I was hesitant about getting them redone because, let's be honest, this is something that stays on your face for a long time and I was worried I might not love the results. After doing some research, I came across The Brow Shop. I called and they asked me to send over a photo of my current brows so someone could reach out and discuss my options. Shortly after, I received a text from Dalia. She was so kind, thorough, and explained everything -- from the process to the pricing -- in detail. I immediately got a good feeling from her and was able to schedule my appointment within a couple of weeks. When I arrived, the shop was absolutely beautiful and very clean. From the moment I met Dalia, her warm and sweet personality made me feel comfortable. She walked me through the entire process, answered my questions, and really put me at ease. I absolutely loved my results! I received so many compliments and everyone was obsessed with how natural and beautiful my brows looked.
