Pho Brisket
Manuel G.

Very kind and bubbly staff! I grabbed the brisket pho and it was really tasty for the good price! The water with lime they have for free tasted old (probably from the lime) so not the best experience there but the pho was enjoyable!

The New Vermicelli Noodle Bowl...... :(

The worst thing happened to my favorite restaurant on Central Ave. They changed the menu. They got rid of the build your own. I don't think I will ever be able to back until they realize the mistake. The difference is too recognizable. I am so so disappointed.

Spicy Bun Bo Hue

BUN BO HUE (Spicy Beef Noodle) is what I had for lunch. What is that........I'll tell you. Thick noodles with sliced beef shank, eye round steak and pork meatloaf (think of fried spam), all swimming in a sea of spicy beef broth. Well, it's not spicy.....at all. First time trying #Pho. It was a flavorful mixture of goodness. I still have no clue what that clear gelatin item was in my Pho. ‍ The steamed dumplings were basic. I dunked them in my Leftover Noodle soup. There are other dishes I want to try so I'll be back. #GratuityAdded  #charlottefood #cltfood #cltfoodie #CilantroNoodle #Phoreal #clteats #BryceYoung #charlotteeats #charlottesgotalot #CLThangouts #exploreclt #cltfoodies #eatdrinkclt #keeppounding #Charlit #bestfoodcharlotte #cltfoodbloggers  #goodeats #CarolinaPanthers  #charlotterestaurants #cltagenda #vietnamesefood  #vietnamese #asianfood #PHO #vietnamesecuisine #dumplings #noodlesoup

Sugarcane and Vermicelli Bowl

I haven't been back here in years! I went in to try their vermicelli bowls and it was good.the meat was tasted with their house sauce (fish sauce). The only thing I wish I had more of are noodles. I feel like there wasn't enough to go with the meat in the bowl & other toppings. To my surprise this place has sugarcane! It was good but pricy for a small cup with a lot of ice. Service was fast as they have kiosk to order your food and then they bring it out to you. Ambiance was relaxing and spacious I will be back in the future

Great food and love they had some vegan options, wish they add some more. We loved both the things we ordered (pho vegan and vermicelli vegan bowl). Great service and ambience.

Got the brisket pho: Broth: sweetest pho i have ever had. Balanced it with the lime and sriracha to get it to okish in flavor Noodles: properly cooked al dente Toppings: high quality sprouts, herbs, etc Meat: meat was really good and tender

The pork buns are very flavorful they are fatty but delicious. Overall creative Ming your noodle bowl can work if you know how to pair the options. I got rice noodles veggies and chicken I missed broth the yummy sauce is good but It didn't taste great with my mix. Not Cilantro's fault. Their veggie fried roll was so good. It's a great place for a quick bite although when we went there was one employee taking the orders and making them... so if there was any rush it would've been slower. If you are a fan of Asian flavors this is a good pit stop. I wish I had a bit more assistance with ordering something like a favorite ordered options or some suggestions overall. The ambience is calm, clean, collected. It's a relaxed environment.

Noodles and vibes. This place was it. The flavor was spot on and the location and vibes were, too. Such good Vietnamese cuisine (had to say it because it rhymed). Portions were huge! Definitely will be back.

This place was great! I went with friends for lunch here and everything was really good. I had the coconut shrimp with chili sauce. The shrimp was fresh with a crunchy coating of coconut breading! I had to take food home as I couldn't finish the food. The shrimp was even better the next day. I also choose the Beef Banh Mi with hand cut fries! The beef was juicy and tender. The vegetables were crispy. Overall a good sandwich. The hand cut fries were fresh and hot. Bonus: I tried my friend Korean Chicken wings. They were actually the highlight. The sauce was think and had a great flavor! The meat was juicy. I would highly recommend these wings!! The service was fast but the food was hot and ready! They have a laid back atmosphere inside with seating outside. The only con that I had was the parking. The parking lot is very small but they have paid parking. So get there early if you can! Overall: I do recommend this place!

Spicy Grilled Chicken Banh Mi

Amazing place for tasty food and at an affordable price as well. I love Banh Mi and was surprised with how full of food their Banh mi's are. Such a great deal and it always brings me back. Their Pho is amazing as well. Definitely a go to spot if you are in the area!

Good food but I would say it's pretty expensive for what it is. If they lowered the price I would give it 5 stars

The restaurant has an eclectic, mismatched décor that felt more cluttered than charming. Combined with the sticky menus and food scattered across the floor, the space had an overall dirty feel. The pho was served with lemon wedges instead of lime. When I asked for lime, the server looked at me without saying anything and walked away. She eventually returned with lime wedges, so I assume she heard my request. The pho itself was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. Service felt rushed, and the staff seemed too busy to be attentive. It gave the impression that stopping by our table was an inconvenience rather than part of the dining experience. Given the restaurant's strong reputation and glowing reviews, I expected a much better overall experience.

Summer rolls, quail, noodle dishes, pho, and of course the beef and broccoli that I am constantly telling people to order. Once again, it delivered. Tender beef, great flavor, huge portion, and everybody at the table immediately understood why I keep talking about it. This is the kind of restaurant that works best when you order a bunch of dishes and let everyone try a little of everything tapas-style. The portions are generous and very shareable. The staff here is also genuinely helpful. They made recommendations for our table, checked in often, and kept everything moving smoothly even with a larger group. Another underrated bonus is the parking. They have their own lot, which in Charlotte honestly deserves appreciation all by itself. Easy access too, especially if you are coming from the freeway or busy parts of town. If you love Vietnamese food, this place is absolutely worth adding to your regular rotation. Great pho, great noodle dishes, friendly service, and consistently delicious food. Life is too short to not eat well. Get out there and eat your way through Charlotte.

The inside was larger than I thought as there is also seating in this kind of hidden back room. The lighting, for dinner time at least, was really moody and warm which offered an intimate but modern atmosphere. The service was friendly and quick! Our water was constantly refilled. My friends and I did family style and got the Dry-Fried String Beans, Coconut Shrimp, Ube Cheesecake, Mango Sticky Rice, Thai Chicken Wings, Takoyaki, Crab Rangoon Roll, Szechuan Spicy Wontons, and Basil Popcorn Chicken. I heard that the appetizers are better than the entrees here and that was so true. All of the appetizers were delicious! The Thai Chicken Wings were had this nice crunch despite being coated in this Thai sweet chili sauce. The Crab Rangoon Rolls tasted different than usual crab rangoons, possibly because the filling tasted more like stringy crab meat rather than chunks? Still really tasty especially when paired with the yum yum sauce. I loved the Basil Popcorn Chicken, especially when dipped in the yum yum sauce. You can really taste the five-spice powder. The pieces were a bit large for popcorn chicken, but I did not mind. I was shocked (in a good way) by the Szechuan Spicy Wontons. Extremely flavorful, especially when dipped in the sauce. As for the entrees (which all came with a bowl of rice), the Coconut Shrimp was weird. The batter was extremely thick and hard to bite into, which was unfortunate as the shrimp and coconut sauce itself were delicious. I did enjoy the Dry-Fried String Beans, though. It was in this nice garlicky sauce, plus the beans were sautéed very nicely. I thought that the deserts were okay. The Ube Cheesecake needed more cheesecake and the Mango Sticky Rice needed to be a bit sweeter for my preference. All in all, this is a solid restaurant! I was skeptical because of the terms "Asian fusion" but my worries washed away with the food. The appetizers are a must have here! I would rate this spot a 4.5/5 stars if I could.
