There are lots of reasons to give this location 5 stars. It's flashy with acitivities & options, bringing joy & excitement to any kid's heart. The staff seemed ample, able & friendly enough and adapted to the loud noises of an amusement park like atmosphere. They had some old retro basketball hoops & skee ball games, but most was on the latest trendy arcade game level. The room was large enought to accommodate several parties at once and were all set up for two when I was there, with moms, balloons & cupcakes marching in for early set-ups. I happened to be staying at the hotel next door and had not been in one in a long time, so went over for supper. I ordered a small six inch cheese pizza and it cost a whopping $14 including tax. It was a tasty cheese and came out hot. The problem was that staff member James dropped the ball and never put the order in! I was there a whopping 25 LOUD minutes after ordering, waiting for a pizza that was never made! No apologies. Another guy ungloved, was given the pizza to put on the conveyor het belt. No napkins or a fork were provided and due to noise overload, I took it back to the hotel. I would not return without a party invite forcing me to be there. Food service was substandard. I'll also note this place has been updated, a lot of the old pics here are NOT what is in side. No stage, no booths, definitely looks much better! They had a security guy on site. read more

I can't complain about the food, because it caters to young kids. I can say that the staff makes this place. I saw everyone working and doing their best. Clearly this place deserves an update. Expensive? yes! They have improved organization and food. The new system is unlimited swipes for 30 minutes. I think they also have unlimited for 60 minutes. Cost was $20 for 30 minutes. They also sell individual swipes. Games have been updated and most of them work. It's the Year of the Rat, so that means it's Chuck E's year! I thought it would be appropriate to write a little something about the little rodent and his home, loved by so many little humans. Ok, a mouse and a rat is not the same thing, but as the saying goes in some movie, same same, but different. We were invited to a birthday party at this location recently and needless to say, my kids were not only excited to celebrate their friend's day of birth, but also to celebrate with the mouse at his home. - Parking - Center lot. - Vibe - I don't know about you, but I feel like it sounds like a casino in there. The combination of the different sounds of the games, children running around with excitement and one of the machines with almost a siren-like sound blaring, it's just a lot of stimulation. I AM too old for this, but I was there for my kids, so sometimes I gotta take one for the team! - TLC - I think high school kids who get a job often get a bad wrap for working without the know-how to work in a public setting, but the kids working at the time of our visit seemed to have been trained properly because every one we encountered from entrance, food service and ticket redemption were professional. - Eats / Refreshments - CEC has their standard salad bar, pizzas and cake. We didn't partake in the salad bar, but the pizzas were served for our party. Is it the best pizza we've ever tasted? No, but it didn't taste like frozen pizza either. It was hot and the kids ate it, so that's all that matters. Now, one thing about the cake. My friend, who is the mother of the birthday girl told me that she had no time to pick up a cake, so reluctantly, she ordered their cake out of convenience. When it came out, the Hello Kitty cake didn't exactly look uniform, but we were both really surprised that it actually was pretty decent! We couldn't believe how moist the cake was. - The Party - All the parties we've been to at any CEC has been the same format. I was impressed that CEC has caught on to modern technology and now have plastic cards that are loaded with the tokens electronically. Just like the challenges of teaching kids today about money and the value of the dollar, plastic cards have replaced the actual tokens, so kids just swipe and don't understand that there isn't an endless amount of "money" on it LOL. Anyway, back to the party. Upon arrival, you play, then you eat and while you eat, they play the outdated video of Chuck E and his friends. Chuck E comes out and makes an appearance, the kids continue to eat, the birthday kid gets a turn in the windy turbo booth with all the tickets and you eat cake! Before you know it, the two hours go by *insert snap* like that! - Kiddos - What I am about to write earns four stars alone. I have to give it to CEC for enforcing the marking system of both child and parent with the invisible marker and black light system upon entry. Even a lot of kid centric places like children's museums or play spaces don't do this which is a bit crazy if you think about it, so I applaud CEC for thinking about the safety of their little customers. If you are a parent, you know as well as I do that you can't keep both eyeballs on your child every second of every minute, at all times, and things can happen in a flash and although you shouldn't take your eyes off your children, it's nice to know there is a another pair of eyes watching. Before gone to Chuck E. Cheese, I went to Yelp to read the reviews, I couldn't believe the ratings were low, but just for my curiosity, I wanted to bring my kids to experience. Ok ok, yes, I have to admit some games were out of orders, and the carpet is old. But I think I should look at my kids' perspective. First of all, my kids were happy and played crazy like they were in heaven. Secondly, they loved the cheesy pizza and fries. Amazingly, they ate more than they normally eat cheesy pizza from the famous pizza take out shops. Why should I complain? Yes, some games are out of order for so long, but we can take unlimited photos the photo booth, it builds up lots of good memories. I just don't understand why people want to criticize from adult point of view. My kids were so exhausted after playing 2 hours in Chuck E. Cheese. After dinner and showering, they crushed on the beds right away that hubby and myself had a peaceful night. I give 4 stars because the restroom can be messy and come doors are not able to lock. Chucke cheese definitely isn't what it used to be!!!! Now i feel like everytime we tried to take our kiddos there we are walking into a strip club. Girls are half naked, definitely not the type of clothing that should be worn at a place for kids.. last time we were there i saw a girl bend over and her skirt was so short she showed everything and after that , that was the end for me. This place is the absolute worst. The first several games we played didn't work. Most of the other ones took our money and never started. After notifying the manager I overheard them mocking me and laughing about the situation. Let's talk about the guy playing Chuckee. The most awkward person. I've gone to this location twice. Once for a fun day and recently for my son's 6th birthday. This is NOT a bad store when it comes to chains. Were there minor bumps here and there? Yes! But in order for them to keep the prices as low as they are for everything I highly doubt they pay enough for 5 star service. Y'all get real. The food was good, all the kids ate pizza and we're happy. The adults hit the salad bar and ordered the meatballs. The ambiance was that of what any child would want, overstimulating for myself but my son and all his friends loved it. The interactive floor piece is adorable and the games are fun. With all Chuck E Cheese, there are always some broken games here and there, but that's normal. The best thing about certain chuck e cheese locations are the workers, just like this one. Our first time out here in this location so I brought both my play cards and extra chuck e cheese coins I had from previous visits in other states. I didn't know they had an option between play time and points so I was walking to the counter to look. Charlie called me right over with a genuine smile. He explained to me the difference and even made conversations since I told him other locations still only used coins like in Hawaii. *we just moved here* An associate saw that a game wasn't working properly when my daughter was playing and he went ahead and asked if he can have her card to put on points since we went by the point system rather than play system. We didn't even have to ask. Went to order food and Charlie helped again. Place was packed, food was good. But prize collection was a disaster. They do not have enough people to exchange tickets for prizes. I had to go to the manager, who said she would be there in just a minute... she never came over to help. However, there were 3 people available to take 3 orders and sell passes. He looks like Chucky from the scary movie with his messed up EYE and he FREAKS THE KIDS OUT!! I am not a fan of this place first of all however my kiddo wanted to come play some games today. We walk in and there isn't anyone standing at the door like there used to be so everyone just comes and goes whenever they like. For the amount of children running around without parents makes me worry about safety. I walk up to the counter and wait while employees are chatting and not acknowledging that I am standing there. We finally order a medium pizza and a play card for 1 hour of play time. We find a table and go to play games while we wait for our pizza. When I say NONE of the games work- I literally mean 75% of the games do NOT work. I paid for 1 hour of play time and most of the time spent was trying to find games that worked. The card wouldn't swipe or the game itself did nothing. The balls wouldn't release for the skeeball. Basketballs were sticky and the game didn't count your points. The target game where you shoot the water guns- haha. The water pressure is so poor that the water won't even reach the targets so that you can even ply the game at all. Some of the games wouldn't do anything at all. Nothing worked. Obviously I am not happy about that because the $25 bucks I paid for my kiddo to play games isn't even going to get her a stick of gum by the end of her 1 hour. Anyway- There are no kids for cups. No straws. We weren't given plates or anything else. We literally ate the pizza off of the pan. Couldn't find anyone to ask for plates or other supplies. Needless to say this place is over priced, not working, and you are neglected. **updated. My daughter told me that while she was playing games there were several kids that told her she couldn't play that game or to go away. That she wasn't getting on the game because they didn't have to share. The door walking in said that masks were required. The three other people in front of me did NOT have on masks but when I got to the counter the girl asked me where my mask was. I told her that it was in my purse. The store is pretty well maintained. The pizza has improved quite a lot, and it does taste pretty decent now. The employees were all very helpful and nice, and made sure that things got done. Now, if you're me, the only thing that really means anything there is the animatronic show. The show itself is in very good condition, but there's a few hiccups like Chuck's mouth not working as well as it could and Mr. Munch not having any eyelids. They charge you for a cup of water, there are usually 2 dried up pieces of pizza left at the buffet, there is no sauce on the pizza, Chuck E has not made an appearance at all and we've been here 2 hours, I was told the buffet includes desert but there is none. I also heard an announcement when we got here that the games are wiped down hourly and haven't seen one game wiped since we got here. read more

I didn't see anyone sanitizing every 30 minutes as advertised. Several games were down. 1 girl working hard on fixing, others standing around. Prize case wasn't wiped between kids either. They don't want kids bringing in their own sippie cups, but they want to take a pic with your camera and they don't change gloves between them. Yet the corral entry area doesn't allow separation away from them so same number lighting would be better. Not but 1 ticket muncher machine working most of the time. I don't know what all the other bad reviews are about. First off I don't come here to eat I come to play games so it doesn't bother me that the food isn't spectacular. My lunch consisted of the salad bar and wings both of which were just fine. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and polite as she walking me through all the coupons and food items.
