2 soft tacos one beef one chicken

Bland bland bland, no flavor, no hot sauce, this is my first ever review. Salsa same to watery, come on spice it up. First and last visit.

I hadn't been to a Chuy's in 10 years, until I went last night. The service was great! No complaints there. And the ambiance was also nice, and fun. Good music! I remembered it as "elevated Taco Bell" -- and to be honest, I feel like that is the perfect way to describe it. And I really don't mean that to be shady-- I love Taco Bell! There is just simply a big difference between Chuy's, and Las Delicias and/or Los Arcos. The food was good, and the drinks were also tasty! We got shared the appetizer plate (combo?) and the enchiladas with New Mexico green chili. The green chili didn't feel like the authentic kind that I'm used to. So, I really don't have any problem with Chuy's. I'd just say that yes, it is truly "Tex Mex" ... and not authentic Mexican. I'll see y'all again, hopefully before 10 years from now, ha!

I really like Chuys and I swear I've had the flautas before but ugggh... the chicken in the flautas was like chicken paste it cat food or pate. I couldn't even eat it.

I was excited to come to this place. Seems to be a lot of them around Colorado. My husband had the shrimp tacos. He loved them. I had the taco salad. Not so much. I didn't like the flavor of the ground beef. The salad was very plain. It only had cheese, diced tomatoes, ground beef, and guacamole. No beans. It didn't come in a taco shell bowl. Had tortilla strips on the top. They were kind of stale. Also, I prefer iceberg lettuce, or a mix of iceberg and Romain. This was just the green part of the romaine on my Taco what's the salad. Just me. The service was great. Love the atmosphere very much. Homemade tortillas terrific. My husband said he comes to these places often. For me, I'm good.

Brandt, We had the absolute best experience here because of Brandt!! We freaking love you.. you're a superstar !! He was on top of everything when it came to refills for drinks and chips. He was super helpful with figuring out the menu and letting us sample the sauces so we were happy with our order!! GIVE THIS MAN A RIASE

Great food and great service. I got the build your own enchiladas with double rice. The cheese and beef were my favorite and the boom boom sauce is a must.

Everything about this establishment is great, except for Dennis. Dennis really killed the vibe.

I went a couple of months ago and it was very flavorful. Keep it up. Lower fat beans would be greatly appreciated.

When you want to just relax in a fun atmosphere for some Tex-Mex, this is the spot to go to. Love their enchiladas. Get the queso!

Let's go through each stage. 1. Quickly presented with water and chips and salsa. Both were very traditional and quite good. 2. Ordered two Ana's marg no salt and they were quite tasty. Nice balance of sweet and sour, shaken so they were nice and cold. Good enough we had a 2nd round. 3. The food, the wife ordered two fried tacos and I ordered to pork burritos. My wife was stuffed after eating her two tacos and I got two good sized burritos smothered in green chili. The chili isn't hot but very good flavor. I finished one burrito and brought the other home for the next day. Now the real question, will we go back. 100% !

The sauce that came with chips is like none I've ever tasted before and don't want to again. The Specialty Burrito....lacked favor. I was not impressed with the burrito or the chip sauce. I've eaten many many times in many various Mexican restaurants in Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Mexico and have never tasted food like that. Taco Bell is better. Maybe lay off the cilantro and add some salt and spices and flavor. I cook better than that. $16 is way to much for their special burrito. I won't recommend and will Not go back.
