My goodness on 10/21 I went to Church's with my niece, she ordered a 3 piece dinner with fried okra I only wanted the okra. When we ordered at the box, no one said what the total price was so we pulled around to the window to only have to place our order again. We paid and the lady asked us to pull forward she would bring our food out. Two cars in the drive thru pull up get their food and leave. I got out tapped on the window, the idiot cashier in the drive thru had forgotten about us. I love Church's fried okra but it hard to deal with that crew in that Church's, straight up ghetto is all I can say. Don't even deserve one star read more

Churches Fried Chicken is a place that will never disappoint. The food is always good. I have always had really good service. This one in particular was very clean. The restrooms were clean also. Their prices are very reasonable and we got a lot of food for the price we payed. We left very full and happy. I highly recommend Churches in general and I especially recommend this location. read more

RUDE, RUDE, and RUDE. Worst customer service I have ever received, when ordering a meal (basically talking to myself as there was no "hello" "can I take your order" NOTHING!) I had asked the employee what was included for the sides, she sighed seeming more than bothered and read them under her breath. Not even able to hear her (NOT BECAUSE OF POOR EQUIPMENT FROM MUMBLING) i was finished with my order but she had completely stopped talking a couple minutes or so later I hear an "is that it" I said "yes ma'am" didn't get a total, thank you, drive up, nothing! Coming to the first window to pay she took my card and without making eye contact handed it back. Driving to the second window I as she was handing me my food, I had put my hands out to grab my bag and she had rudely shoved the bag my way and without a word since "Is that it" closed the drive through window. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! Edit: Me and my family love churches chicken all around but refuse to tolerate such rude customer service, and are more than worried to order here being as they are the ones handling our food. Haven't been back to order from this particular churches and refuse to do so again. As won't my family and friends for Their own personal experiences being intolerable service as well. read more

One star and amazing all at same time....back story. I got in drive through with 4 cars ahead of me and ordered a small order of jalepeno bombers.the voce on the other end, not welcoming me or anything, said "you want just one?'. no, i want a order, not just one! 12 minutes later it was my time at window. I pulled up and the clerk said hi. That's it. hi. He had NO idea why I was there!! When I stated I wanted a small order of the jalepenos, I guess that's when they were dropped. Now this gave me plenty of time to look inside store. The okra and fries on the floor that staff was walking on,not sweeping up. Staff handling money, then frozen foods, then bagging them up, bringing to customers, still no gloves. Does the health department just turn a blind eye to this place? After several more minutes, I got my order and off I went. Since I was only out a couple of dolars, and there was another line at drive through, I figured I would just eat this, one way or the other. The first bite was yummy, hot beyond belief, spicy from peppers, gooey from cheese. But this is where it stopped. They had managed to make the breading on the outside crispy, the bites on the edges gooey, what was left was frozen. Not cold, frozen! They had managed to make a bite that was frozen, spicy, gooey,hot,crispy and not up to temp all in one bite. Amazing!! Now you know where the amazing came from.But if you are concerned with lack of sanitation, lack of customer service, lack of hygiene, more food on floor than in your bag, this is the place for you!!! If you care about yourself or family and don't have cash laying around for trip to SAMC for food poisoning, keep on going. When I returned home grumbling about my experience, Tina reminded me that I swore I wouldnever go here again after we got some medium rare chicken one time.
