This location went out of its way to create a last minute birthday, and give my son an AMAZING birthday experience with the energy you see in the commercials. Worst experience ever, manager was ridiculously rude. Salad bar was empty for over an hour, pizza took over 40 minutes and we got the wrong order we ordered stuffed crust and did not receive it, to be fair they made us a new one which took another 30 minutes large fries were counted the smallest order of fries. Over all management should have helped out but instead said she's on her break. She had a bad attitude and rude. We go to Chuck E. Decided to have a last minute get together with a few friends for my daughters 7 bday yesterday 2/28. I ordered food online a head of time and picked up when we arrived. It wasn't going to be a big thing but the staff went above and beyond to make it special! We were only a party of 8 with no reservations. They brought out chuckee and sang to her! Overpriced, dirty, and an absolute joke. The only way to play their games is to purchase a 30-minute pass for $17 and pay another $1 for the card. Their pizza is $20, and it's 10 inches. It tastes like something you buy from the freezer aisle. If my kid's teeth weren't loose before, the catcher's mitt with cheese she ate jarred those teeth loose now. The characters on stage broke several times while we were here. I get understaffed, but it's also clear the staff is underpaid based on their attitude. Even the Chuck E. Cheese mascot was half-assing it during the "dance break." Gameplay goes by quickly for each video game, and it's nearly impossible to gain anything of worth from tickets. A lot of games are broken. This chuck e cheese doesn't have a lot of games options. I hit the jackpot 3 times tonight and 1 out of the 3 times the tickets didn't come out. The machine owed me 55 tickets. My boyfriend called one of the worker to come help us. As she was giving us our tickets she said "you didn't hit jackpot and the machine is working fine." From the kids to my boyfriend were just looking at her as of why would we lie about it??? The ball hit the jackpot box and the machine lit up.... Austin has terrible customer service and should be properly trained on how to deal with customers during high traffic times. From the 9 month pregnant woman who was patiently following direction since you only had 1 register open for food & ticket prize counter, you told to go to the back of line even though your co-worker requested that you charge me for a $1.99 lollipop. I've been coming to Chuck E. Cheese for years. I guess, like most of us who were born in the 80's and now have children of our own. I have long waited for a chain to come and knock them off their feet. Yes, there pricing is much better than Dave n Busters, but still a rip off. So now they have these play cards that you can load for 30-45 mins. Which starts as soon as you swipe your card. Not truly giving you the full time be abuse each game subtracts a minute, even if it only takes you 20 seconds to complete the game. Also loaded minute cards shouldn't be an option on super busy days. Like, when is Chuck E. Cheese not busy. It's only so many things us parents can do. We waited in line for so many machines, that the card ran out way before the allotted time. Sucks ass right! Especially when dealing with small children. They will find any reason to let you know you have messed up as a parent. Only for you to turn around and load more money. It's a freaking money pit. Not to mention they charge you $1.50 for each coil band on the card. They don't even ask you if you want it! When you go up to purchase a card, they automatically charge you the fee. I had an additional 5.00 charge to my receipt for damn coils. Let's talk about the bathrooms. Like what the heck. Nasty nasty hot as mess. This is always. Not just cause they were busy, but because they don't care. Come here and spend a load of cash, however we won't have hand soap, tissue or anything else you need in a restroom to have a sanitary experience! Has to change. The food is the same basic mess it's always been. Pizza is only cool when it's hot. The Salad bar should not be called a salad bar. The only plus is they give you wine and beer. Priscilla is the absolute greatest! We have had some small issues here (pizza was tossed while we were playing, wrong order was given 2ce in the same night, the photo game had no paper, our card reflected the wrong balance), but we still come back, because Priscilla always jumps in with her exceptional customer service with a smile and makes it right. From something as simple as an apology or rushing our pizza so it will come out asap. So far we have come here for both my nephews birthdays. Given that he's 2, we weren't looking to go all out. This place is perfect for an easy fun small party (bigger parties, too). There were 3 kids, my nephew included and about 10 adults. We had 4 pizzas and 3 orders of wings. The food was fresh, hot and really good. The party package we purchased allowed us time with Chuck E. and a host. I believe we also got tokens. Being a Monday, it was a lot less busy than if we had been there on a weekend too. Terrible service and experience I have to say I expect a packed house when coming here on a Friday especially if we are here for a birthday party but to have a hour to hour and a half to wait for your food is crazy not to mention when they brought kids pizza out they wanted to sing happy Birthday 10 minutes after while kids were still eating is it the parties fault that you ran late with pizza???? Then our cake comes out you cut 6 pieces umm hello we had about 16 sitting there I understand they are adults but I would think paying over 220 dollars just for kids not to mention what adults paid we could at least get 10 more slices cut overall this has to be the worst Chuck E. I have herd positive and negative about Chuck E Cheese so I was not to sure about the place. but from my personal experience I did not think it was bad at all! It was a Saturday so they were extremely busy. we ordered 4 large pizza and party size wings and everything came out great I really enjoyed it just like the good old days lol it about 30 minutes but understandable they were busy. they only serve you one beer a hour which kind of sucks it should be at least 2 but they serve large glasses. Zero stars to this place! It used to be such a nice and happy place a few years ago! But now it turns in to ghetto zoo!!! First of all you should show proof of vaccinations 5 years old and up , they check it with ID !!! (No joke! Very strict teenagers on the doors!) boooo Musk should wear everyone who is 3 and up!!! Little kids came to have fun and it looks like you fill that privilege over 2 and 3 year old ones, pointing on them and telling them to cover their faces otherwise they can't choose that prize. Omg I have been to so many Chuck E Cheese here in the Valley but this by far is my favorite. They treat their customers like family. They keep someone on the floor continuously cleaning the games, they keep the drink area and salad bar emasculate. Ever since covid I have been super skeptical about coming out in public with my kids to play indoors BUT we come to this Chuck E Cheese 2-3 times a week. Based on years of visits... There is rarely someone at the register/prize area when we arrive or when it's time to cash out. You have to stand there and hope someone will emerge from the door that leads to "the back". They do know they exist so customers can pay for their services & goods, right? When they finally appear, no apology or explanation. The only employee dependably on the floor is the person stamping families (for security) as they enter. Many games are broken or out of tickets at any given time. Good luck finding anyone to assist. The women's bathroom is always a disgusting mess. The employees are nice if you can locate them. I never thought I'd find myself reviewing Chuck E Cheese. I (thankfully) don't have kids and are therefore not invited to the kid parties. But, a good friend was taking her daughter there for a little fun, and I went along for the 'experience.' The place is smaller than I thought it would be, but the kids didn't seem to mind. A good thing, since the audience is young, is that the games are geared for really young kids. There was very little to interest any older kids (like me, haha!), so I was kinda bored. Pizza looked scary; beer was a little pricey. And, speaking of scary, what is up with Chuck E Cheese? He's a huge creeper rat! He cruised around, leering at kids, leading them, pied piper style, for free tickets. My friend's daughter was afraid of him and kept saying, 'He should get outta here!" I would never choose to go again, but I'm glad I went. It was definitely an experience. It's not too bad to let your kid run around for a while for ten bucks, but for me, there's a happy hour somewhere I'm missing =) read more

Well, it's better than the one in Thousand Oaks, is the best thing I can say. I went to a kid's birthday party here. The birthday kid's mom complained that they basically do not answer the phone ever here. I can see why. It is crazy busy. Someone has got to open up another place like this and try to do it right, unlike so much of what is wrong with this place. They do the birthday parties like a factory. You sit at long lunchroom style tables near the front, which used to be cute animatronic shows when I was a kid, but now it's pretty much screens with music videos, and occasionally the things sing, but it's all movie studio-esque, and I hate it. The fact that they only sing for parties sucks. Not only that, but they don't do each kid's birthday separately, they bring them all up, and rush through them. Each party gets a two hour window and it is like an assembly line. In, pizza, tokens, song, cake, leave. They will make sure you don't overstay your two hours, as they will be immediately prepping for the next party before it is even time. It isn't particularly clean, but it's cleaner than the last one I went to, and it's just so loud. At least most of the games were working. read more

When was he last time they cleaned the carpet? Let's talk about the menu. My husband and I ordered iced tea and the rest of the party wanted a soda. The menu said that iced is $1.89 and adult soft drinks are $2.49 each, that's if you're paying close attention to the menu board and your receipt. Because no matter what the menu said, they will charge you $2.49 for iced tea as opposed to the $1.99 that's posted in their menu. When we brought that up to Mario, the order taker, he said that they don't even have a separate key for iced tea on their register. Thy only have adult soda for $2.49. My husband said they need to remove that from their menu and To that, Mario replied; "the menu has fries on it and they don't even sell fries!"
