Izabela hand- drew beautiful animations that went with our theme on canvases for the kids (and also added two more kids only 24 hours prior to the party as well!). Everything inside was clean and decorated beautifully (I do not know of a single other kid's party location where decor is included in the pricing, which truly made a huge difference for us!). If you are wondering if their play area seems a little too young for older toddlers, I can say with confidence that the 12 kids we had there, aging 4-8 years, all had a blast and never ran out of things to do. Add in strollers and/or car seats and you lose even more space. I recall seeing emails about renovations underway, and the now larger desk/counter space further eats into the already limited space. Nice floors though ::shrug:: One of the emergency exits is usually blocked by the older kids backpacks. God forbid there is an emergency and all exits need to be used. I thought for sure the renovations would have included storage such as rows of heavy duty hooks to keep those bags and coats off the floor. Negative. From one week to the next, the kids are supposed to do different activities but on more than one occasion have I questioned what I'm paying for. Bounce on the trampoline. Jump into the foam pit. Climb the rope. Attempt a headstand. Tuck and roll. Follow a flip/walk/crawl sequence. Making good use of and/or further developing gross motor skills.Awesome! Some coaches do a great job of taking control of their group and keeping them engaged. Others look like they are having a difficult time coming up with activities to fill the time slot. And with smaller children, you have to keep it interesting, and sometimes the coaches don't recognize when they need to pivot. If you have a young person who is interested in competitive gymnastics, I'm sure this is the go-to place. The complete lack of response from their management makes it clear that this is either negligence or intentional. Businesses that operate this way should not be allowed to continue taking advantage of customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them. There are plenty of reputable alternatives in the area that actually respect their customers. I am disputing the charges with my bank and keeping an eye on other reports of similar issues. We prepaid for three races and arcade cards for nine teenage girls. These are not ordinary teenage girls. These are high-school wrestlers. They are feral. They are starving. They are stronger than me. I fear for my safety. I've had two beers over the course of three hours because I'm driving the girls home and trying to be a responsible adult. If this were not the case, I would currently be on beer number THIRTY and possibly asleep under a picnic table. The races? Absolute chaos. The third race has been such a disaster that: * We asked for a refund * The birthday girl's dad MISSED THE RACE ENTIRELY * There are WAY too many carts on the track * It's basically bumper cars without consent * Accidents every 6 seconds * Zero flow * Zero explanation * Maximum confusion At one point I genuinely wondered if this was an experimental stress test sponsored by NASA or the Department of Defense.
