The bowls were filled perfectly with a great balance of flavors and texture. The sushi rice was cooked ideally great texture and flavor. The ahi and salmon were fresh and portioned well. I cannot believe I slept on this location for this long, I feel like I can never get those years of experience back now. For what it's worth the Fry's up the road and the Sprouts across the street do Poke as well and charge the same amount, theirs are absolute garbage compared to Poke Paradise quality, quantity, and ability to customize it yourself. Not even close, and the staff here was welcoming and made it feel worthwhile to go out to eat. I will note the place was also immaculate and clean, the girls building the bowls were attentive to not mix toppings and meats etc. Overall this was one of the better experiences our family has had eating out lately, and we will definitely be back. I ordered the smoked salmon roll, the spicy salmon roll, and a poke bowl. And on each one, the amount of ingredients and overall portion sizes far exceed what you typically expect for a sub $10 price point. My Poke Bowl was really exceptional and the purple rice is legit!
