They came to sing happy birthday all dressed up as the room theme and it was so much fun. The service was great and they let us split the bill at the end of the night. Called to reserve a room at 10:30pm on a Saturday, and were told they were first come first serve no reserving ahead, so we headed straight over. We were greeted by the super friendly valet, you give them your keys and they park forward facing out for you in the restaurant parking lot. it was free (don't forget to tip!) when we arrived they had a room that was about to be available. the host was very communicative and asked us if we would mind waiting at a table while they cleaned the room and prepared it for us! they gave my sister and I a round of tequila while we waited and we enjoyed one of our fellow restaurant eaters singing his heart out from his table! after another round we were brought to the Frida room for a small group of 4. we already had eaten dinner so we got chips and guac so we could munch while we drank and performed! recommend the agua preciosa, it was cute and delicious. the keyboard was a little laggy at times, but nothing we couldn't manage. we ended up having them turn up our mics sound a bit but we had to be careful to not get close to the speaker or we'd get mic feedback. so i recommend keeping the mic volume they set you with in the beginning. we closed out the place and they gave us last call warnings for food, drink, and gave us a heads up when it was time for our last song. i had an incredible experience at Cielo, everyone that greeted and helped us was so fun, kind and friendly. I spoke with the manager ahead of time and he was very communicative and helpful. He let us know all of our options for a large party (they have a lot). Last night we chose to celebrate a birthday at Cielo Karaoke Y Mas and had an excellent time! The restaurant, bar, and karaoke rooms celebrate Latinx pride and are all decorated with some incredible murals of iconic figures in Latinx pop culture. We reserved a karaoke room ahead of time to accommodate 7 people, and they provided us with a very spacious Friday Kahlo themed room that came fully equipped with two microphones and a large screen for karaoke. Because we had prepaid and reserved a room, they included several incredibly delicious food platters. The mix of Japanese and Mexican appetizers were the perfect addition to the fun atmosphere and ambience. In addition, the staff were very attentive and were constantly checking up on us to see if we needed anything. They also allowed us to decorate the room with some balloons and offered to put the birthday cake we brought into their fridge. To top everything off, they also made some killer drinks to get the party started! Their margarita flight packed a punch and had a great variety of flavors to try. Outside of the karaoke rooms is a DJ playing music in front of a small dance floor section, a great bar area with some stools, and booths for those wanting to just grab a bite to eat. We had a private room for 7 people and once all my guests arrived, the room was getting warm and the staff moved us to a different room with AC and helped us transfer all of our stuff. I didn't realize how many private parties come here regularly and rent the entire place for different events. It's definitely a fun vibe. I believe there is a cover fee of $15. Casamigos shots are $11 in case you need some immediate liquid courage to go on stage. The food is good. We ordered the Cielo Party Platter that included a little bit of everything to try. Definitely shareable. I really liked that they had a nice food menu selection. Something for everyone. The drink menu was impressive. I loved the different drink names. Of course, I went with El Cantarito first. Strong and well made. Cielo flight is a great shareable option. Drinks are delicious. Had a great time and would do it again! Definitely will be back. It was my boyfriends 30th birthday and I wanted an intimate experience with some close friends. It was a group of 12 people so I got a room that fits a 15 people max. When I called to reserved they told me in order to reserve the room that fits a max of 15 each person is a $15 dollar charge and on top one should spend as a group $350. Also there is a charge if you bring cake and they have to provide you with plates and utensils or you bring your own utensils and plates. Pros: The rooms are beautifully painted The sound system and kareoke are great $6 valet and he is really great awesome customer service at valet only I really liked the taste of the drinks were pretty good Cons: -expensive for the poor service -restricts customers from ordering at outside bar can only order in to group tab which makes no sense -poor customer service -although drinks taste good they were inconsistent with the presentation some would come decorated and some would not but same price (make this make sense) I did not like that our server did not have very great customer service she was very casual and nonchalant like she didn't want to be there. She did not really introduce herself or would not check on us consistently since we are in a room. It got to the point that I had to come out to request for the server to come to the room to order. Next one of my friends stepped out side to the bar area to order a birthday shot to take with just her and my bf and they refused her service and advised that she would have to order with our server as anything ordered would have to go to the group tab. Finally, although the drinks and food were pretty good I disliked that the presentation of drinks were inconsistent for example some of the drinks had the bolsita and the other didn't which would kinda of ruin the experience. We had a great time at Cielo! We celebrated my father in law's birthday with brunch karaoke. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Cocktails are somewhat pricey but that's how it is everywhere. Rogelio, the owner, is very accommodating. He helped us make it a great experience and was very responsive. The karaoke experience was great. The music selection is through ad-free YouTube but this provided more variety. We played lots of Mexican music and music in Spanish in general but there is ample availability of genres for everyone. I've been to other karaoke places where their software really limits the selection but here the selection is abundant. The service was awesome. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Cielo y Mas beams with beautiful and creative decor. I appreciate the creativity that they put into their karaoke room themes. I recently visited this location with my coworkers. It was a total of 9 of us and we were in the Frida room. My friend organized the reservation and I will say it was a very complicated process. She made a reservation and they took several days to confirm everything and it was done via email. It seems like they overly complicated the process so I hope they simplify it for their customers. The drinks were decent. I got the cantarito that comes with casa amigos tequila and grapefruit juice. The beers were pretty cheap in my opinion. I can't really speak on their food because we only ordered some chips and fries. They were tasty and it was something easy for us to snack on while we did karaoke. I think they could use some slight improvement in their service. Like cleaning up their reservation system and doing small things like bringing napkins out and small plate for food that is being shared among a large group. We also experienced some technical difficulties with the karaoke system. The computer or the internet froze twice and it was difficult to get the attention of some of the staff. Luckily one of our coworkers is pretty tech savvy and he was able to fix it himself both times but it ate up a total of about 8 minutes. Also, they should give you a 5 minute warning when you're time is up. They come in right at the minute and expect you to be out so if you don't want to feel rushed out, I would set a timer to give your group like 5 minutes to collect your stuff before your time is up. If it wasn't for the customers themselves and the DJ they have on Friday's, I'd give this place 1 star. The food is not that great; probably only tastes good when you're drunk already. Karaoke nights are fun, most people in the general dining area are nice and cheery (all the stuck up people usually get a private room anyways). The drink's aren't too bad, but what sucks is the process in ordering and receiving the drinks. Both times I've visited, the waitresses never put in the order for one drink and my friends both times had to wait about 30 minutes until another server asked us how we were doing (they also love to stand around near the bar instead of checking up on tables). They then notified them "Hey sorry, I haven't gotten my drink", and received it 5 minutes later because the server went to go make the drink themselves. The vibes and energy are great, but I wish the same could be said about the service. I probably won't be coming back. read more
