Blueberry fritter, everything bagel with egg and sausage, and a cup of some damn good coffee.
Solomon C.

Ok a co- worker and her hubby introduced this place to me. At first I thought, there is no way on God's blue Earth is this place as good as they describe. How WRONG I was. Coffee was really good, the best blueberry fritter that I ever had. The bagel with egg and sausage changed my life. An the place seems to be popular. I definitely enjoyed the food and service.

I stopped by on a weekday afternoon. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place was not too crowded.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] There were a ton of types of donut. Nutella filled donut and choclolate cronut were my favorites. Pistachio donut was good as well. Surprised to see that this place operates 24 hours. I will be back to try more donuts.

Overhyped. Came here on Jan 3, 2026, parking is a bit tight so be careful. Bought a blueberry fritter, matcha glazed and ube glazed and the total was $15 which is INSANE. Cashier said cash only and never offered to heat it up, went right back to talking on the phone with his wife or girlfriend back home. The blueberry fritter was decent, just the right amount of sweetness. The ube and matcha glazed were awful. It was just regular flavored sugar put on top. Donut was definitely old and sitting.

Overall 2.5 stars maybe even 2.6. It's over priced, overhyped and underwhelming in my opinion The donuts are pretty sweet, a bit too sweet for my taste. I think the glaze makes it even more sweet, and I was hoping for a more balanced flavor We paid $18 for 4 donuts, and they only accept Venmo or cash. $18 for four donuts feels pretty steep, especially when the donuts were just okay I love croissants, so I wanted to try their cronut (a croissant-donut) and we their traditional donut. We also got the blueberry fritter-thing donut and the strawberry-filled one. We tried a bit of each but they were too sweet for us and felt blah after eating, you know the blah feeling after you eat something meh? The customer service is okay, nothing crazy The parking lot is a bit small but not bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The location is decent, and the interior is cozy with some seating available.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We took ours to go

Pretty insane variety. Fruity pebble stuff stripped frosting things. I'm a basic old foggie I like Maple bars. This one was solid. Fluffier on the inside but still tasted deep fried or something. Huge collection, short line, moderate prices. I think our 4 doughnuts were $18? Don't live here, would recommend it but don't think I'll come back.

Fresh Apple Fritter to go

I so wish this place had been around when I was pregnant and craving a glazed donut in the middle of the night! Chuck's Donuts is SO SO good. I usually stop by on my way home around 6 AM after an overnight shift, and their Apple Fritter is my absolute favorite -- it's huge, still warm, and honestly impossible to resist. I end up picking at it in the car, and it's gone before I even make it home! The people who work there are super friendly, [[HIGHLIGHT]]the place is well lit and I love that they even have a vegan section.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The only thing to note is they accept cash or Venmo only (no credit cards), but it makes sense since most orders are small. Totally worth going a little out of my way when the craving hits!

Came here on a Saturday night. We we're 3rd in line but plenty of donuts out! They had already run out of blueberry fritters (around 6:45pm). We got 2 apple fritters instead and a regular glaze donut. Loved both donuts! Would highly recommend coming here.

I purchased 2 ube donuts and 2 lemon fillings, each $5!

Out of spontaneouity, or more like out of impulse last Sunday morning to relive the deliciousness of a lemon filled donut, I decided to check this shop out again. (Since the closest shop in Belmont is not as good or doesn't have much variety as this location). Plus the last time a bought a dozen variety for my coworkers back in 2021, everyone in clinic loved the donuts! I arrived around 1230 p.m. and was lucky to be served right away and surprised to find two more donuts of the Ube flavor left, I snatched these up as they looked interesting! Also, the man behind the counter made the lemon filled donuts for me. Apparently the flavors I chose were specialties and cost altogether, $20 for 4 donuts! Whatever, I thought and bought them anyway and was not disappointed. The Ube flavored donut was delicious, crispy as one other Yelper commented (but only bc of the dry frosting on top of the donut). Either my taste buds were off, but I couldn't tell if this actually tasted like Ube, but it was delicious nevertheless. The lemon flavored donut was my favorite. I know the filling is an artificial lemon flavor, but that didn't matter as it was still my favorite Lol. Getting here can be tricky; you're either coming in from the main road (Woodside) or if at the intersection you make a right or left on Orchard Avenue, there is this tight entrance with low clearance you can drive your car through. The parking lot is plenty, but shared with other businesses. Imagine coming here during rush hour! So try to go first thing in the morning or maybe on the weekend? Stop by and get your donut fix at Chuck's Donuts!

To whom it may concern, I want to highly thank Shri for his awesome hospitality. We came in today at around 6:15pm and were intrigued with the amount of available donuts at this time! They all looked so delicious that we had to ask him for recommendations which did not fail! We had a confusion with the cash handling process with Shri but it was OUR mistake and not his. We miscounted our change and asked if we can please double check the cameras but we were the ones that made the mistake and not him. I want to sincerely apologize to him ( which we already did ) but most importantly thank him for his amazing service. Please thank him when you have a chance as he is an awesome asset for your business. We will come back because his service was outstanding. With all due respect, Arturo

I go here because it is just physically most convenient for me and I am pretty happy every time. They are open 24 hours and for being 24 hours, the donuts are pretty fresh. They get PM sun in the donuts and even then, they dont taste like they have been sitting out. They are a little expensive but what isn't these days? I will come back and be happy but not super thrilled

Chuck's Donuts at night

If you're craving donuts late at night, this is the spot! Chuck's Donuts is open 24 hours/day. The donuts are continuously made so there's always a full selection of favorites! My go-to is the cruller, which usually sells out quickly at other places but they had several when I stopped by on a late night. A donut a cup of hot chocolate hit the spot when I was here with some friends the other night. Definitely a popular late night delivery choice for many. I heard the DoorDash chimes ring several times when I was there. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Sure the place does show its age but don't let that deter you from visiting. It has a classic nostalgic feel to it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]There are a few tables and booths available for seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're feeling lucky, they also have two lottery ticket vending machines.

11/17/24 Yup! Still the yummiest donuts. I honestly just get donut jokes but you can get lots of very exotic donuts here! Open 24 hours

How many varieties of vegan donut are available daily (usually)?

How is the flavor selection at night? Do they have the same selection of donuts at night as they do in the morning?

I once went in at around 9pm on a week day and they still had a huge selection! I didn't notice any donuts missing.

Do your donuts contain eggs?

While I'd be shocked if most of their donuts don't have eggs, they do have vegan options (which wouldn't have eggs).

They don't have a huge selection of donuts but you can get your classics here as well as some more unique options, such as mochi donuts, or donuts with unique flavors, like blood orange and raspberry. We decided to get a lemon mochi donut, a blood orange mochi donut, a classic chocolate, and a chocolate "cruellar" donut. All the donuts tasted freshly made, had a soft dense interior, and were very delicious. The chocolate ones in particular paired very well with a cup of coffee the next morning. They also have unique ice cream flavors here. We look forward to trying those on our next visit.

The strawberry shortcake donut was delicious. The strawberries were a little too tart but the glazed donut was delicious. Mochi donuts were ok but I probably wouldn't get again. Tried a chocolate donut log with egg custard. Do not recommend the custard filling. It isn't done lengthwise and wasn't tasty. Donut itself was soft and fluffy. Overall, I'll come back for a sweet treat. I think service at this one was better than the other cause just less customers.

I came here the other early morning to buy coffee and donuts…read more The first red flag was that as I was sitting, parked in front, I took a bite of the plain old fashioned and discovered that it was stale. I went back inside and was immediately given a fresh old fashioned. The glazed cruller was ok, but it had an artificial (custard) flavor that I found a little off-putting. I had purchased two "chocolate" cruller. The glaze on this donut was NOT chocolate. The glaze tasted absolutely artificial, overly sweet and probably a health hazard. I ate just the underside of one of these donuts and threw the rest away. Sadly, the workers had not bothered to change the frying oil in a long time, so even the fresh old fashioned donut from this place, which was relatively inoffensive, suffered from an ever-so-slightly rancid flavor. The coffee was solid and they offered a lot of different options for it, such as milk and cream as well as the usual nasty French vanilla "creamer," which is the only reason that Chucks gets a second star. This business owner should radically restructure their business model to include quality over cost-cutting, because they would do better to use clean (and not soybean) oil, real ingredients without artificial flavorings, and authentic chocolate instead of whatever unpalatable garbage I experienced. They offer all kinds of superfluous menu items and they should really consider making better donuts. If I hadn't exchanged the first donut, I would have wasted money on 3 out of the 4 donuts. It is telling that rather than selling out, this business had inventory left from the day before, and they tried to sell it to me. Stan's donuts in Santa Clara often has to close early because they sell out hours before their 3PM closing time, and they don't do this disgusting quality compromise.

I rarely find a donut I don't like. This location of Chuck's has some super hard donuts. Like over…read morefried maybe. Also more flies than I'd like buzzing around.
