Love this place. It's not like extremely fancy pizza or anything, but my goodness is it a fantastic place to get a healthy mix of a huge variety of pizzas (and you can ask them to make you any custom pizzas they have the ingredients for!) there is also a salad bar, which is pretty much what I eat when I go there, because I only like thin crust pizza. But they DO make thin crust pizza, it's just rare that they make it without you asking. Don't be afraid to ask. I just don't want to ask for more than one, and usually people eat the rest of it after i get my piece so it's like, "hey can you make me another thin crust pepperoni pizza?" yeah nah, i'm too shy for that. haha. And then there is pasta, and it's decent, though I don't really care for it. However the chicken noodle soup broth is delicious. Sometimes I literally just go there and eat bowl after bowl of soup. Like 5 bowls! Nothing but broth and lil veggie hunks and chicken hunks! piping hot! yummy!~ I will also mention, CiCi's is unbeatable on price at normal times, but there is also a specific time which makes their price just an INSANE bargain. 5.99 per person for full buffet and drink, monday-thursday between 2 and 4 pm. This makes it so me and my mom can go to CiCis and eat for like 11 dollars for both of us and like, eat all you can eat pizza, salad, soup, pasta, breadsticks, and their desserts. (I don't eat the desserts though, i don't like sweets...) I don't know of any other dine in OR take out experience where you can get that kind of caloric volume for that low a price. Talk about VALUE! That's what bumps this from a 4 star to a 5 star review for me! I will also like to honorably mention that the staff here is great, especially the manager, who is always so kind and will even bring your custom pizza (at least a few slices of it) to your table when it's done if you're elderly. (My mom is.) She's a completely lovely person and I hope she sees this haha. YOU ROCK. The interior of this location is nicer than the one in fayettevillle. It's a newer building so I suppose that has something to do with it, but I like the layout a lot more. Isntead of one (much shorter it seems like) line of pizza and dessert its 2 rows of pizza across from eachother with a gap for the workers and a salad bar on the outside. The seating is nice, and even when it's a rush hour it's usually not too full up or anything! I am sorry, I thought I rated this 5 stars and yet it doesn't seem to LET me rate it 5 stars. Great pizza variety at most affordable price. Leslie being all rounder, does great job on customizing our pizza as well as Soup and serving to our table. we got our pizza directly from oven and it tastes very good. My kid love the desert pizza and mac and cheese pizza. I would have ate few more slices if they have sriracha sauce but they do have other variety of hot sauce. Overall good value for the money and great customer service. Easy parking and will come back !!!! read more

Okay, normally i leave good reviews on things I think are "good enough" but this place goes above and beyond! The buffet is 8.99 for adults, and 5.49 for kids, so great price, this is the best pizza I've ever eaten! The tv's are quite diverse so it will fit most people (if you watch those). Couldn't chew most of boneless chicken. Ordered honey bbq...didn't get it. Jalapeño poppers were not fried, but raw jalapeños poked in bread...yuck. Pizza...wet, gummy bread with very, very little toppings. Overpriced and would not feed this to my dogs. read more

The best CiCi's restaurant I have ever been to. The staff was very friendly from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The food was always restocked very quickly. The building itself was the nicest and cleanest CiCi's I've ever seen! Overall it was a great experience for a cheap pizza buffet. read more

For a place where multiple food biz had already closed down and changed hands in the past 3 years, it was curious to see if this place would survive. In the case pass Ci Cis pizza, I have a feeling it would be standing there for a long time. First of all, for a place that caters to whims of the young ones and provide budget buffet, out of very clean and well maintained. Food are always replenished. The salad are fresh and had quiet a bit of selections of veggies and dressings for the vegetarians. The pizza varieties of quite extensive although the pizza is doughy and very oily. But it's ok, they have marinara sauce that compensates for it. It's surprising though that theory chicken soap is so delicious. They also have game room and playground for the young ones to enjoy. Arcade games are available. There place, variety of food to choose from, I would give it a5 starts but the taste of the pizza a 3 stars, the price is budget friendly so overall I would say 4 stars. read more

This is a pizza buffet. The key to any buffet is to be busy so that the food is fresh. We were here on a Wednesday night. It was very busy so it must be well worth the $6.19. The salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. There was plenty of varieties of pizza so any pizza lover could find something they like. I tried several kinds and only found one a little off. Seemed too sweet (it appeared to be sausage) but it may have been I had just passed my pizza limit and my taste buds were rebelling. The cinnamon rolls and brownies are excellent but the most important and outstanding item is the soup. They only serve one type and it's a chicken and pasta soup that it is simply delicious. I couldn't get enough. If I had tried the soup first I might never have ever got around to the pizza. $6.19 for all the soup I can eat? I'm down for that when the soup is that good. There is a play ground in back and a reduced children's price making Cici's ideal for a family. Great management, friendly and helpful staff and good food (did I mention the excellent soup?) makes me think lots of folks will be enjoying this nice clean restaurant for a long time. Went on lunch break right as it opened. Was met by a strong bleach odor as walking into the front. The floors were still very wet and the tables were still being wiped off(I guess none of this had been done the night before in proper close down procedure). The pizza itself was good although there was not very much thick crust pizza and the pizza could have used some more sauce and flavor. Overall the food was OK, however will not be going back. The floors were still wet upon when we left and the constant worry of somebody slipping was unnerving. Also the thought of chemical contamination in the food loomed large. Pizza was not good. Ranch dressing didn't taste like Ranch dressing. Staff not friendly and did not give a crap for their customers. Took a bunch of teens there on New Year's Eve and when leaving the manager didn't bother with a thank you or anything. I think he was the manager. Nonetheless he was not grateful that I just spent over $80 buying their pizza that tasted awful. Not a good variety on their buffet. The cheese pizza did not have sauce. CiCi's used to be in Kings plaza. They closed their doors. I only ate there one time. Several years pass. New CiCi's in different place. New commercials on TV. Step Dad wanted to try them out. We did much to our disappointment. We thought newly opened, few weeks at most, they would be trying to be on top of getting New customers. Sorry to say that wasn't the case. Pizza was cold, except for the Spinach pizza, and it was bland except for, you guessed it the Spinach pizza. Crust on several of the pizzas was hard and difficult to chew. Mom got soup it was hot, but she wasn't pleased with it's blandness. Salad bar was mowed though and needed attention. My whole family loves salad, we didn't touch this one. Now other than the ubiquitous "Spinach pizza" there other decent item was the honey bbq wings we ordered. They were very fresh and hot when they were brought out. We were almost finished eating. But even the wing's bbq sauce suffered from blandness. And at these prices it wasn't a very good deal. Would have been better off with delivery or frozen pizza from the oven, or went to another buffet place and had better food. I don't know what it is but this is the third time in a row I have taken my parents to an eatery and been truly disappointed. Not just me, but my parents also. Step Dad laughed at me when I said as much. But answer me this. With the number of restaurants competing in NWA why aren't all restaurants on top of their game. Are they just out there to be mediocre at best and serve crap? Or am I just going to have to go up scale higher end dining just to get a decent meal? Nasty pizza. Took my kids there for the first time tonight and nobody liked it. The crust had no flavor and very oily toppings. I will say it was very clean and the staff was friendly.
