around having a good time and playing all their tokens..while us adults were having conversation at the table there was one employee by the name of sherry I believe cleaning the tables next to us sweeping and wiping them down. She had seen us from the begining sitting there and having the kids with us for the past few hours that we were there. When the time came for us to leave we rounded all the kids up and had them turn their tokens in and get prizes before we leave. Well we tried leaving and there is miss sherry acting like she is the sherrifs department checking the kids stamps and saying they don't match anyone's...Excuse me you seen us with theese kids the whole time and now all of sudden you wanna do your job...while the whole time I was sitting at that table not one damn person was at that check in checking kids when they left, now all of a sudden we get checked. Then she proceeded to say we'll I don't know of you are kidnapping them. We ended up just leaving after we made a big stink about it. Sherry if you or your managers are reading this pay attention if you work for a company that requires you to stand there and check make sure you actually do your job and check each and every single guest not at random when you feel like it...and two be professional when you speak. I am at the mercy of my child on this one. The only reason it is even three stars is because he has a great time everytime. The sad fact is that the pizza is awful and the soda is often flat. I refuse to even go without a coupon (you can sign up on their web site or get them in the paper) as everything on the menu is ridiculously overpriced for what you get. On the upside every game in the place is only one token, even the cute sketch photo picture booth of which I always get a picture with my boy is just a single token. If there were other choices to take kids it would probably make it pretty tough on old Chuck E but right now this rat has the market cornered so it looks like until my kid grows out of it I will probably keep going back. However, for the adults/parents there are a lot of areas that needs improvement. Last Sunday, 3/20/16, we celebrated my daughter's birthday at the Rancho Cucamonga branch. If it were up to me, I would not come back nor recommend the place. Luckily, as a company, like my children, kids seem to love the place. My experience as a paying customer however, was a headache. Food came out so late, well the major bulk of it (1-1/2 hr later) our guests were ready to leave. I had to remind our host at least three times to check on our food. Then, for almost $3 per adult cup, there was NO ICE!!! Even the drinks on the pitcher they served was luke warm. It was horrible. Many of the games were out of tickets. The restrooms were very filthy. I had to use the restroom next door because i could not let my child sit on the toilet. Lastly, as soon as I paid for my bill, with all the gifts and belongings, we were asked to leave the area immediately, thinkin that there maybe other parties, I understood. Well, we stayed for another hour and a half and the area was vacant. I thought that was very inconsiderate. Bottom line. I will continue to take my kids to CEC because they love it. But I will be very hesitant to throw another party there. I was very disappointed paying for the services that I thought were subpar. For a very busy Sunday, there should have been more staff or at least made sure the ice machine was working properly. read more

I attended a birthday party here, gave the birthday girl a gift card which was sitting at the table with the rest of the party and gifts. Not sure who, whether it was an employee or another party goer, but the gift card which was in a greeting card, inside an envelope, which said the child's name on everything including the gift card itself was stolen and used at a local target in upland! What kid doesn't like Chuck-e-Cheese? This place is cool for the games. I would pass on the food. Maybe if I was super thirsty, I may purchase a fountain drink but that's about it. The prices here are reasonable. I wouldn't come here without coupons to purchase tokens, food or beverages. I do like the fact that all games require only one token to play. You get your money's worth because of that. Sometimes, this place can smell funny like dirty feet and socks but what can you expect by having a bunch of kiddos running wild and barefoot through the facility? So 9:01pm comes (1 minute after closing), we are still eating and they tell us we have to go!!! Excuse me???? Then they even start flickering the lights!!!
