I enjoy eating here at least once a month. I would go there more often, but, it is a 45 minute drive one way for me from my home. I have never been disappointed eating here. The staff always rotates fresh pizza during my entire visit. I really enjoy the way their pizza is made and tastes; it has a great, distinct taste. The restaurant is always clean and orderly. This restaurant is managed by three young women and they do a fine job IMO. I talk to them all when I am there. They are friendly and helpful. My favorite manager is Teresa...a very young manager, but I can tell she is good with people. She always seems happy and upbeat. Most of the crew or all of the crew there are young people and they do a fine job keeping the place running; most of them are constantly busy doing something. There are a few older people who work there, but mostly it is young people. I was a senior manager in the military and I am impressed how these three young females keep the place running and in order. I observe all the employees while I am there. Alexis and Teresa always ask customers if they need anything and if everything is good. There is plenty of parking here; parking is never an issue. The bathrooms are always clean and orderly. I went here with my son once before I lost custody of him, but he was 40 so it made sense. He loved coming here more than his dad's house. My kids wanted to try this Cici's because the one in Selma closed. We'd went to the one in Selma for years. The reviews for this location are awful. So, we were shocked when we walked up and it didn't appear to be awful. The staff is great. Everyone was friendly, busy, accommodating. We went during the dinner rush. The dining room was busy and there was a steady flow of people picking up "to go" orders. The food was fresh. We will definitely be visiting this location again. read more

A damn incredible experience! Although the the price might be deceiving to the food, I genuinely enjoyed the food. The pizza and cinnamon roll combination was the best. Not only that the staff was great. I came in with a group of friends 30 minutes before closing, and the staff kept making and offering food. Finally, they allowed us to stay 15 min over to try and get the cow machines. A great time counts be spent anywhere else. I recommend 10/10 read more

Everytime my husband and I come in here, it's clean, everyone is attentive and kind. The male manager who usually works mornings (has a man bun) is always so kind to us and he actually remembers us and asks us how we're doing and you don't get that now a days. The food is always fresh and good and if it happened to not be they'll immediately fix it and get a fresh pizza and or dessert right away. My wife almost talked me out of going in here because of the previous reviews. I'm glad she didn't. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a friendly hello and welcome to Cici's. It was clean, there was plenty of hot, fresh pizzas and they offered to make us any pizza we didn't see. The staff was friendly and I can't say enough good things about the manager, Brian. I would not hesitate to recommend this Cici's to anyone and we will definitely be back. I went to the counter to thank the manager and ask his name to share in this review. This location isn't the best CiCi's pizza I've been to. The building looks old but that's not the employee's fault. While there, I noticed an young gentleman walking around trying to keep the empty tables clean as people were leaving. I didnt visit tge bathroom to see how clean it was. My boyfriend took me here to show me the wonders that is Cici's PIzza. He admits it's crap, but it gives him a nostalgic surge from his childhood. I've never been, but I can see why he called this place crap. The concept is fun: pizza buffet. Everybody loves pizza, and this buffet cost next to nothing. I'm not where exactly my dislike for this place is surging from. The fountain drink area smelled like a really stinky bathroom, despite no bathroom being nearby it. The pizza were edible in the least. I actually enjoyed the pepperoni & jalapeño combination. Their dessert pizzas were interesting, but I did not like them. Pudding pizza anybody? Cicis is home to the cheapest buffet in town! I enjoy their thin sliced/Brooklyn style slices. I love the concept that you can request any toppings/ customize your own pizza that is not on the bar. Pizza Olé( lettuce, tomatoes, hot sauce, beef), Spicy Buffalo (Grilled Chicken, Cheese and Buffalo sauce) and their Spinach are some of my favorites! If I could give this bootleg chucky cheese negative reviews I would. The food was actually embarrassing, the only thing that was actually edible was the cinnamon rolls. The worst part about my experience here was the staff, my friend didn't pay for the buffet because she wasn't planning on eating, but before I threw my crust away I asked her if she wanted it, because I was just gonna throw it away anyways, and then the manager got upset at me for letting her eat... MY CRUST. Then he continued to demand we pay the full buffet price because she ate MY CRUST?! We didn't pay for it because that's absolutely ridiculous. As we were walking out, the staff was all sitting at one of the tables by the exit and the manager said "We'll be fine without y'all" to my friend. It's just embarrassing for them honestly.
