This is probably my first one-star review but the service here was absolutely abysmal and after reading many similar complaints about this location, I wanted to share. I ordered two pizzas, boneless wings, cheesey bread, tater tots and brownies from this location on a random Saturday. When I got home to eat my order, almost everything was undercooked. The chicken wings were even slimey. I understand that quality will be sacrificed if food isn't eaten right away at the venue, however this seemed to be more of an undercooked issue than a take-out issue. I called to kindly inform the restaurant of my concerns and the woman who answered said, "I think we know how to make a pizza", and hung up on me. The manager on duty also shared the same unprofessional attitude. I tried cooking the pizza in the oven for a few minutes but it was a weird consistency, so I threw out all the food in fear of becoming sick from it. This particular Domino's Pizza had a friendly staff and an overall pleasant vibe and ambiance. I had to feed a considerable amount of pizza for a business training and Domino's Pizza was an easy and affordable way to do so. Domino's Pizza is what I would consider to be something akin to a fast-food version of pizza, just like most of the national pizza chains, but there is nothing wrong with it. Domino's Pizza offers a price conscious option to feed a large amount of people and offers a tasty enough version of pizza. The people at my business training were happy enough with their pizza and again, it was a great price conscious choice. read more

This dominos location was the cleanest I've ever seen dominos, it was top tier. The food was good per usual. My order was accurate so no complaints and the staff was friendly. I did notice that the 5.99 pick two carry out is now 6.99 and the if you get wings it's 8.99 so it was 14 bucks after taxes previously but I'm sure due to inflation it is now 17. read more

When it comes to chain pizza shops, Domino's pizza gets the win for me. For the deals that they provide, and quality of the pizza, you can't beat it. The carryout deal is awesome! 3-topping large (14 inch) pizzas for $7.99 each is a steal. What's even better is creating you're own pizza even down to the sauce, so with three pizzas I got creative. Large pizzas can come hand-tossed, Brooklyn style, or gluten free. The hand-tossed crust has delicious seasoning that doesn't cost extra like other pizza places. The Brooklyn style wasn't my forte, it was thin with little crust, and NO it is not like a New York slice lol. I had points for a free pizza and got a medium pan pizza which is my favorite kind of pizza from them. Definitely treated the wife and myself tonight. Download the app for simpler orders! read more

The address is actually Tangerine Place in Maitland, Florida. It's really difficult to find the tangerine place address. The pizza came but the pepper flakes didn't. Instead we got a lot of sprinkle cheese. I called to ask for crushed red pepper. They said they would get here when they'd get here because they had lots of orders. Within 5 minutes they were knocking on my door with a bag of crushed red pepper flake packets. A lovely woman handed me the crushed red pepper flakes with a 1000 apologies explaining they are training personnel and how it was an absolute accident. What a courteous thing to do. I am so impressed. The Pizza is above standard as always but the courtesy is to die for! Go Dominos for taking that extra step. You truly made my day. I am very grateful to you. TRULY! read more

This used to be my families go to pizza place, but sadly no more. The consistency is not what it used to be. We've gotten our pizza under cooked and our breadsticks over cooked to the point where I've started placing the order and then calling immediately to explain to them how we would like our pizza done. This last time I asked them not to under cook the pizza, well I guess they figured they would show me. They burned the pizza, I mean really burnt it. The crust was straight up super crispy, the meat was dried out. I called to tell them & explained to the guy that I didn't get off work till late I wasn't bringing it back today but that we wouldn't eat it and I would bring it back tomorrow. Also letting him know I wouldn't get off till late the following night either. So the next night I call the guys says we don't want to replace your pizza cause you have complained too much. I was like what! I wish I had just returned it the same night. Needless to say it was a waste of money and went straight in the trash. I guess I should have disputed it with my credit card company. But I'm going to chalk it up as a loss and a lesson learned. Super disappointing as we ordered pizza only from this dominos and we stayed loyal to this location even though they don't deliver to our community. When the owner used to be at this location we never had a problem the pizza used to be perfect every time & they seemed to take pride in their product, now it's mediocre as best and the customer service isn't what it used to be. My advice check your pizza before you leave the parking lot because now they will take your money and send you home with burnt or under cooked pizza & breadsticks.. so disappointed. read more

If there was an option for 0 stars I would choose that. This post will sound like I made it up. I promise you this is what happened and what I was told. I tried to reach out to the GM and he was too busy to talk to me. I also wanted to at least get his last name and email so I could send him an email and was told that they don't give out last names or even first name's of the managers bc they don't like to deal with complaints. So I'm voicing my complaint here bc it's the only outlet I have considering they won't give me any store info, franchise info or manager information. Crazy. We ordered a small delivery order via the app. About 5 min later we get a phone call from the store telling is they are out of dough. We were like what? Out of dough. Yes he said, and we are going to refund your order. Ok we said and hung up. We proceeded to call a competitor and placed an order. When the competitors pizza was delivered we opened the door and we had a dominos order sitting on our doorstep. I called the store and they told me they made a mistake, that they weren't actually out of dough and went ahead and delivered the order. I told him that ridiculous bc we already went ahead and placed an order with another company. I then demanded a refund. The employee , who told me he was the manager on duty, told me there was nothing he can do. He wouldn't help me at all. Because we accepted the food we have to pay. He said,"it's like stealing bc the food was delivered and we accepted!" I said we had contactless delivery. We didn't even know it was out there until we opened the door for the other pizzas company delivery. I called back the next day trying to speak to a GM and he wouldn't talk to me. He was busy making pizza which is fine but I offered him to call me back later and was told no. I could go on and on as to what I was told by an employee and by the supposed GM who was talking in the background, telling the employee what to say to me. He was too busy to take a phone call or call me at a later date. At first I wanted a refund but as a small business owner in the community I just want the Dominos franchise owner or corporate office to see how they treat their customers. We have been loyal delivery customers for over 5 years at this location and no one even wanted to hear what happened. In my business the customer always has a right to voice a complaint. Not at this location. Like I said earlier, I was told they don't give out the manager or gm's or franchise owner's name bc they don't like to deal with customers. I'm just hoping that maybe someone from corporate or the franchise owner or maybe the GM will read this comment and learn from this unhappy customer's experience. We will not be supporting this business anymore. I will gladly edit my post if I hear from someone with a resolution. read more

I was very pleasantly surprised by my experience with Dominoes. I was in the mood for Pizza late at night, and due to multiple bad experiences with Papa Johns, I decided to try Dominoes. I cant recall the last time I've ordered from Dominoes, but honestly, I wasnt expecting anything over the top. How wrong I was! I ordered large 3 topping for $7.99 (that was the running special). I ordered thin crust, chicken, green peppers, and extra cheese. There was an extra $1 charge for chicken (not sure why, if that is part of the toppings!). I chose pick up. When I arrived to the restaurant, the staff was extremely friendly, the place was CLEAN. She opened the pizza for me to loook at and asked if I am satisifed with it. I said yes, paid, and went home. As my husband and I dived into the pizza, it tasted more like a thin flat bread than a pizza. It was light on the sauce, which my husband did not like but I didnt mind it. Since its thin crust, I think if they put too much sauce it would comprise the crunchiness of the thin crust. The pizza was flavorful and the thin crust was crunchy. I will definitely be ordering from here again. Never thought I see the day that Dominos tasted better than Papa Johns! read more

We order from here a few times per month, and there has never been an error. The quality is always on point, and delivery speedy. All of the drivers that I have met have been very nice, but Ron is a step above. That guy just hustles, and I'm always excited to see him. ZERO STARS. DO NOT GET PIZZA FROM THIS DOMINO'S I ordered 2 pizzas online tonight. One for adults one for kids. When I picked them up and took them home we discovered the kids pizza had white sauce, not regular sauce. Even the adults agreed it was terrible. Called the store and spoke to the STORE MANAGER. He explicitly said because I ordered it online he would NOT remake our pizza. My husband talked to him at length and said we would write to corporate. The manager said "Go ahead! As I suggested in my initial review, I used my Groupon this past weekend and am glad that I was able to take advantage of the deal. I had an excellent pizza for $8, plus tax, and feel that I definitely got my money's worth. The pizza was waiting for me when I arrived at the store to pick it up, I was in and out of the store in probably less than a minute and everything went off without a hitch. Definitely check out the "new" Domino's pizza if you are looking for a change (i.e. tired of Pizza Hut or anywhere else) or if you just want to see if my review is accurate. This location is full of amazing employees that seem to work together as a team for the customer and are so courteous and kind over the phone and in person! So now they have some gung ho new manager who is not letting cars park for a few mins to pick up kids. They have 10 spots behind where no one ever parks as this place is a delivery/pickup spot, not dine in. Great decision to anger the parents of the school right next to you. read more

I placed a large order early in the day and scheduled it for delivery at 5:20, ahead of a party. When it was almost an hour past due I called the store and spoke with the rudest customer service rep I have ever encountered that pretty much yelled at me for my order being late. After telling me several times "well we are really busy ma'am", I asked why he would continue to take orders that he knew he couldn't fulfill and he responded with "isn't that a cute idea". He then proceeded to tell me that my order would be 2 more hours and then placed me on hold. While I was on hold my pizzas were delivered, so he had not even made an effort to check on my specific order! I reported the incident in the survey I was sent and again through the customer service email when I did not get a response and still I have heard nothing back. I like Dominos and usually have a good experience, which is why I am not rating this 1 star because based purely on that customer service rep, it definitely deserves 1 star. I would highly recommend that individual not be allowed to speak to other human beings! read more

General manager was overly rude over a misunderstanding and overall, the food was under-cooked, and the order itself was done wrong, which is obviously because of their poor listening skills.
