A very unique experience with something for everyone! Pastries? They got them! Mousse? They have SEVERAL flavors! Gelato? They got whole freezer full of different flavors for you! Want a Waffle? They got Waffle makers and can hook you up! What about a Crepe? They got all kinds of flavors of those as well! Like I said, there is literally something for about every taste here. The one thing that seemed a bit awkward on my visit was that while they have a cafeteria style line, there was no one working the line. The restaurant/bakery is very clean and has a good layout with outdoor seating. The desserts are beautiful and presentable. The blueberry, strawberry and mushroom one were all very good and had unique flavors/texture. The fruit matched the flavor of the dessert except the mushroom is banana flavored. I personally didn't like the mango one that we got. It was kind of bitter to me. They are $6-$8 each which can add up quick. But they do serve each one on its own and on a real plate, not plastic or disposable, which I liked A LOT! The workers are all very nice and friendly. This was our family's first visit to Ciao, and it didn't disappoint. They offer a wide variety of sweets, from gelato and macarons to mousse and Turkish delight. Everything looked delicious, and it was especially nice to see several clearly designated gluten-free options. Ciao is counter-service, and we were helped quickly by a friendly team member. I ordered the gluten-free pistachio mousse, which featured a white chocolate shell filled with creamy mousse and ribbons of pistachio paste. It was tasty. The rest of our party enjoyed their desserts as well, although one person thought the strawberry napoleon had a slightly artificial, extract-like flavor. This place is nice inside but when I came on Saturday afternoon its was loud and had a dozen children screaming and running around. Not the vibe I expected from a high end dessert place. Service is bad and chaotic. There's a counter person to order from and they will take your items. Both times I came someone helped me pick out a mousse but I was not offered the chance to pick something from the baked good area. On my second visit I selected my item but it somehow got lost behind the counter and was not at the checkout. There were lots of people running around behind the counter, pretty disorganized. The mousse are just flavored with extract. Only a few have layers of fruit or other components like chocolate shell. I have been waiting for this place to open up since I saw them put the sign up. Not because I'm a sweet girly but more so because it just look cute and Tiffany blue is my favorite color and this was just right up my alley. Now that they are finally open, I was able to go inside and oh my God it is so pretty. The place was so neat and clean. They had excellent customer service. Everybody was cheerful and greeting me asking me if I needed any help or any explanations they answered all of my questions. I did end up, trying the coconut moose, and it was really tasty, but I wasn't what I expected. I didn't realize it was like ice cream. It had a white chocolate shell coconut, mousse ice cream. First time coming here with my boyfriend since we needed a sweet treat after a hard day, to heal our inner child. First impression, very nice place with ample seating, and everyone was very kind helping out. Not too crowded at 9pm on a Tuesday, but enough people there keeping the staff occupied to give us time to have a nice look around. We ended up getting some gelato each, and we each also picked out a sweet treat. The gelato was nice and creamy with a rich flavor, some of the best I've ever had! For the treats, my boyfriend got a pistachio cannoli and I got a mini Oreo cheesecake. He really liked his cannoli, but I got a flavor overload from the gelato vs the cheesecake. Don't recommend pairing salted caramel and Oreo, but they were great on their own. Way more expensive than I would've liked, but definitely worth it in the end for the flavors, selection, quality, and ambiance. Will be coming back again if we're in the area again, or if we have any more self healing we need to do lol read more

Safe to say I'm obsessed.I've already been here about 6 times, and they've only been open for 10 days for their soft opening. This is one place that actually lives up to the social media hype (which almost never happens). I wish it stayed a hidden gem because the weekend lines are definitely about to be crazy. The place itself is so classy, it has that cozy European vibe. And everything looks as good as it tastes... honestly even better. You can tell everything is made fresh daily from scratch. Abood, the owner, is genuinely so sweet. He comes out to the tables and checks on everyone to make sure everything is perfect, and even the manager is just as nice and welcoming. You can really tell how much they care about every single customer. The chef has over 40 years of experience, and it shows in every bite.
