I had him call AAA and ask for battery service and told him to go ahead and get a new battery as the Costco one was several years old and probably needed a new one. Well he waited over an hour for Bob Holzer Towing to show only to be called back and told that because they failed at the jump start that they wouldn't look at either car until it was looked over by a mechanic. WTF? Now my kid is learning how to pull the battery from YouTube videos and having another friend take him to Costco to swap out the battery and having me question what AAA is even for. If you are in San Luis Obispo County and AAA wants to send Bob Holzer towing for battery service you would be wise to ask for another service provider.
