Chuck E Cheese has had a minor "facelift" since I was last here about a year ago. I love the new setup! They have removed the stage in the back and made more space for the party table area. Now, a light-up dancefloor is at the front of all the tables. The dance floor is the new space for the birthday song/dance party with Chuck E. Cheese. They have also added a trampoline area by the games. This is an additional cost to gameplay time. It has been five years since I last hosted a party here, and the experience has dramatically improved. Our party host, Gabby, was exceptional! She took care of everything and was so good with all the kids. The birthday star and all the kids had a blast! This location has stepped up. This is a nice size Chuck E Cheese with a lot of unique games. I like that there are 3 areas to get pictures here. There are racing games, shooting games, riding games and a roller coaster simulation game. There is basketball for the older kids and a claw machine to get additional tickets. Service was fast for food and redeeming things from the app was super easy. read more

Today we went to Chuck E. Cheese, and we had a great experience. I guess they were having an event to celebrate a new location or re opening of a place so they were handing out play cards, cake and dancing with the huge mouse. How nice of them! The employees were so nice and surprisingly it was not that packed! Also very clean everywhere I'm talking tables, restroom and floors. I didn't try any food items but the kids loved everything else! I went to Chuck E. Cheese Bandera last week and I noticed they put a bunch of new games and it's probably about 4 years since it had the same games but at this day I'm really happy they brought bunch of new games and even the classics they had. And the pizza was still the same which is obviously but Bandera Chuck E. Cheese did a great job at bringing more games , and seeing more people come to this location again. read more

Pizza - 4.5/5 it was nice and tasty. Cleanliness - 2/5 There were flies at the dinning area. The towel dispenser in the restroom had its clean towels dipping into the trash bins. Flies is not acceptable as this place always has lots of kids. They have to be careful about it. Employees - Few employees are friendly and some are not. We were sitting at the sketch ride and it took us forever to get the picture as we had to wait 45 seconds in 5 intervals and after everything it said it was out of paper. When we asked an employee he said it would a while to get it fixed. We told him we waited 5 minutes for the picture and he didn't even bother or respond back to it. So I did enjoy throwing a party here. They're more interactive than Peter Piper or any other competitor but I have a hard time stomaching $20 per pizza, especially because their pizza isn't special by any means. This was our most expensive birthday party at a little over $700 for 13 kiddos. It's a good place just pricey. Probably won't be back again when competition had better pizza at a better price. read more

This place has never been anything super amazing but it does the job for my kids. The prices for food are ridiculous like always. For our family the pizza and wings are tasty. The games being one token are really the only reason we go back. Keep in mind the games will max give you 8 tickets unless you're hitting a jackpot or bonus. So if you're looking to get an amazing prize, just be prepared to be disappointed. I love the fact that you don't have to buy pizza to play the games, I enjoy the fact I can just bring the kids to play and let some energy out without eating anything. read more

Came just on a whim. Wasn't bad. There's tons of kids and everyone was having a good time. The cashier we checked out with was sort of super unfriendly. Very disappointing considering they work in a very supposed kid friendly establishment. Seems a lot of them hate their jobs. My kids were pretty oblivious to it so I let it go and just enjoyed seeing them having fun. Definitely would not go out of my way to book a birthday party there tho. The pizza was good. First, the pizza is pretty good. That is probably the best thing about this place. The show... what show? We parents work so hard to pull our kids away from screens and devices, why the hell would be go to a pizza place known for having a show only to see it replaced with TV screens?!?! Welcome to the jungle we have fun and games .... So we came to celebrate my 7 yo birthday. This place is great. Pizza is pretty good and free refills. We secured some tables and bought plenty of tokens for the kids to run around like monkeys (it is a jungle after all). We forgot candles and the staff was super nice and gave us one with a lighter to complete the birthday experience. Thanks CEC staff ! Oh and don't forget to print coupons. Always nice to save a little. What I really like about CEC is that all games are one token unlike other places where your funds go fast because games can be un to 3 credits. So the cards last and the kids play longer. The facility is clean and the games are plenty. Restrooms are kept up and there is plenty of parking. We really enjoy coming here. read more

This place is great when they aren't busy because when they are you can feel and see how overwhelmed there staff is it's like they completely forget how to run things. I took my son last week and paid with cash $30 ($20 and a $10) it took her 3 times and two managers to figure out how to get my change right first she said I paid $40 and then after that was corrected she put I paid $50. I know she was busy but it was a complete lack of paying attention. Before we left we used the restroom and my son must've washed off his stamp because only streak marks were left when chancing us out. We had to go through questioning before we could leave which I understand but also they saw us come in (could've even checked their cameras) could see his streak marks left. Maybe get some new type of ink or something that won't smudge. read more

Wow! Great service! From Michelle the manager & Emily (our Host) were just amazing! They were attentive to our party, they took care of all our needs and surpassed our expectations. They made this whole process amazing! Usually I like to have control over parties, but I felt such at ease with them having control over everything. From pizza ordering, cutting the cake time for us, dance time, inside the ticket blaster, singing happy birthday, boxing all the leftover pizza, and putting all the gifts in a big bag for us. I will do my daughter birthday at Chuck E. Cheese again!!! Ps. They do all the cleaning!!! Also, Viviana behind the counter was such a doll, and patient with all of us. Amazing staff!! read more

Yeah I know. Why review Chuck E Cheese? My answer: my kiddo! As a parent this place is great. Tons of cheap entertainment for kids. Granted the food is pretty much elementary school cafeteria quality (minus the tolerable salad bar. Go gluten free!). But for around 10 bucks you can get a bite to eat for your kiddo and have a blast playing silly games to earn little tickets for dinky prizes my 2.5 year old goes nutso for. Plus the games are all 1 token! We can get about 3 hours of fun plus tons of energy out in a safe, controlled environment. Great kid security (numbered ultraviolet light stamps when you enter and checked when you leave) and no nasty violent games like at those other places. So while the food is meh my kid and I have a blast. So for those parents looking at this don't go to eat (get a small snack or drink) and play games with your kids! read more

I had a delightfully positive experience at Chuck E Cheese yesterday for my son's 3rd birthday. I was tempted to drive to the Chuck E Cheese in Stone Oak area since it seemed to have such better reviews then this one, but driving in rush hour traffic to get to the Stone Oak area seemed ridiculous to me. ;) It was pretty busy to say that it was a Wednesday evening around 7PM. Parking lot was packed, but we managed to grab a good spot. When we walked in, we were welcomed by Daniel who was super friendly. He stamped our hands all with the same number to be sure that we all left together safely (love this idea, so no kid gets stranded or takes off). He was extremely friendly and a great person to be welcoming guests, definitely started our experience off well. We ordered our food/drinks/tokens as soon as we walked in at the counter - the gentleman helping us was really friendly. I had previously got online to print out coupons off of the website to get some discounts. Needless to say that was a complete waste of time because the coupon prices were exactly the same prices of what is on their menu which seemed a bit weird to me. :S There was five of us and we spent about $50 (2 large pizzas, cheesesticks, buffalo wings, 4 drinks, a special birthday cup for the birthday boy, and 60 tokens). Not too bad!! We sat down and didn't have too difficult of a time finding a booth to sit down in, even though it was seriously packed. We did notice that there was quite a lot of empty, dirty tables that were waiting to be cleaned which was annoying. Eventually our food came out and was fine. The pizza, hot wings, and cheese sticks seriously weren't bad at all. We were all even talking about how surprised we were that the food was as good as it was. Plus, it was hot, fresh out of the oven which was nice. Each game (most of them anyways) cost 1 token, which is really nice. We had 60 tokens, so we were able to play A LOT of games. And my son had such a good time. He won about 200 tokens and left with a squishy inch long dinosaur and another weird plastic things. All of which we could've gotten at the dollar store but that's OK.. he had a good time and was happy leaving with his prizes. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and I'm happy we chose to go to this one since it's closest to home. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was clean, lots of games, ample amount of seating, and just an overall good time if you have kids. We don't have a problem with this location. I think it's better than Peter Piper (PP). The unlimited play with the card is waaaaaay better than what PP offers. My kids love it and we usually do 90 min of play or 120, it's great!!! My kids also likes the All You Can eat buffet. We will continue to come on random free days just to hang. Arriving within the first hour they open is when we usually go and it's the best time, not crowded. read more

Maybe not the best pizza in the world but the kids LOVE the place. Coming here as a kid always brought me joy and it brings my kids to that same happy place. We had our daughter's party at this location today. The staff were great! Our hostess was wonderful! She was very, very attentive. She was on top of everything asking if we needed additional plates and was great with our daughter as well. The pizza was good. It's what you'd expect from restaurant geared towards kids. The restaurant itself is fairly clean. The staff was quick to clean dirty tables and all the games looked very clean and well taken care of as well. The lunch buffet which consists of salad, pizza and dessert is the worst buffet I have had. The salad is only lettuce and croutons. The pizza consists of either pepperoni or cheese. I went to my Grandson's birthday party here last night! Can I say it isn't crazy with happy energetic kids everywhere? No. Can I say that I wish most of them chose to go somewhere else? Yes. The wings were okay and salad bar just so so. But with that being said it was absolutely fun! You can bring your own cupcakes/cakes and decorations. The kids loved the cheese pizza best. Free fountain drink refills was nice. The long tables reserved for the parties was genius! My daughter booked on line. Free card passes were included for guests so they could play what ever the attendees wanted without guests needing to pay. We had a personal attendant helping all along the way waitressing, ordering pizza and delivering it on time. Bringing pitchers of drinks and cups and plates. She kept in contact with my daughter making everything smooth and efficient! I wish I got her name! Best of all we had little clean up and the kids had a blast! My husband and I brought our 3 year old daughter here. We ordered a medium pizza, and bought a 100 point card for our daughter. The pizza was surprisingly small, and after I bit into my first slice, I found a dark hair that was about 3 inches. I lost my appetite after that. My husband was starving and decided to eat the rest of it, so I didn't tell the staff. After chuck'e came out to visit with the kids, I noticed he patted several kids on the top of the head, one after another. That's probably a great way to spread lice. We won't be back. read more

I have to say that the staff here was AMAZING and so helpful. My son Joe had a great experience. It was clean and safe for my two kiddos age 4 and 5yrs of age. I will definitely be coming back. The salad bar was old and not refilled, we saw chuckie three times and he only danced once, the other two times he just walked around as all the kids followed. My daughter's pizza had a sticker stuck to the bottom of the crust. It was over all a horrible experience, will be the first and last time we go to this location. read more
