For the second consecutive time in the last month, they have messed up the order badly. I ordered buffalo boneless wings and go chicken nuggets. No sauce or anything. We also ordered two pizzas one being pepperoni the other being pepperoni and sausage but unfortunately we received two pepperoni pizzas, neither having sausage. We additionally asked for ranches as the dip for each of our items but only received a ranch in one. No one greeted us when I walked in and a driver instead had to ring us up. Just never seem to feel welcomed here which sucks, because other Marcos are always top notch. Bummer that the one we live near is the one that seems to always fail. Side note: our last time eating here we had similar issues and reported it to "corporate office" they said our next pizzas were free, in addition the location called and confirmed that we showed up today and still paid for everything. I ordered some wings and calzone at 5:22pm this evening with an estimated delivery time of 6:04. I called at 6:31 because the order had not arrived. They said the driver left 32 minutes prior with two orders and would be here within 10 minutes. He finally arrived at 6:43. At no point did they live up to their promises. The food was barely warm when it arrived. When I asked what took so long the driver said "it's Friday". When I called the store again the same person answered and kept calling me boss. Only after I told him to stop doing that did he offer some monetary compensation which I declined. First, their food is good. We appreciate that they were the FIRST people that ever delivered to our neighborhood, pretty far out of town. But when it gets here 40 minutes late and cold...what's the point? This is after a $10.99 delivery fee PLUS the $10 tip I idiotically prepaid the terrible driver. He must have stopped off and had dinner with his girlfriend before delivering our food. NEVER prepay the tip. I will never be that stupid again. If you want your food hot and on time....probably call someone else. read more

We decided to order pizza on one of the craziest, busiest nights of the year... Halloween! I ordered online for carry out with an estimated time of 60 minutes for pickup (ready at 7:30-7:40pm). We knew it would be busy so we didn't have high expectations for our pizza being ready when they estimated it to be. I also have a credit in the system that I could have used but decided not to and pay full price because I didn't want to inconvenience the staff with having to deal with that. My husband arrived at 7:30p and as I said earlier in this review, it was very busy. They hadn't even started on our order yet. A female employee quit in the middle of her shift (probably from the stress of so many orders). There was a gentleman who greeted my husband and told him he would get started on our order. He offered him a drink while he waited. Again, we understood it would be busy so we were fine with the wait. My husband finally received our order and the manager gave him a voucher for a free pizza because they felt they inconvenienced him with having to wait. One thing I like about this location is management takes care of their customers. When something goes wrong, they go above and beyond to correct the issue. Them giving us a voucher (which they didn't have to do) shows they felt bad for us waiting, which again is no fault of theirs. They were slammed with tons of orders. Even with them being so busy, our pizza was soooooooo good! They had the right amount of toppings and were cooked to perfection! read more

To start, we really do enjoy their pizza!! But, we had a very negative experience with a third party delivery driver, to the point I threw away our complete order. I called immediately after this occurred, but the manager wasn't in, but explained to them the reasons why I wanted to talk to the manager. The next day I reached out to the GM, Sly, explained the circumstances and how unhappy I was with the delivery service and the fact that our meals were delivered unsealed. He immediately apologized, told me that they should have been sealed and that he had emphasized to all the employees that it must be done. He also said that they had a way of eliminating that driver from their rotation and he would do that. It's been several weeks since this incident and, true to his word, Sly comp'd us our entire order this time. Not sure we will ever have delivery service again, but we will definitely have Marco's Pizza in the future. read more

MAYBE 2 out 5 times do they deliver within a reasonable timeframe. MAYBE 2 out of 5 times do they actually talk to someone who calls about an order before putting them on a "quick" hold for 5 minutes before ultimately hanging up. MAYBE 2 out of 5 times do they get the order correct, after it takes an hour to finally get to you - COLD - just like this review. Your pizza sucks, anyway. Sadly, you are the only one who (horrifically) delivers in my area and I'd rather eat cardboard than to ever order from you ever again. I love that I can get a pizza bowl with no crust! When I opened mine, my fellow regular crust dining friends were a bit jealous! I was like, "Eat your slices of pepp-n-japs. I'm in gluten free/low carb/ keto heaven!!!" They kept smelling mine, and they both helped me eat it! Ha!!! By the way, if you've never had the pepperoni/jalepeno combo, you're missing out! Really disappointed with our first delivery order. We called about 20 minutes after our delivery order was due, and after sitting on hold for 5 minutes a second employee picked up and asked if she could help because no one was working on finding our order. Fortunately, our doorbell rang at that time. Unfortunately, we had requested contactless delivery, but the delivery person rang our doorbell a second time, and required that we answer the door and sign for the delivery. I decided to try marco's pizza.I received a flyer on my door And ordered one of their specials for delivery. Delivery was going to be about 45 minutes and that was OK. The pizza arrived. And the delivery person forgot my drink.He offered to go back pick it up and bring it back. I said just go ahead And do a refund which was done right away. When I opened it up the box It looked like the pizza I had been sitting somewhere for a little while it was lukewarm and the chicken was also warm.
