We started with meatballs in a delicious marinara sauce and Fried Green Tomatoes topped with Pimento Cheese and balsamic glaze. We had approximately 36 guests and the portions were huge! For the buffet dinner there was dinner rolls, Mixed Greens Salad, Fried Chicken, Red Pepper Coulis Grilled Salmon, Garlic Mashed Potatoes and a Vegetable Medley steamed. I would say don't waste your time. Upstairs was a complete bust. Never meet rude and uncaring wait staff. The blonde girl not wearing a bra was at the bar drinking her drink as she watched us just stand there waiting to be seated. The other blonde was kinda working clearing a table but walkes past us 3 separate time with zero acknowledge. Came back down stairs and gave ot a second chance. Eden was fantastic. Stopped in for brunch on Sunday afternoon. Service was pretty good, although our dishes were slow coming out of the kitchen and it didn't appear busy at all. One person in our party didn't get her crab cake sliders until we asked for them again from our server, even though someone else at our table got their crab cake Benedict with every one else's meal. Once they arrived the crab cakes were good. The grits with the Benedict were ok, a little dry. The burgers were decent, but the Brussels sprouts were very oily and flavorless...they needed salt and a splash of acid to cut the oily taste. Churchill's Pub is located in Old Savannah and indeed does have that "Old Savannah" aura about it even though the namesake of Churchill seems hardly fitting for a pub located in a Southern town. It's basically a drinking place with a good selection of liquors and beers with a nice little lounge area conducive to pleasant conversation. One good thing about Churchill's is that though the menu is rather abbreviated, it does serve some rather decent food, especially their burgers and their calamari up until 1:00 AM. read more

The pretzel was delicious and I recommend getting the smoked Gouda with it. Also I recommend sharing the pretzel! We each ordered one without realizing how big it was! We all loved it though. We stopped in with a group of 9 on Saturday night without a reservation, and we were seated right away with great service! I wouldn't say the food is out-of-this world good, but it's more like upscale bar food. I usually order the salmon with asparagus, which is tasty, but this past weekend I had their 1/2lb cheeseburger. It was delicious, but the fries served with it were way too salty. My friend loves their meatloaf, and another friend had their mac and cheese entree, which was huge and delicious! There's 3 different areas in the pub: the main restaurant area upstairs, the wine cellar downstairs, and the rooftop patio. The wine cellar is a little more of a private romantic atmosphere, and I love the vibe on the rooftop as well. You really can't go wrong anywhere you sit! We came here for a wedding!! The wedding was upstairs and the reception was outside in the patio area. The staff was very friendly especially the owner. Everything was set up beautifully. The whole restaurant had a wonderful feel to it. Bartenders were on point. They also have an elevator if you have trouble getting up the stairs. Food-Delicious. We started off with salad. The ranch dressing was good! Bruschetta tasted fresh. Fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese was on point too. Cheese and fruit tray paired well with everything too!
