The door was left open, I could see staff members including Dr. Crawford walk past the exam room many times. At about 30 minutes of waiting, I decided to leave. Apparently, he didn't see me remove my own classes and hold them in my hand as I browsed available frames. I walked past the employee a few times as I browsed. Not once did he offer assistance. Okay. After browsing for about 10 minutes, I walked away from the frames area and headed to the door to leave. Then suddenly, an elevated voice asked, "Are you going to pay for those?". It was the male employee. Pay for what I asked. He replied, "The frames in your hand". I asked, "what, these glasses, that I came in with?". His reply. "Oh, never mind". And that was that. Not another word from the employee. This is an odd place. The disdain that radiates from some of the employees for some of their customers is apparent.
