I'm not sure if there is call ahead seating or a reservation but I've never had to wait too long for a table which I appreciate. The pizookie is always why I eat here if I'm being honest. My favorite one is the salted caramel. I love that you have the option of a mini-pizookie...it helps my waistline :P The last few times I've been there the service has been great and the food has been delicious. BJ's is a good choice to grab a bite, have a drink and watch a game. They have their own beer and is the home of the pizookie. I went on a Friday night and the wait was about 25 min. It seems they were a little backed up because our server kept apologizing for the wait on our order. We started off with mozzarella sticks and for the entree I got the crispy chicken sandwich and my husband got the personal pizza. Both were good. We had an order of the house Caesar's salad, I wasn't a huge fan. I could skip it next time. We also had a couple beers. We didn't order the Pizookie, which is a pizza cookie or is it a cookie pizza. The strawberry rose martini was a little too sweet for me but the bartender made me a less sweet one for the second round. He did a great job. The sampler appetizer was good and had a lot of variety. The homemade root beer js always a treat. This place has a very wide variety on the menu and I can always find something I like. This BJs location is big and pretty nice, very clean and not too loud. The service was a bit slow but our waitress was super sweet and helpful. The food was pretty standard for a chain, nothing special but not bad. I got the Asian chopped salad and the ingredients in it didn't quite match the description on the menu, which wasn't a problem for me but could be something to note as people may have allergies or food aversions and not know what is coming on their plate. I had a great time during my recent visit to BJ's. The ambiance is nice, and the service is always good. I wasn't too hungry, so I ordered some mozzarella sticks and a pretzel to share with my partner. The mozzarella sticks tasted fine, and offered a nice cheese pull, but I did not care for the marinara sauce that they came with. The pretzel had a very cool presentation, and it was pretty tasty, especially when dipped in the cheese sauce. We shared the pizookie trio, which was so delicious. I only tried the cookies and cream pizookie, and I would order it again in a heartbeat. The Rundown: Overall typical BJ's vibes, with friendly staff but the food and technology could use some adjustments. The Review: Came here with a group of friends and after a brief weight we were seated and greeted by a friendly server (Carlos) who certainly lived up to his claim of how he was going to take care of us. We started with some appetizers, calimari and onion rings (which oddly were labeled as a "new" item when onion rings are pretty standard). The calimari has a unique mandarin glaze, but overall it did not really do much to elevate as implied but it certainly met expectations. The onion rings came in a total of 7 with various sizes from large to small. Not exactly something I'd recommend for the cost. While nothing was terrible, food appearance was definitely mediocre and borderline disappointing. Some of the questionable presentation decisions - Wedge salad was quite small and the white dressing on the white plate covering the colorful ingredients (like tomatoes) did not do it any favors. The fried chicken sandwich is served with top bun off for presentation, and arrived VERY dark brown with rather hard buns. It didn't taste burnt but certainly looked the part and was clearly kept under the warmer for too long. I'd say the best thing was the california flatbread. That said, the service was great from hostesses to server. Friendly interactions, reasonable pacing, and refilled drinks. BJ's attempts to provide a variety of payment options, including scan and pay, but the QR codes were not working so this feature could use a bit more troubleshooting it appears. So in short: if you're coming to this BJ's location you'll find good service and the atmosphere you may have come to expect, but when it comes to food just stick with pizza options and don't enter other categories unless you're open to possibly being disappointed. read more

Never had bjs always had my eye on them from their known pazooki. It was a surprise when my friend took me here to grab a quick bite. Turns out we came here because of their half off pizza on Mondays as well as 5 dollar house margaritas. The service was great but the food was very disappointing. Our pizza was not good, as this was our first time trying to them out we didn't have high hopes.... The drink was very watery didn't even touch it after the first sip. I will say that the cheese trio dip my friend enjoyed as it was better than the pizza we were eating. I didn't order the pazooki as I was disappointed with everything else. Unless you plan to order a salad or a burger, I would recommend you skip this place. We initially chose it because we were going to have gluten-free options for a guest in our party. The wings were plumy, but they tasted fatty, and were not delicious. The ranch dressing was liquidy and watered, down and far from satisfying. The ribeye steak was cooked beyond medium and the mushroom onions were not cooked much at all. Someone ordered the Asian salad and they enjoyed it as well as the strawberry lemonade. The person who had the salmon also said they enjoyed their meal and left an empty plate. The fries were terrible at best. Honestly, I was really disappointed. I do not think that I will be back. Both of the food items are each about the size of a small appetizer, so together they are a good amount of food for a light dinner. Deals, Service, Quality. Three words I'd use to sum up my experience with BJs Oviedo location. I would most definitely describe myself as a regular as the happy hour and daily specials are hard to pass up given the value and quality of their food and drink offerings. Secondly, the staff are awesome; friendly, prompt, and really do try to know their regulars it's so nice to go to a place where they do try to know your name (Cheers anyone??) My usual order depends on the specials but I find the deep-dish pizzas and their burgers stand out. On Mondays the large pizzas and tavern cut (think think crust style) are half off (a phenomenal deal when you consider the usual price and the size of the pizza). We love to do a build your own which usually includes jalapeños, roasted garlic, pepperoni and sometimes the controversial pineapple. Though their chicken bacon ranch (sub blue cheese) is *chefs kiss* you WONT regret it. On Wednesdays Burgers and unlimited fries are $11 which feel like a steal these days. If we're not taking advantage of pizza Monday or Burger Wednesday, my wife and I are also a fan of the appetizers which are half off during happy hours and will split the nachos with chili and the ahi tuna or I'll opt for the burger sliders. Stopped in to BJ's Brewhouse for late lunch. I would have to give the service and the food an. Upon entering the was no host up front so waited a few minutes and then we seated ourselves. We were passed by several times by members of the wait staff none acknowledging our presence so we decided to go up front and ask for menus. upon asking for menus we were instructed that there will be a 10 minute wait so we left the table that we had sat at and went up front a little while later a Hostess approaches us and takes us back to the table we were already seated at she handed us our menus. She explained and apologize for the mix-up of no Hostess being upfront I had been craving fish and chips so that's what I ordered we also ordered a sampler which had a pretzel cheese sticks and chips and salsa my girlfriend ordered sliders and a salad the food was okay nothing to write home about the best part of my meal was the fries the fish was crispy it was like it seemed overcooked the sliders were sloppy and very little sauce or toppings but the beer cheese for the Pretzel was good we didn't have the most extravagant order so I'm not taking marks off for the food it wasn't mind blowing but it was okay besides the little issue of not being a Hostess and not being set at a table the service was okay .the food came out hot and once they knew of our presents they were real attentive to what we needed I would give my experience here a six out of 10 not saying I had a bad experience it was just more so the middle of the road read more

Who doesn't love BJ's? They have a great menu with lots of different options from healthy to indulgent. They have their own line of beers as well as lots of other beers as well. I've been to this location many times for dinner, and most recently for their beer dinners which are back after the pandemic and happen every 2-3 months or so. For $45 (prices may vary) each, we had a delicious, filling tasting menu which consisted of a salad, cous cous Mac and cheese, Italian tavern cut pizza, a huge AF slice of prime rib, and a monkey bread pizookie, with each course paired with a beer that went pretty good with the dishes. December brought a lot of winter style beers, IPA's, and a most delicious Tres Leches beer. Yum! If you want to bring a Designated Driver to the dinner (or a non-drinker), the food portion is like $20 cheaper. It's a great way to try things that you may normally not get, both for beer and food. Staff is always on point here in the spacious dining room, and during the event they were excellent with bringing food and beer and prizes and such. Sadly the food is just ok. The chicken tenders are flat. Not dry but not plump and juicy. Edible but I've had better frozen ones from the grocery store. The fries were also forgettable. It came with ketchup, honey mustard, and ranch. The honey mustard and ranch were like water. So thin. And that led to them having almost no flavor. The Asian salad was fine. But again it was bland. Not enough dressing. And the dressing itself was bland. The mediterranean chicken pitas could have been really good. The chicken was good. And this one had flavor. But it was just so wet from the salsa and that's before the tziki sauce. Drain your salsa before putting it on a sandwich! Just a mess when I ate it. And again, the tziki sauce was thin and watery and bland! You see a trend? The food is just so bland. All their sauces are watery. The menu looks great. Poor execution and some poor ingredients. It's a fine place to feed a family with kids which diverse tastes. But to me, I'd rather eat ate a few other chains in the area so we won't be back. read more
