So my friend and I came here on a whim last week, and everything about our experience was an absolute DREAM! [[HIGHLIGHT]]As soon as we walked in, it was so cute and clean inside and the customer service was AMAZING![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was our first time here, and Vaughn was SO sweet and super patient with us while we sampled different flavors and he gave us the best recommendations! I ended up going with the classic cup with 4 flavors. I did the Mango Sorbet, the Organic Lemon Sorbet, the Passionfruit Sorbet, and the Blueberry Cheesecake gelato. This was easily the best sorbet + gelato I've ever had in my entire life! This combination of flavors was absolutely PERFECT. Seriously, SO refreshing, velvety and delicious! Each flavor had the perfect amount of sweetness + tartness. You can tell they use the highest quality of ingredients! Some creative flavors here! I had the Lime Basil gelato and it tasted like being whisked away to the Amalfi Coast. It was fresh, bright and such a satisfying blend of flavors. I also got a blueberry cheesecake flavor which was good, but could've used a little restraint on the sweetness. I would've preferred more of the velvety cheesecake flavor to come through. You order through a kiosk and then the order is populated behind the counter where they scoop the gelato. It's a little disorienting at first, but it makes sense for busy times. I would've preferred definitely return to try some of the more exotic flavors. read more

Went with the raspberry + pistachio in a cup--an elite, life-altering decision. Creamy, smooth, borderline spiritual experience. 10/10, no notes. Unfortunately, my friend Kenneth decided this was his moment. I was behind him as he conducted a full-scale scientific study, sampling approximately 14 flavors like he was being evaluated by the Gelato Council. At one point I considered apologizing to the employee on his behalf and offering to clock in for them. Then, as if that wasn't enough, Kenneth launched into a passionate TED Talk about his deep emotional connection to One Direction, while small children nearby were singing "I want you to rock me," which really added a certain... ambiance. Located in the heart of Legacy West, it's one of the only place to get dessert/gelato in this area. During the afternoon when the sun is setting, it is directly to their store and the gelato were just a little melty/ sweaty. The cup was so sticky when they hand it to you. I wish they have some kind of more sun protection for the store. Other than that, we enjoyed the flavors we had and our visit. read more

Great experience here! You order the size you want at the monitors then go up to the counter to pick your flavors. They fit 3 flavors in the smallest size and let me try whatever I wanted. The passion fruit was really tart and mint tasted like it had real mint leaves in it Quick service in and out A bit pricey but that's gelato for you read more

It was delicious ! The salted caramel was a bit too sweet for me. Will skip next time time. The sorbets also had great flavors. It was refreshing. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Tried this ice cream place tonight and the inside of the ice cream shop was beautifully designed. There were statues and figurines reminding me of Rome which were super cute.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You first need to pick your ice cream type and pay for it at the kiosk then you can taste as many flavors as you like before choosing the two or three flavors that you would like. I chose the hazelnut flavor inside, the tiramisu flavor on the outer shell, and the pistachio on the outside on a chocolate cone. The hazelnut and tiramisu were my favorite however flavors can be a little rich. The person who designed my flower shaped ice cream was really kind and really took time to create my ice cream how I wanted. Overall not a bad experience. read more

We were shopping in Legacy West on a Sunday afternoon and my daughter wanted to stop in here for gelato. They have kiosks you order from then get in line to choose your flavor. There was a little bit of a line but it moved quickly. She got the lemon and strawberry gelato and loved it. The flavors were tart and fresh and were perfect on a warm day. If you are craving a sweet treat, Anorino Gelato won't disappoint!! If you've never visited, it's a little confusing. You pay first, and only then do you decide what flavors you want. There was a kind lady who helped us with the process. The gelato was quite dense, in a good way.... A small scoop lasts a while, and they will combine flavors if you wish. Came back again, as i was in the area for lunch and got the dubai chocolate combo with pistachio and dark chocolate. Their gelato tasted much better than before I feel, and the cone had a nice crunch and taste. However the line for this place still isn't justified and they should definitely change the way their ordering system works. My daughter recommended this place. She and one of her friends had been here before. There was a little line when we arrived. We placed our orders on the electronic kiosk and waited for about 10 minutes before we got to the front. My daughter got a cup of strawberry and mango gelato along with a raspberry macaron. I got a cup of strawberry, mango, and lemon (recommended by the server) gelato. The gelato flavors were so delicious and tasty. The lemon gelato was my favorite. I would visit again and next time get the rose inspired gelato, their specialty. read more

Then, you provide your name to the staff behind the counter and they check your order from a tablet. So many options, 8 sorbets and 16 gelatos... with UNLIMITED scoop petals! Though they (and myself) highly recommend up to 3 flavors. I personally love the hazelnut, pistachio, and stracciatella together. Thin cone was nice to give that rose stem feel. Kind young man at the counter (long hair mustache w glasses) is doing all he can and working swiftly but this establishment cannot be run w just one employee. You then go in line and wait for your name to be called so you can choose your flavors! I find this more efficient than their old layout where you had to stand in line, order at cashier, and then pick your flavors! Servers are always quick and communicative! I live in the neighborhood and stopped in for an espresso and gelato with my sister. First, I got a small cup with 3 flavors. The blueberry cheesecake flavor had a short black hair in it, not on top but fully inside the gelato scoop. Gross, but it happens. I also ordered a macchiato and noticed another short black hair lying on top of the foam... I don't know if I had terrible luck on my first visit or if this is a proper cleanliness/safety issue. Overhyped and absolutely not worth the wait! On a hot Saturday night at Legacy West, we desperately wanted ice cream and waited in line for over an hour, hoping it would be worth it. I ordered a kids cup with Stracciatella and Dulce de Leche gelato topped with a chocolate macaron. I liked that you could get multiple flavors, but the gelato was just okay--nothing great or memorable. Definitely would skip Amorino! read more

Wow - delicious ! But pricey. I tried out the small with macaroon. I had chocolate (all versions!) and a pistachio macaroon with whipped cream. Wow. Flavorful (I liked the dark and hazelnut options best) and it was so creamy. Not icy at all. Wonderful flavor and the small was so rich so plenty large. I can't believe I haven't tried this spot before but will definitely be having this again! Service was extremely friendly. They were very kind to newcomers with questions. Seating inside and outside. Plenty of spots around or take to go! Ordering is at kiosks and then you go around to the counter. If there's a long line, don't wait first or it will take a while to get through the line. Lot of colorful flavors draw you in for a cup or cone of gelato. Colorful macarons look delicious and they come large ($6.50) or small ($2.50) each. Their signature cone has the gelato put on with "petal" swipes to look like a flower. Was neat to watch the counter servers do this for $7.30. Nut spreads in jars are available for purchase. They make nice gifts. Get a soft drink or bottle of water or kids juice to grab and go. Line is out the door, but moves. Purchase is on an iPad with a credit card. There are no tables and chairs. Came for dessert after dinner on Legacy West. Variety of Gelato to choose from with amazing presentation. However, that was not the case. Placed my order and the girl who made my cone was clueless. Sloppy, sloppy crafting. She placed the wrong macaron on my cone, went back and just threw one on that was crumbled on one end. Seems that training is lacking, management supervision of the product being presented to the customers. Not impressed with the flavors or the Gelato at all. I see why the customer line was out the door ! I ordered and paid at kiosk which was efficient for the crowd. The offer of the server to try a sample before I made a choice was very welcoming. I had the small cup gelato of dark chocolate and coconut and it was very very fresh and very very delicious. I am ready for my next visit. Yum !!!! read more

I visited this place hoping to enjoy some of their gelato, but unfortunately, I never got the chance. I was refused a sample and was told that I needed to purchase something first before I could try any flavors. This policy is not only unusual, but it also made me uncomfortable, especially since the person in front of me was freely offered multiple samples without any purchase required. The inconsistency in treatment left a bad taste in my mouth, and I couldn't help but feel that there was a hint of discrimination involved. I would have loved to give this place a higher rating based on the actual product, but as I was unable to try any of the gelato, I can only give it 2 stars. The customer service was terrible, and this experience was enough to ensure that I won't be returning. I highly recommend that management reassess their sampling policy and ensure that all customers are treated fairly and respectfully. read more

We've been at this place on last Saturday and it was so fun! The only thing that down the place is that is super small and they were super busy (15 people waiting on line ) most of the time so we were with 2 babies and 2 strollers and it was a bit mess to get inside and out side the place but the ice cream, the crepe, and also the Milkshake was so good !
