Service was great, we got sat right away. It was a Friday during lunch hour. Plenty of parking, it was my first time bringing my parents and they loved the food. They can't wait to go back, our waitress was so nice. She was very helpful, my dad did not know what to order as they have so many items to choose from, the waitress helped him arrow it down. Ive always had such a great experience at Chuy's. The food was delicious and the establishment was very spacious with friendly staff.

The atmosphere is interesting inside. The prices are really good. The food was underwhelming. Service was good. Would probably go back just for the inexpensive drinks.

Food quality is great for price; chips are very fresh and staff are friendly. Took one star because it was not appetizing to see you server clean with a broom before serving your food.

All the Chuy's I had been to in Houston, the interior is always beautifully decorated. The menu is simple but offers great selection. For today's visit, the service was great. My server was nowhere to be seen except for bill time. My party ordered the tacos and enchiladas. Our food was served room temperature, not even warm. The food presentation may be fine but the food quality wasn't good. Chuy's appeal would probably be their price point and colorful interior.

Painfully slow and our food was cold. Could not get the servers attention. Not up to Chuy's generally acceptable standards.

Food was not good. They discontinued a lot of popular dishes. Utensils were dirty and not going back again.

While they have their guest parking at the hotel premises, be very careful not to park in other lots that belong to the restaurants in that area. Towing is strictly enforced. The service was fine and the food was better than I expected. I ordered the open face steak melt with french fries. The sandwich was very good with cheese melting away and the fries were golden brown and crispy. Another notable thing that we ordered was the lobster roll with french fries. It was really good. There was plenty of meat/lobster and the sandwich was packed and stacked. It also was accompanied with golden brown crispy French Fries. This was my first time having a lobster roll sandwich and I really enjoyed it. The bar was full and there was music playing in the lobby. It was loud and there was plenty of seating area. We should have a good time on our subsequent visits.

The flour tortillas around the fish were strange even. They need a better sourcer. Go down the street to a local place! I ordered a cheeseburger cooked medium and it was bloody. Again, the meat quality was strange. It upset my stomach. The french fries and cocktail were exceptionally good.

We came in for a girls night, and to try the girl dinner that they had been promoting. It came with Steak, Fries and a Caesar Salad and cocktail, which I think is a perfect combo. It was just enough food. Before we started our meal, we ordered the Onion Rings appetizer, and they were so good. Came out super hot and crispy batter with a yummy aioli for dipping. The steak came out perfectly cooked to my liking, the fries, super yummy, wished I had more! And the salad was light and crisp. I opted for the espresso martini, which again, made to my liking! I also ordered another drink, a vodka martini, which was nice crisp and smooth. To round out our evening, we ordered the bread pudding for dessert. They ran out of ice cream, but it was not needed. This is one of the best bread pudding's I've ever had. It had a nice toasted bottom, and was warm and gooey throughout each bite. I was only going to take a bite, but that was hard to do, so we devoured it pretty quickly. Suffice to say, I'll order that as an appetizer on my next visit!

A couple of minutes later, a guy walks up, I tell him my name and that I'm there for party inder said name, and he basically just waves me up the elevator. Like I said, it was my first time--I had no idea what to expect or how to get around. What started out as a nice experience turned into "meh" not long after the appetizers, which were good, by the way. When the main courses started to arrive, at least three people in my party weren't happy with their food. One sent her plate back and decided not to order anything else. After seeing that, I just went for a salad to avoid further disappointment with my own food. The bill was the next headache. The waitress seemed to try her best, but she needed help. It took over an hour to get things sorted out. There was no follow-up, no "sorry for your inconveniences," especially on my birthday, or anything. Other than the restaurant's look, the apps, and I guess the cocktails, I wouldn't recommend coming for anything outside of happy hour.

The service was superb with taking our food order, refilling drinks, bringing out a to go box and offering to go drinks. I will say I loved my husband's birria grilled cheese sandwich. It was so huge, flavorful and juicy. He ate half of it there. I was happy with the portion of the chicken fried steak I was given. Since it was stacked on top of the green beans and mashed potatoes it needed some gravy with it. I'm not a fan of it being stacked like this so I asked for more gravy lol They were polite about it. I did like the bacon addition to the green beans. We did enjoy our strawberry lemonade and peach lemonade. That was a nice southern touch. Overall this was a fun spot to dine at. We did go on a Saturday night with no reservation and it seems like it's a place that prefers reservations but there wasn't a crowd so they were pretty accommodating so check online if they're available like we did.

The drinks were great and well made, probably my favorite part of the meal. The food, however, was about a 5/10 for me. It wasn't bad, just a bit underwhelming compared to the hype and what I expected. Everything was fine, but nothing really stood out or wowed me. That said, with great service and solid drinks, it's still a decent spot to check out, especially if you're going for cocktails and a relaxed vibe rather than amazing food.

The day before the game we hit up twin peaks after we arrived and checked into our hotel. Although it was cool there, we were looking for more football fans with vibes so we decided to check out Kirby Ice House and was so happy we did! The following day after we left our World Cup game, we went back to twin peaks to grab wings to go and headed back to Kirby's for the next 5 hours for the remaining games! It's a HUGE sports bar with LOTS of TVs and seating areas/options. If you don't mind the heat, they have a huge outdoor patio with plenty of TVs. Me?? We avoided that until the sun went down lol. Inside they still have a lot of tables and TVs or you can opt for the bar and there's plenty of TVs there as well. I love that the vibe in here is super chill! Everyone was very nice. Kim the bartender was the best! They don't serve food but they have different food trucks each day (they have a schedule on their website) and they also allow you to bring outside food just not alcohol. Their cocktails are pretty good and they have a big variety of beers and specials.

The indoor bar area is massive, and the patio is just as big, making it great for large groups or events. It definitely has that laid-back, social vibe, and it's also dog-friendly, which is a nice touch. Customer service was good, and the drink prices were reasonable, especially for a place of this size and popularity. It did get pretty crowded, which adds to the energy if you're going for that kind of atmosphere. There isn't a full kitchen, but there was a food truck on-site (I believe it was Hearsay). It was okay--not bad, but nothing standout. You can also bring in outside food or order from nearby spots, which is convenient. Nothing super fancy or over-the-top, but if you're looking for a casual place to hang out, watch a game, and enjoy drinks with a group, this gets the job done.

Second, I discovered that they're owned by the same people behind Masraff's. That's a good start. They're located in a shopping center with several other businesses, including a cat vet right next door. While it was busy, I didn't have trouble finding a parking spot. Ambiance (4/5): This is part of where By Popular Demand (BPD) shines. The interior is trendy, with both tabletop seating and more comfortable chairs and sofas. There's a small patio in the front and a larger one on the side. There aren't a ton of seats inside, so think of it as a smaller, more intimate bar. Service (3.5/5): A little slow to start out with as it took our waitress a good while to come and take our order (we were sitting on the front patio). She did apologize for the delay, and she was friendly from there on out, so things improved throughout our evening there. Food (N/A): I had dinner prior so I was on a liquid diet. I have heard they have a pretty awesome steak night on Mondays though. Next time around! Drinks (3.5/5): While they have a full bar, BPD is a cocktail bar. They have 10-12 craft cocktails, plus everything else you would expect at a bar. I went with That Cucumber Drink. I'm always a fan of any cocktail that incorporates cucumber. It was one of the few items on the menu that stood out to me. A decent number of of the offerings are more of your standard cocktails (margaritas, ranch waters, etc.) and a good number have brown liquor (while I prefer clear liquor). Not the best menu for my taste, but that's not to say it's not a solid menu. Next time around, I'll have to stop by for steak night or to try out their food menu.
