I asked to get the mushrooms substituted for red onions and to have the marinated tomatos left off. We asked for white sauce and extra cheese. The service was fine with ordering on the phone for a take out pizza. I got home with both pizza's. My wife had questioned if they put the white sauce on top because the pizza was cover in a thin white covering. It did not resembly cheese. When she tasted it she said no thank you. It was uneatable to her. I called the place and asked if I could bring them back the pizza that it was uneatable for my wife, and could I get something else not desiring my money back. The person on the phone asked the manager on duty, and said okay after a bit of a discussion. I told them I would call back with what my wife would like and that I am sure it will be less than the amount we paid for the large pizza which was over $31.00. After looking over their menu we found out that it must have been what they call the fresh mozzarella that did not agrre with my wife. Under closer inspection of the white covering I guess it may have been cheese. The wierdest cheese I have ever seen. It covered the entire pizza like a thin layer of cream sauce. I was going to try a small pizza with the shredded mozarella. to avoid the initial problem my wife was having with the so called fresh mozzarella. When I called back the person who answered remembered who I was, and said that he had called the Owner of the shop, and the owner said that I could not bring back the pizza and get a replacement. I was floored. SInce the owner wasn't there I had nothing more to say to this hapless employee. So I write my disgust here. If you want to take your chance on the food especially the Fresh mozzarella pizza, beware that if you are not satisfied forget about getting satisfaction. It is buyer beware. We didn't ask for a refund. we just asked to get my wife something she could eat because this pizza wasn't going to be touched except the nibble she took to try it. Perhaps they need to hang a sign out front or on the internet to help people like us out. SATISFACTION NOT GAURANTEED. If you have a problem to bad so sad. Just don't come back.
