Ethnos is located in the flower market, so it can get busy on weekday and weekend mornings. We did not have to wait in line, but did wait for our coffee. This Seoul latte feels like the perfect addition to the rotation: sweet and flavorful without being overpowering, and much lighter overall. The location itself is also really unique and stands out from the street. The interior has a cool aesthetic with a bunch of biking merchandise throughout the shop.
