Horrible place to go if you have a kid under 2 who may need close supervision. What is their plan if a kid gets stuck in the play area and is crying because they are too small to figure out their way out? Reno's Chuck E Cheese is definitely a hit or miss. I have a membership so I do go to this location 1-2 a month, maybe 3 if theres a birthday party we're attending. Let's start with service and ordering food - They will try and upsell you in everything; I will take the $3 up charge for XL - haha. Most of the time there is wait. Recently went in on spring break, we waited a good 5 minutes to order and then it took another 5+ minutes to order. The cashier was nice, its usually the manager is who is managing the front cashiers. We had to ring up everything individually. Anyway. My kids chose a booth in the game area. They open at 11, but in the gaming area at 1245 their staff is vacuuming, moving tables and wiping tables. Not something I would like to see. My other complaint was the $12 salad bar; most of the time it's okay some days are gross. So definitely look before u buy a plate! If you come here at least once a month the membership is worth it. That $12 gets you a 100 coins everyday and 40% off food. This place can make so much money if they had one or two extra staff keeping things clean and keeping things going smoothly up front. read more

Totally torn. If I'm rating this based on the value my children derive from visiting, it's pretty tremendous, but if I'm being realistic, there is quite a bit of room for it to get better. We like to get the fun pass for our kids in the summer, as it provides a fun indoor activity option they love, literally daily. you choose the fun pass based on the number of credits you want each time you visit and those game credits are divisible amongst however many people you'd like to share them with on any given visit. In the summer, every game is only one credit so they really do go a long way. This year we got the 250 credit package and 10 to split it up between the two kids leaving a few credits for mom and dad to play too. The games available are OK with many of them similar and often several out of order. There are some that are really fun like pop the lock and the big crane bonus wheel, Crossy Road, and the SpongeBob coin pusher, but there are several that are just older and and many that are very much the same and super challenging too. It would be really nice if they rotate some of the selection because these passes have us in their frequently and it would be nice to experience some different games from season to season. I feel special bad for anyone who carries the fun pass throughout the year because that'll get old really fast. Staff is only super friendly and accommodating. They're serious about the kid check program, which is nice because it means the place will be fairly secure and your kid won't just wander out. But if no one standing there or sees you walking in, you can often be waiting quite some time for them to let you in. Same can be sad about checking in at the cash register because the shift management is usually attending to something either in the kitchen or elsewhere in the building and apparently they're the only ones that can manage transactions at the register. They've always been very helpful regardless of the situation so I appreciate the great people there and though it can be annoying to wait I tend not to mind as much. The other bonus is, the mouse is usually in the house and the kids love visiting with him too. Now we don't eat there, so I can't say anything about the food, but I've had the pizza in the past and it actually isn't terrible. I expected a lot worse, so this was a nice surprise. I will say this place is always spotless and I sincerely appreciate that cleanliness just put at the forefront. Visited this location for the first time for a birthday party! I was hesitant to take my kid because all I remember when I was growing up, was how dirty and messy this place was. I was shocked walking in, when I saw how clean this place was. Seriously, so glad the standards have changed and they are maintaining this place well. So many different games for the kids to play on, and can accommodate different age groups. Only thing I didn't appreciate was having to buy their own brand of grippy socks to get into the trampoline area. That should just be included in the price. And when I went to purchase the socks, the employee said "I'm not allowed to ring people up, so I'll have to get someone else." Why employ and put people at the register, if they can't do the job? Accident date 05/24/26. Email sent to corporate the same day and until this day I have not got a response. Email: I am writing to bring awareness to a serious safety concern regarding the trampoline area at your location. My 4-year-old son was injured after being hit by an older child who was repeatedly doing front flips on the trampoline. During one of the flips, the older child landed on my son's right knee/leg area. At this time, I am unsure whether this injury could lead to any long-term effects, but my son was limping after the incident occurred. What concerns me most is that the trampoline area appeared to be unsupervised for well over 1-2 hours at the time of the accident, especially during a very busy weekend. I do not understand why there was no team member assigned to supervise the Adventure Zone. During that time, I observed several unsafe situations, including: Children jumping without proper grip socks Older kids performing front and back flips Bigger and older children jumping alongside much smaller children, creating dangerous conditions Overall, I believe the trampoline area is currently an unsafe feature due to the lack of supervision and enforcement of safety rules. I strongly encourage your location to increase staffing so all areas of the business can be properly supervised. If adequate staffing is not possible at this time, I believe the trampoline area should be temporarily closed until enough employees are hired and properly trained to ensure guest safety. After the incident, I requested that the manager on duty create an accident report in case my child requires medical attention related to this injury in the future. Instead of completing a formal report professionally, she used receipt paper to write down my information. I also felt that her response toward me was unprofessional, as I was questioned in a way that made me feel as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. I am requesting the following: A copy of the accident report The official accident report number Confirmation that this incident has been properly documented and submitted The manager informed me that she needed to contact corporate to file the report and that someone would reach out to me directly. My husband signed up for the membership about a year ago. It had been 100% worth it. I have grandkids (7) ages 8 yrs old and under. We can take 2 and get the #4 combo. Large pizza, appetizer and 4 drinks and it's perfect to feed the 4 of us. All for around $25 because of membership. I recently did a Birthday package for two of the grands. Just didn't smaller package of $99 for each kid (2). Up to 12 kids. Used the membership to get the food for everyone. The price was affordable and completely worth it! This is the perfect choice for certain situations. Obviously kids birthday parties, which was the occasion that brought us there today. It's been completely remodeled inside with new games, bright lights, clean bathrooms and nicely spaced out tables for partying. Chuck E. Cheese is one of my little guy's favorite places. It has come a long ways since the days of bringing my teen here when she was a tot. They recently opened a trampoline here that will entertain my son for hours. They offer playing unlimited for a minimum of a half hour for a flat fee. My son likes to take photos, so I'm grateful he can take unlimited for at least a half hour at a time. Lol You are able to purchase traditional tokens, but paying the flat fee for say an hour then after that hour you get to leave. I feel it conditions them to manage their time and helps get us as parents out of there without tantrums. The staff is great there; no complaints about service. I do have one recommendation and it's for regular maintenence on the restrooms. I'll be a regular there until my son ages out. They have remodeled a bit and glad there is actually room to breathe. My son loves the dance floor and Chuckee's apearrances. The food isn't bad, but we usually try and eat before coming in, so I'm not eating pizza. We'll be back sooner than later. read more

We have two grandchildren now, and for the first time took them to the restaurant. Its easily been 10 years since our last visit/party. We took the girls (7 and 2) with grandma, grandpa and great grandma. We chose to purchase the game card with the points, as we don't anticipate necessarily returning soon. The kids had a great time, my only significant disappointment is that there was only 1 staff member taking orders. When I arrived there was was only about 5 minutes with one family in front of me. Which is a bit long, but they were somewhat indecisive. But I wasn't in much of a hurry. My mom (great grandma) arrived about 30 minutes after us. She wanted to add a salad to our order. I offered to go buy it, but she insisted on doing it herself, but there was only one couple in front of her so I didn't think much of it. We stayed with the children and 15 minutes later she joined our group right when the pizza arrived. I asked her where her salad was and she said she decided she didn't want one because the group in front of her took all that time to order. I guess when an 80 year old woman is waiting in line, maybe you'd open another line? Notice an extend time had passed. I was just bummed my mom wanted to be there but 15 minutes in line is bananas! Great fun at Chuck e cheese yesterday for my grandson's 5th birthday. there were about five birthday parties going on so it was very busy, active and the kids had a great time. The kids at the party also got wristbands to go and play video games and enjoy some of the small rides. Chuck e cheese visited the kids a couple of times, took pictures with the birthday kids and let a couple of song and dance sessions. it was great fun to watch. The birthday kids got to go in the ticket wind tunnel and catch tickets to cash in for prizes. our server was absolutely amazing she was very attentive even though I know she was very, very busy. We enjoyed wings, cheese bread, french fries and pizza with sodas. they kept us supplied with drinks and food. our server came over and got the birthday sing along going. I had some doubts about it but Chuck e cheese is back and the whole day was very enjoyable. they had a big sign with Andy's name on it and made us feel welcome and not rushed. honestly, I don't even know how to start out this review. I went with my kids last night and they had a blast, All three of them. The pizza was good, there was good music playing on the TVs all around the store and when my kids are happy, I'm happy. There are no more animatronics, which is really disappointing considering I grew up with them and I would've loved my kids to grow up with them so that's a bummer also, the store is very bland, There's no color. The reason for the 3 stars is because they added a little trampoline area and my baby was jumping just fine in there, the gate was wide open, so you would assume that it was open to all their customers. No workers were bothering us, but once my two older kids came to bounce an attendant came up to us and told us that it was an extra charge and obviously telling a two year-old that they can't play no more causes a meltdown so I suggest putting on the gate that it is an extra charge or just taking the extra charge off to the customers who pay to be there because it doesn't say anywhere that the trampoline is charged separately. I do recommend this place to get the Zumiez out, They do have a deal of 7.99 a month for unlimited play but I don't think that includes the trampoline. And just because I didn't have a 10+ experience doesn't mean other families won't. 7/10 read more

We have been here several times now and we keep thinking it will get better but it never does! Last time half the games didn't work and the ones that do only give you 1 ticket! This time my little one wanted to play basketball but was too short so I put her on the outside so she could shoot and some guy said she can't be up there that's why we have signs! I get that but how about putting something interactive for little kids to play with that they can reach!! There are no small ski ball machines and now small basketball hoops they have ride on cars which get boring and a whack a mole and air hockey games. If you want a pizza be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes even if it's slow! And if you're cashing out your tickets all I can say is good luck! You have to wait forever to redeem and then go wait in another line to pay the difference and after all that most of the time the cashier takes off and leaves you waiting without saying anything and they take forever to come back! There was a time where it filled up with families but as soon as they came, they left. I booked my son's last minuet (the night before) 3rd birthday party here and it was the bomb!!! Chuck E. Cheeses is a childhood favorite and reflecting back, their slogan couldn't be more true. Chuck E. Cheeses is truly a place where a "kid can be a kid". They have play cards that even my 3 year old knows how to use to play what he wants, when he wants, without having to wait for me. The best part of it all is that they take safety seriously. At the entrance, your family will get a unique hand stamp and when you leave, they will check those stamps to make sure you leave with the right kids. Also, you can have a piece of mind when your kid leaves your side for a nearby game since the worker at the door will not let the little ones leave the building on their own. On to the party. They have different birthday packages to choose from(check online for details). I got the super star package which included: -45 points per child (all their games are 1 point). Every toddler at the party had enough credit to have fun. -6 helium balloons (kids loved playing with them) -500 bonus tickets for celebrant -birthday party star band -collectible cups with free refills for the life of the cup per child -coil wristband per child (goes with play card so it doesn't get lost) All packages include: -reserved table 2hrs (there was so much space), table cloths, paper plates, utensils, dedicated host. -2 slices of pizza for and unlimited drinks per kid -play pass -ticket blaster(a big tube that blows tickets around for the birthday celebrant to collect tickets). It was straightforward. Give the amount of attendees and pick your food(only what comes with package. Any additional food you want can be ordered when you arrive). I paid a deposit ($50) which was applied to my final bill at the end of the party. After booking, you get a confirmation email with a link to customize your party. You can add optional goody bags, dippin' dots, cake, etc. for an additional cost. I added goody bags and the kids loved them. Included was an assortment of small toys (styro plane, paper maze, slinky, tattoos, etc.) You can adjust the amount of attendees too. We arrived 15 min before the party. My hostess, Clara put in my order right away for drinks and additional food. The food came out pretty fast, given that it was super busy(Sunday). The table was already set and our guests enjoyed having the extra space. Everyone enjoyed the food, including the kids. During the course of two hours, everyone had a blast. The toddlers esp. had fun in the little toddler section where the games and rides were appropriate for their age. There were two TVs in the party section playing all sorts of music that the kids enjoyed and Chuck E. even came out to greet the kids. Also, I loved that our hostess prepared the birthday cake and served it (Bring your candles. They will light them for you). There weren't any other parties scheduled right after ours and they didn't ask us to leave right away which was cool. This was a hassle free and unforgettable birthday that was worth every penny. Literally in the parking lot of this location. I brought two kids with 2 cards that we have been reloading and saving for a big prize. My daughter (3) loves this place but I am done with it and will find her a better place to play! One of the kids I had with me left one of the cards at a game. Why it was off his wrist I have no idea but the fact that I think it was an adult that took it is really sad. Not 100% but they were acting real suspicious when they heard me looking for a card. Sure it may not be the Chuck e cheese of yesteryear, and the teenagers working there seem kind of aloof, but all teenagers are like that. An all new Chuck E Cheese! My family and I have been going to Chuck E Cheese since I was little then we started taking our kids in which if you asked me in 2014 I would've given it 3 stars. Mostly because a lot of games would be out of service and it could've been cleaner. But they've come along way since then! They have a new improved gaming system which allows you to purchase unlimited game time when you're there - I love that idea way better than the coins in the past. It's definitely worth it! They have their newest upgrade which is a cool dance floor in which Chuck E Cheese comes out and dances with everyone every so hour. The dance floor space is interactive as you step on it and it's a great replacement from the characters they had just staring at you. The food ain't bad neither! We just had an event and it's definitely more affordable then some other places around town! The staff took great care of us as well. No one was in a bad mood or made us feel unwelcome at all. We had my sons 5th birthday here on Sunday! Overall it was a pretty good experience. I know all the parents were actually happy we had it here instead of like coconut bowl or some other place. It's really nice for smaller kids because it is a smaller area so it's not so overwhelming. The parents commented how great it was that they have someone at the door so kids can't leave or someone just take your kid and walk out. We were impressed with the birthday area it had a lot of tables- there was actually 4 good size parties going on, but it never felt so busy you couldn't enjoy yourself. The tables were decorated very nice, they had balloons and all out stuff set up ready to go. There was plenty of room for the all 13 kids plus like 10 parents in the birthday area which was so great!When you first get there they have your party host go over everything and the number of guests. The booking allows for two no shows which you need to let them know of right when the party begins. They brought the pizza out at 11:10 when our party started at 11. I asked them to take it back and bring it back out at about 11:45 which they did no problem! Just make sure to be very specific with the times for your food and dip n dots and guest numbers. There were a few things that were a little unorganized, but the way management handled it and went the extra mile to make things right really made us feel great about the experience! Samantha the manager was really great and took care of us! It's also nice for the parents because they have a good beer selection on draft. I also did the party bag add ons which I wasn't going to at first, but I was really glad I did! At $3.99 a bag it was a great deal because I was finding it pretty hard to make goody bags for less than that. We definitely will be back for another birthday party here again.
