The most inconsiderate, rude and slow restaurant and workers I've ever experienced. They made us wait 35mins in the drive thru to take our order. After getting a 2min warning 7times, we said "hello, is anyone there?" And no one responded. The lobby was also full of people waiting over 45mins to have their ORDER taken. I walked into this churches there was only one customer in the dining area as they stood at the counter for nearly 10 minutes. I was never acknowledged, ordered or continually being ordered through the drive-through in which I was never able to order. Horrible drive through service. I'm extremely inefficient by not having the intercom system up and running and taking orders at each car. Why not be efficient like other fast food restaurants and out someone outside to take orders so they can be prepped. I am very surprised this location only has 1 star. Staff was friendly today, food was delicious. Our order was correct which I was super worried about. They even ended up giving us an extra piece of chicken. It only took maybe 5 minutes between ordering and getting our food. I loved that the chicken was juicy on the inside, not overly salty and had super crispy skin. Mashed potatoes and gravy were incredible. Their sweet tea was also very good. Super sweet but didn't taste like metal or like it had been sitting around all day. The only thing we got that we didn't like was their lemonade which is why I have 4 instead of five stars. Their version of busy is literally no one else's when you've experienced working food service industry but they act like it's hectic and the customer is an inconvenience. You could repeat your order MULTIPLE times to them and it would still come out wrong and missing items. They literally only have chicken and a handful of sides. The orders aren't that complicated so you'd think they couldn't possibly mess it up. You let them know that what they've rung you up for is incorrect? Attitude. This place is trash and the lack of leadership shows. The kids that are working there don't care and I watch one of the literally grab a cheese bomber from the heat lamp and eat it. It may be a newer Church's Chicken but the employees are dumb as rocks! I placed a mobile app order at 12pm app stated will be ready at 12:07pm. Got there at 12:10 but didn't get my food until 12:40pm. No one was wearing gloves but was touching the food! Do not order from this restaurant through Uber Eats. They took forever to cook the chicken and by the time it was ready and the driver picked it up, we were missing a lot of items we ordered. It's been awhile since I gave this establishment a chance and I was floored that the customer service was even worse than the first time I did a review. If I could give zero stars I would. First off, I came at 8pm and tried ordering through the drive thru. No one was answering so I walked inside. There was a young lady arranging the chicken into different boxes while she was watching on her cell phone. I understand that if there's no customers they can watch but as soon as a customer walks in they should give them their attention. This young lady had her mask barely on and asked what I wanted. No greeting but just a dirty look as if I was bothering her. I asked her politely if they still had the Wednesday special and she replied irritated with a no. I continued looking at the menu as she turned around. About a minute later, she turned back around and asked what I wanted. Now her look was even more nastier. I was going to ask her if she had a problem because the look she gave was uncalled for. I asked what specials they had and she told me. She asked if I needed help deciding which I didn't answer because she didn't seem like she wanted to help me. There were two other gentlemen in the back making the chicken and biscuits. When the chicken was ready, one of them brought the tray out. He asked her if I was helped and she said whenever she's ready to order. He kindly asked if I was ready and I said yes. If not for his kindness I would have walked out. He thanked me and she handed me my food. No thank you or anything. Sadly I don't think I'll ever return here even if it is a few minutes away from my house. I know people have bad days but since we're not able to see a persons smile due to wearing a mask, eye contact and tone of voice makes a difference. read more

How are you a chicken place and have chicken in the name but never have chicken.... I went two days back to back and regular chicken was a 10 minute wait and spicy was 20... that makes zero sense. And i didn't even go when they were busy and a wait for chicken was acceptable! Second day i was told they had white meat spicy but not dark meat and i didn't want all white meat so i ordered a 12 piece and asked to do the white meat spicy and then 6 dark original... i got all original. Long story short ... they shorted us on 3 pieces of chicken and 3 large sides. I called and spoke to manager. All I want are the sides & missing chicken which I paid for. I can't tell you if the food here is good since the two times I've gone here I wasn't able to get anything. Both times I've gone they've been out of chicken. It's not like I'm going at crazy hours either. One time it was at 6pm and the other at 7pm. They close at 10! It wasn't even a case of "hey we need to make more chicken it's going to be 15 minutes", they just said they were out of chicken for the day.
