Then he spent another 15 trying to look for a compatible piece to go with it and while I wasn't necessarily in a rush when I got there, this was now taking a lot longer than I expected . After I started being more vocal about my need to leave he ended up offering me the larger pipe and while nicely suggesting he was going to give me an additional piece for it, also ended up charging me $110 which was outrageous given I had already told him this was for trying something new and I didn't want anything too expensive. Because I was in such a rush at that point I just took it. Honestly, I feel taken advantage of for trying to be nice and patient and I will definitely never be going back here

The prices are fair, the staff is amazingly helpful, kind, respectful, and most importantly have common sense. I purchased a Da Vinci IQ here last week. Great product. But I had a charging issue and thought I had a faulty product. I went back to the store, the woman behind the counter was kind and helped me troubleshoot the vape. Turned out the battery I received with the vape was defective so they just gave me a replacement free of charge. That just doesn't happen in most stores for any reason. Outstanding service and quality advice about all of their products. I ended up purchasing a few more items since I was there and I plan to go to only Blue Moon for all my future purchases. Can't beat good service. Really can't say enough about how good the staff is. Tldr: awesome, just awesome

Not this shop, this lady charged me 63$ for a Nova 5 vape pen. Which is 3 times the normal msrp of a product. Not only is this shop ripping people off, they are straight robbing and price gauging people. I will never go to this shop again. They wont last long charging these insane prices!!!

I got in there and was a little surprised, it's like part mini mart, part, smoke shop, part headshop. Mini mart part has a good amount of snacks and drinks, even a slushy machine, didn't look at/buy tobacco so not sure exactly how good the selection is but seemed to be pretty good and have more tobacco than a gas station, as for the pipes, headshop part was also limited so you won't find anything big/too elaborate here, picky pipe buyers will probably need to go somewhere else, but if you just need a regular pipe/grinder, aren't too picky, and for cheap (each cost about $20), this is the place for your smoking needs, they also had a couple of one hitters too I believe. I would also like like to mention the salesgirl working the counter was actually pretty nice and it wasn't awkward talking with her about the items. The only downsides of this place is there isn't really much parking or it's just too hard (traffic), that you can't help but feel weird looking at pipes while kids are coming in, that one old lady giving you the stink eye, and the small space, you're trying to look at pipes but you keep having people needing to go around you.

Upon my first visit here last weekend, I learned that there is, in fact, an ample selection of cigars spanning 2-3 humidors. (I think that's what they call cigar cabinets, right?) There is also a space for Keno in the back, which contained one sleeping old lady when I was there. Oh! And back to the Rosetta Stone shisha. It's not bad. It's not as good quality as Al-Fakhr, but it smells really good and mixes well with better quality stuff. Try the exotic blueberry, summer watermelon, and grape soda, if that's your thing.

Went in late at night to buy a cheap piece to get me through the night as they are the only shop…read moreopen at this hour. I was literally scammed and conned into spending twice what I wanted to spend by the woman who works there at night. She confused and manipulated me into buying something I did not want and then I was told she does not know how to do a refund (meanwhile she is there all by herself constantly.....) & when i kept insisting that i did not want the second piece, SHE kept insisting that I would be "okay" and that I could "make use of the piece...." Again, to be clear, I did not want 2 pieces, I didn't want to spend that much money in the first place. The manager is there very limited hours, making it so difficult for me to return the unwanted piece that I've cut my losses and will not be going back to this smoke shop. I'm very mad about it & I've heard others with a similar story about this place so be careful if you do still decide to shop here.....and make sure you get a receipt because she did not give me one and also sneakily ripped the price tag off of the piece seemingly so I could not return it.
