I just got home with my order which should have been a large pepperoni pizza and 10 mild boneless wings and I was told it would be done in 25 minutes (4:55 ). I got my order at 5:10 and it was a cheese pizza and 10 bone in wings. Not what I ordered. It should have been a Wednesday special but the bill was over $25. I don't usually have problems with Docs but they messed up the whole order. I am a little dissappointed. read more

Not the best but not the worst. The pizza is cut into strips so a little weird but good if you have a bunch of kids to feed. Good service with affordable pizza. $7.99 Wednesday carry out special is great. Usually get one regular cheese and one garlic white pie. I do like their garlic parm wings and golden fever wings. The pizza and wings are fantastic. They have great weekly deals. I've been ordering here since I was a kid. The pizza is cut into strips which are basically just conveyor belts of yumminess. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because they don't offer delivery. I mean, I get it, but it would be nice to have as an option. The staff are always friendly when I go. If you're in Camillus and want some pizza, I highly recommend their sausage pizza or their Garlic Lovers pizza. Absolutely delicious! read more

Overall this is a pickup only location with no area to stop and wait. Good for the covid situation we are in now. I have never been here and the food was waiting for me. Fish came in a sandwich form with fries. The fish was crispy but hinted that it was a frozen fish situation. Fries were crispy and kept their form all the way home. The coleslaw was bitter and came in a small cup. Tarter sauce was in small foil packages and was not used...yuck. Wings were decent and the bbq sauce was good. This appears to be a pizza place and I have no idea how it is. But since fish fry was in the name I assumed they would have good fish. This is a local takeout pizzeria we hadn't ordered from in years but not sure why because the pizza and chicken wings were really good just as I remember. We ordered 2 large 16" cheese pizza's and 30 wings that were ready in 20 minutes! We wanted our wings plain with mild Buffalo sauce on the side. They were crispy n fried right. The pizza is fresh dough n you can taste the difference ! There's also a gluten free dough option on the menu! They also have appetizers, salads, calzones, stromboli hero's ,haddock and other seafood specialities. The menu we brought home says they deliver for $2.99 with a $15. minimum. Everything was so good we'll be ordering from there when we have another crowd. Open everyday so check it out. read more

I'm originally an Upstate gal. Then I moved to "the Big City" and finally was able to try a real slice of pizza. When I go back upstate for a visit and am craving a slice- Doc's is the only spot I know where I can find a quality slice at a reasonable price. Um, sure you could visit Domino's or Pizza Hut on West Genny Street... but why would you when you've got a brick oven pizza spot down the road that doesn't taste like it came out of a jar? Doc's creates a thin-ish crusted pizza and will top it with pretty much anything you can think of. I highly recommend the buffalo chicken pizza with bacon. It. Is. Awesome. and while I'm not a fan of either, I've been told that their wings and fish are really the items to order. I was able to try recent their "golden hot sauce" (I think that's what its called) for wings and it was straight up delicious. Oh and just a warning- they slice their pizza in strips.. not the traditional way. Don't be alarmed! about 3-4 strips is the same as a regular slice. Ordered a large pizza $6 wed night special. Pizza was mediocre at best. Crust was tough to get through and pretty thin. Also got an order of hot wings, they were also nothing special, med sized with not much sauce (I think I would ask for extra sauce if I ordered again). The price was right but the place was difficult to find and it was so busy because of the special I had to wait an extra 15 mins when picking it up. Ordered from here saturday evening, oct. 13, 2019. We were staying at Tru Hyatt hotel and they had recommended Docs. We asked specifically if the pizza would be delivered to our room. The answer was yes and that it would be about 45 minutes. After 1 hour, we went downstairs to ck And wait. The pizza had been delivered to another family. They said it wasnt theirs and got theirs. The pizza in tended for us was left sitting there and had been allowed to get cold. The delivery person left without contacting us. After discussing this with the manager of Docs, his excuse was the delivery person was new and slammed the phone down. Bad PR for Docs! Really good delivered pizza, and wings. Ordered a large, and wings special for delivery in Lakeland on Saturday evening. Ordered puzza 1/2 mushrooms & sausage, other 1/2 green peppers and onions. Chargrilled garlic wings. Before tip, a fair price at $23, delivery was ok at 35 minutes ( promised in 40 to 50) Everyone said it was one of the best in the area, I agreed, nice crust, good cheese, sauce and fresh toppings. The wings were one of the tastiest chargrilled garlic, but the celery was real limp, and the blue cheese dip left wasnt good enough to serve with them. Also no napkins offered, add good blue cheese dip, celery thats crisp, and some napkins and u have a 5 star review, for now, its a 4. All in all, we will definitely use them for our next order, no doubt. read more

It's been at least a year since we last tried this place as we were frequently disappointed. However, this time we had pizza and wings and they were both excellent. The pizza finally had ample sauce and the wings were cooked as ordered (extra crispy). We will be coming back soon. read more

Just ordered a calzone and got it. Literally the worst calzone I have ever in my life eaten. Wings are good can't complain at all but I'm a single bite in and it's the last bite I'm going to take of it. Some of the best pizza in upstate NY! Tried it for the first time and also ordered a fish sandwich to try as well. Wasn't holding much hope for the fish as I watched many orders of pizza and wings going out and no fish. Greatly surprised that it was awesome! This is the best pizza I've had so far in this area. We had a brick oven plain garlic pizza delivered a week ago. It came in twenty minutes and was fantastic. The antipasto left a little to be desired, but I've never really had a pizza place give me a great salad. read more

Very good pizza - not soggy or greasy. I made a comment several years ago on a different site about not being a fan of canned mushrooms. Lo and behold, they now use fresh mushrooms. Both the garlic and red sauces are tasty. Sometimes they slice the pie in wedges, sometimes in strips? Either way, it still tastes the same! The wings are the best around for my money. I have never found the staff to be rude as some others have commented. Even when they are busting butt on SU game nights, they have kept their cool. Thanks for tasty food and good service. read more

Ordered Doc's pizza last night for dinner. Was told order would take 45 minutes to be ready for pick up. Gave them an extra 5 mins. and showed 50 minutes after placing order. Was told the pizza had not even been started and that it would be at least another 30 minutes until they started cooking it. They are utterly incompetent and the customer service is severely lacking. The gentelmen working the counter was arguing with me regarding my order. Avoid this place at all costs. There are so many other good pizza places in the area. read more
