Gotta say great job out of these guys at this spot, even though I'm not a big Cici's fan. The staff kept the pizzas completely stocked, and they were cranking them out nonstop. Salad bar was clean as a whistle and the desserts were actually not a disaster area. The double buffet helped out with congestion and the drink station was tidy. The busers were seriously on top of the tables. As I look around I don't see one table un-bussed. Place is very clean. Everything was good. read more

I heard about the chicken and waffles pizza and decided I needed to give it a try. It was my first time at this location and I really like the way things are set up. With there being an island buffet line, it really helped things move a little smoother. The employees are nice and there was one employee who went around and collected plates when you were done. I don't know if they still have the chicken and waffle's Pizza but it was so good. I was genuinely surprised with how much I liked it. They have the usual favorites as well from the barbecue chicken to pepperoni. It's one of my favorite places to take my kids. read more

We came here on a Monday afternoon we had two tickets for a free buffet! Cute place for the kids. Lots of games, video games and movies on the big TVs. Pizza was good. Lots of different choices. Next time I will eat slowly so when the fresh hot pizza come out I can try it. They also had salad, pasta and soup. Fountain drinks and flavor Tea. And dessert pizza and cinnamon rolls. Still doing what they do...a buffet of pizza and salad. About a 3.5 for the buffet and 5 stars for the bargain of a price (around $10!!!). Not the best pizza we've ever had but a heck of a bargain even if you only go for the salad bar. Cici's used to be pretty widespread in the Orlando area but now are few and far between. read more

We received a coupon from Cicis recently and couldn't have asked for a more generous offer; two free all-you-can-eat buffets, soft drinks included. If we purchased this meal, it would cost us $12.39 each. We stopped in last Sunday evening just after the rush and all of the food was fresh. Shortly after we were seated a few more groups arrived, initiating the cooks to prepare more fresh pizzas. For a buffet-style meal, the pizza was actually good and there was a variety options to choose from. My favorites for the evening were the Veggie, Deep Dish Pepperoni, Mac-n-Cheese, Spinach Alfredo, and Alfredo. The salad buffet was just meh and the dessert pizzas were a bit too sweet for me; although, the apple dessert was passable. It has been at least 10-years since I have patroned this Cicis. It's not that I do not like the brand or anything, I just prefer not to eat at an all-you-can eat carb factory, especially at my age. I am glad to see that Cicis managed to make it through the pandemic even while other buffets took a major hit and were forced to close their doors. This particular store might have more to offer the customer unlike some of its competitors. There is a small arcade/game room, multiple game style vending machines, a cotton candy machine, and plenty of gumball machines to choose from. We noticed several groups with children made an evening out of dining at Cicis. Two specific groups were there when we arrived and still there after we left. Overall, the store was clean and the staff did a great job keeping the buffet items replenished. If you are looking for an affordable all-you-can eat pizza/salad/soup buffet, Cicis might just be the place for you. read more

If you are looking for a world class Italian restaurant, look no further than Little Cicily's! There are a few locations around Orlando, but this location is by far the best. It is wonderful that there's a place where people can try some of the finest Italian dishes without breaking the bank, and I always leave full. Now you'd be forgiven for believing such a place has a strict dress code; however, the amazing staff are very down to earth and not elitist at all. I usually make a few special request, when I have the honor of visiting this fine dining establishment, and the chef is always more than happy to accommodate these request. I'm afraid that after coming here for years, the other night I considered calling in a complaint and leaving. Regardless of your opinion on masks, they are currently required by county ordinance and store policy (according to the signs). When visiting on 9/4/20 around 5:30pm we watched as more than 5 guests were allowed in with no masks, others were let in with masks on their chins, and others were allowed to wander the buffet and beverage stations uncovered and unchallenged. This concerns me as much as an employee wearing an exposed band aid when handling ready to eat food. It's a health and safety concern as well as an ordinance, and none of the staff challenged any of the guests about it during the hour we were there. I'm out for visiting this location based on this experience. read more

Ok so the kid had a school coupon and just HAD to go! We went and enjoyed fast and friendly service in a clean eating space. Not sure why they would get a low review. I mean, it's CiCi's, not a fancy Italian restaurant. The pizza is hot and fresh. They even will make you what you want if it's not already available. It tasted good and so did the salad! Greetings friends and neighbors! It has been awhile since my last review and tonight's culinary train wreck just couldn't be over looked. Tonight the wife and I opted for the quick and dirty meal, it was cheap and a short distance from our home. My expectations have NEVER been high for places like these but I do expect low standards to be met at the very least. So... There we were at Cici's in Sanford, Florida. Now as many of you know this food chain isn't exactly on any good food spot lists, but it does have some mediocre yet tastes "ok" pizza selections. I prefer Tombstone out of the grocery store frozen food section personally but I do like a few of their flavors. Here's the rub however... I am a diabetic, so as with most of the places we go for a meal, I rely heavily on alternative foods so that I can still enjoy a few slices of pizza but I am not limited to just pizza. Thus we begin.. There I was standing in front of the noodle/soup station, longingly gazing into the near empty soup kettle which has happened to me the last 3 visits. Sighing heavily I ladel what little broth is left into my bowl and scrape overcooked pasta into it from the adjacent pan. My thoughts? Complete and total neglect. Moving on, the pizza selections were plentiful, granted my 3 favorites were cold and old and needed to be swapped out for fresh..how disappointing! With hope in my heart I made my way to the salad bar and to my disgust it reminded me of a livestock feed pile mixed with rotten leftovers, I literally could almost imagine the little flies droning around it. Again, a serious lack of attention, pride in their food and store and effort in maintaining a low standard in quality. My wife and I also took note in how 90% of their staff were presumably high school teenagers! Not sure either of us even saw a responsible adult there as management goes... Ultimately it boils down to the simple fact that the only thing Cici's has to offer is pizza, everything else is neglected and possibly dangerous to eat there, even the soda machines were dirty, poorly maintained and barely worked! If you have a car full of kids and don't want to break the bank then maybe this place is for you but beware that is all your getting at this store! I wouldn't recommend this store to even my worst enemy because food poisoning sucks that much. If you're looking for a cheap meal with a variety of pizza options, this is the place for you. We visited today for lunch and had a two for one coupon which is really a great deal. It was $10.99 for two adult buffet meals and 2 drinks. I believe normally an adult buffet is $6.29 and drinks are $1.99. On our visit there were tons of pizza options. Cheese, white, pepperoni, veggie, bbq chicken, buffalo chicken, etc. And if you ask for something specific, they will make it for you. There is also pasta with 2 different sauce options, a marinara and an Alfredo. They have cheesy breadsticks and a salad bar. In addition there were 4 dessert options that include brownies, apple pizza, cinnamon rolls, and what I was told is vanilla pudding pizza. The pizza is good. Not anything fancy or great but it was decent and both hot and fresh. Everything on the salad bar also looked fresh. They have a game room for kids as well. read more

Cici's has always been a great place, deep in my heart. Ever since I was a child. Cheap, tasty, great customer service. They have good food for a good price. You truly do get more than what you pay for, it's really great for large families when mom doesn't want to cook. You can even ask an employee to make you a custom pizza and put it on the buffet, they are always happy to help you, no doubt. There is honestly nothing wrong with this place, even though we are in a stupid outbreak, their business is small and they deserve some help. Sure, this place is not a high-end pizzeria with chefs straight from Italy, but the pizza is hot and plentiful and filling. We tried the wings for the first time today; they did take a bit long to make, but they were decent wings overall. At $5.99 per buffet, it isn't a bad price, especially on a budget. We haven't been here in years. Now we remember why. While we go there at 1:30/1:45, it was quite empty, but nasty! We didn't realize until we sat down. After my family of four had had two small servings (the plates are small and we aren't those people who stack out food piled high) it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see that we had nowhere to place our used dishes. After the four of us had gone back for our third trip, we moved our empty plates to the vacant table next to us. TWENTY minutes later, after we had eaten and were just sitting there discussing our day's plans, a young girl with braided dreadlocks came up to us and started demanding answers as to why we had used two tables. We explained that we ran out of room and no one had cleared the plates the entire time. She starts cursing and telling us that we were nasty @ss people and it was only her working the dinning room floor. Seriously. The place was still dead. I'm not sure what she had been busy doing if she was the floor girl and that was her only job. The other people's tables who had already left before us had not been cleared either. We took pictures. I think we've finally learned our lesson and will leave these sort of places off our list. read more

Visit 8-6-19 about 7pm. I've been to several Coco's and the I usually go to is in Orlando off semoran Blvd. I've yet to have a bad meal until tonight. Now sure if the girl who is what appears to be the manager that night was quality controlling the food. The salad looked like it was a week exoired, the deserts was stale and barely stocked up and the toppings was very light on them. I asked if I could get a order of plan bread sticks and I got a blank look from her and was told they are premade so I said ok what about a pizza with nothing on it and i will cut it like bread sticks. I also heard a few other party's walk saying this was the worst experience at this plsce. To me the manager was to busy having fun chatting up with the other workers and I felt like I was inconvenience her when asking for something. I don't feel like I'd revisit this location but I will drive further to the UCF or air port location for the better experience. read more

For the price of the food, the quality is pretty excellent. The place is always clean, or at least as clean as it can be with dozens of childern running amok. There is always fresh pizza and someone walking around cleaning tables and wiping down the buffet tables. Also, the bathrooms are reasonably clean. read more

We go to cici's everytime we are in the Sanford area. Today I took my granddaughters there for lunch..So today we noticed an employee behind the counter mixing up cheese with her bare hands and after a few mintues she wiped her hands on her pants or shirt then went right back to mixing up the cheese..I could not believe she did not have gloves on..We stopped eating at that point and continued to watch her..Then a manager who had been cleaning tables threw the dirty rag next to the salad bar.. YIKES!! We got up to leave and I saw another manager and told him about the girl..He said we do not use gloves at all and that the pizza's were cooked at 500 degrees so nothing could get contaminated.. WRONG..then I told him about the rag which was right there where we were talking and he picked it up.. I could see the rag was very dirty..He had a smirk on his face the whole time we were talking and did not seem to be concerned at all..SOOOOOOOO I will never be going back there again. read more

I've been to a number of Cici's locations but now the Sanford one is closest. What can I say? It's Cici's. We don't expect gourmet food but it is okay for the cost. The place is decently clean but I noticed little things like the bus boy clearing tables and wiping them down with the same cloth used many times. Look at your plate, it may have dried food on it. Do the same with the utensils. The salad bar is fine if you pick out the freshest offerings. Salad dressings are okay, lesser quality than you'll find in the grocery though. Pizza has a very thin prepared topping so it's normal to see people scraping the topping away from the crust to get a decent amount into a bite. Keep a plate or two to pile up the crusts and part of the pizza itself. I've never seen real cheese on one of their pizzas and never tried the pasta. The deserts vary from the hurt your teeth sweet to passable chocolate cake. Don't despair! This is a great place to take a group of kids for a cheap lunch or dinner. I'll go back for my "every 6 month" Cici's fix. read more

Called this location while returning from band trip, they had a 5 minute warning that we wher pulling in with 3 buses and 148 people, they told us to come in and they could handle to group.
