As always love a good Spring hill suites, particularly on a drop in, quick trip. My room was spacious clean and quite nice. Was able to get some work done and centrally located so I didn't have to go far to get dinner. Had to switch rooms because my toilet didn't work, but the staff was super nice and quick to move me to another room. And it's always a bonus that He remembered my name the next morning. Easy to book thru the app. Check in simple. Parking was easy and felt safe. Lobby was great with a nice open area for sitting/breakfast as well as a bar area. Room very nice and spotless. Beds were firm and extremely comfortable. Linens were soft and crisp/clean. Extra pillows. Big walk in closet. Super nice set up with 2 queens and a sitting area plus large work space/desk. Large TV. Keurig. Big bathroom with huge shower. Extremely modern. Late check out at 4p with no issue for Bonvoy members. The negatives: had to ask for the Bonvoy perks (water upon arrival) and kind of made to feel like it was an inconvenience that he had to go get it. LOTS of noise that sounded like loud, heavy stomping for hours from room above me. Enough that it woke me. Granted, that isn't the hotel's fault, but it was annoying. This is by far the best Hotel we've stayed in for along time. The pool area is spacious clean and a large pool. The view overlooks a lake next to the hotel with a nice clean concrete walkway that goes all the way around the small lake. The gym area was clean modern and well lit. The room was perfect comfortable firm beds and ample pillows. A small refrigerator and microwave is in the room. The hot breakfast had scrambled eggs, bacon, Texas shaped waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, juice, coffee, yogurt and more. The front counter ladies were friendly and Cindy went out of her way to help me with my grandkids blowing up their floats. It's easy to find plenty of parking. We will be back for sure. read more

Stayed here for the first time a few nights ago. The old woman at the front desk is very rude and unhelpful, not only to me but also to how she was speaking to someone on the phone. The room and shower were definitely not the cleanest. They have "please give us 10 stars" all over the elevator. If you want good ratings, be kind and courteous to the people are coming to spend their hard earned money to stay in your hotel...and make it spotless! Seems pretty simple. read more

We have stayed here 3 times this summer but will never stay again. A confirmed reservation with multiple messages about our stay mean't nothing yesterday. I had a check in now message 5 min before our arrival at 5:00 pm. We were welcomed by their manager Marlene Davis who said that they were overbooked. Never again!! We stayed here for 5 days. This is definitely in convenient area, in front of a Costco, walking distance from a BJ's Brewery and also In & Out - so many things in walking distance. This was a great price especially after SXSW - we paid about $120/night - which was a deal considering this was in Cedar Park. It's a very modern updated new hotel. The beds were comfy, it was quiet & super clean. Spacious showers with Paul Mitchell products (very appreciated). Bathroom is a barn door type of style with glass, so be forewarned, if you need to go potty at night & turn the light on - it will shine on whoever is laying in bed. I do have to say, to the previous person about the fire alarm flashing- it does & it's right above the bed. However it wasn't justifiable to give this Marriott one star - considering the prices in downtown Austin or the domain area. If that type of thing bothers you, an eye mask/sleep mask will help you out. The breakfast was like every free breakfast at one - Cisco products, so we ate in every once in a while if we were on the go - but there are SO many delicious breakfast places (Cafe Java! Look it up) in the Cedar Park area within 5-10 min driving distance that are so much better. There is a bar in the hotel lobby that was always busy every night no matter what night it was (we stayed here Thursday to Tuesday) TBH we didn't stop to enjoy it, we were super busy. The gym leaves a little bit to be desired- 2 ellipticals, 2 treadmills, yoga balls & 1 matt. A full rack of weights up to 50lbs (I believe) & a bench. Cold water & cups available in a dispenser. Still do able but any more than 2 people in that room it gets weird. Still, I appreciate it being there considering all the delicious food I ate. Nearby the gym was the pool & it looked nice. We didn't have time to enjoy it, but that looked good to relax in. There's also benches outside & places to sit. I was very satisfied by my stay. It's a safe neighborhood & parking is pretty good. Clean rooms, friendly staff, beautiful lobby/bar area, outdoor seating area with a cool fire feature, and great pool/hot tub. There's a walking trail around a pond right out back and you can walk to multiple restaurants/stores. We took our kids for a staycation and will definitely be using this hotel again in the future. read more

Great hotel in Leander area. The hotel is newer so it is very clean still. The beds were comfortable with a nice pillow top. The bedding and towels still have that new feel to them and not like they have been washed 10000x. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast (free) was filled every morning with a decent selection of options. The location is prime as it is in a new strip center with MANY dining and shopping options. There is even a Whole Foods 365 that is close so if you wanted to stock up for the week, you can. And you can't forget that In and Out Burger is a 1 minute walk. If I was to come back to the area for work, this will be my go to hotel. read more

This building is still fairly new and everything is clean. The rooms are spacious and perfect for a family of 4. The sofa bed folds out to two twin size beds and could be use like a mini bunk beds for children. Although they don't have a dining area, you can easily rearrange the foot table to a small coffee table and eat on the floor. This room is perfect to stay if you are in the area and are just looking for a space to sleep and rest. They have a large lobby area with seatings where ppl hang out (even eating their dinner and enjoying their morning coffee). There is usually nobody at the front desk unless you request for help. Check out is also contactless. Just drop off your key in a small bin and you are all set. For the price of the room you can't complain. Just don't expect comfortable beds and big bath tubs. The mattress are spring mattress. (Makes your back and neck a little stiff). The air condition is on the side of the room not central air (so depending on which side of the bed you sleep it could be very cold or very stuffy and hot. For a quick stay in the Austin area, a very good deal! read more

This hotel is likely in my top ten of hotels anywhere. The staff is extraordinary. Cassandra and Mele at the front desk go out of their way to assure your stay is exceptional. The rooms are very large and have absolutely everything you could possibly need for your temporary home away from home. I loved this place. The only negative was the beautiful outdoor heated pool was freezing cold, and not inhabitable, Very nice perfect temperature hot tub. Excellent fitness center - very clean (Missing a bike) but had everything else. There was also a nice walking or jogging trail directly behind the hotel along the river to hike if you have any spare time. Highly recommended.... read more

Well I used my points to stay one night. We came over from Hippie Hollow. I am gold elite with Marriott, I have had 36 night since April one this year. Some Marriott are good about your request when you use the mobile check in. This one got it half right. I always ask for a top floor, and away from an elevator. For noise. I don't know why Marriott give Gold members a guarantee for a room location if they never honor it. The guy at check in was overly friendly and courteous to me. Even brought my wife and I water while we relaxed on the patio in the shade. For a property that has been open since November, it needs work already. In the shower there was not a shelf to place things. At the breakfast no whole milk only 2%. Small things get me aggravated, makes me want to switch back to Hilton. read more

A wonderful hotel with outstanding staff and the best outdoor hotel pool I've seen in awhile! We stayed 3 nights while visiting family close by. The room was very clean. There is a spacious dining area for breakfast, but the tables can be used all day. We got dinner to-go from a local restaurant and ate at the tables in this area, the staff was very accommodating. Nice bar area, though we didn't get a chance to try it out. We brought our young kids swimming one evening and the pool is perfectly situated for youngsters (they were wearing floaties, there is no baby pool), but there is a nice 4" section where they could jump around and play. We stayed here 4 years ago and would definitely stay again. My only complaint is that there is a Costco nearby and we were taunted seeing it everyday- we come from a land of no Costco and wish we had one!! read more

This is my always-go-to for my monthly trips to Cedar Park. Ultra modern feel to the whole place. Great rooms/suites, great beds, great bar and bar-tender, great breakfast, great coffee, LOVE the fact you can sync all your streaming apps to the tv. What more is there? Well, they just upgraded their shower products HUGELY with the Tea-Tree selection pumps in the stalls. Could not recommend this place any higher. It's REALLY good. read more

I was in Cedar Park for business for three weeks and stayed here. Everyone was super friendly, it is located near a bunch of restaurants and shopping so I had plenty to do on my time off. There is a 24 hour gym that was ok it had some treadmills and free weights. It has access to a walking trail that runs into a sculpture garden and a rec center that looked cute. Room was cute had a closet and nice sized shower. Smart tv with Netflix connection with your login, doesn't have a lot of regular channels to choose from so glad I had a Netflix account. Has a mini fridge and microwave. Also has a personal keurig coffee maker that they keep fully stocked with green mountain coffee which was great when I had to go to work before breakfast was served. When I did get to go to breakfast it was hot and fresh with a good variety of breads, muffins and bagels to choose from. They only have Texas waffles on weekends but it was worth the wait. read more

The Springhill Suites are all you will need on your stay . Being from Las Vegas I am spoiled with my choice of luxury hotels and this place has no problem comparing to them . Check in was fast and easy , staff was very helpful . Rooms are spacious and equipped with microwave , fridge and coffee maker . It was a great addition to have a laundry facility on my floor so I could return home with clean clothes. Free breakfast was the best ! Just spent the weekend at this hotel for a work thing and I don't have time to list how great this place and the staff are! A few stand outs are; the hotel is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and beautiful amenities. SO clean which I really appreciate! The breakfast was great and they never ran out of things. From front desk to the lovely people who keep everything running and clean, it was exceptional! Would recommend this hotel to EVERYONE! It was perfect for our work event as well. We were heading to Cedar Park Texas for last minute funeral arrangements for my nephew called Spring Hill suites who were fully booked but called us back after two days to let us know they had two rooms available due to a cancellation I sincerely appreciate their customer service and upon arrival at the hotel found it was very modern and very nice accommodations clean with free breakfast in the morning and a nice bar lounge area with pool and hot tub etc. I frequent the Spring Hill suites in Ridgecrest California for business and as I have also found that hotel to be very nice and accommodating but not as nice as Cedarpark This hotel is much nicer than many hotels I've stayed at around the US Upon arrival we found high quality customer service from the maids staff to the bartenders and especially the front desk staff who has accommodated all of our needs read more

I have been here on business for 20 days , within the past month. Everyone I have encountered in this hotel has been extremely friendly, you cannot walk by any employee without them saying hello and engaging you in conversation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, I liked there was a closet to put your suitcase and clothes, didn't make it seem like a hotel room. The breakfast buffet is your basic buffet and is pretty good, they are constantly tending to it to make sure it is full at all times. I have one more week of traveling and am disappointed I have to change hotels due to this one being completely booked when I fly back. If I ever travel to this area again, I will definitely be staying here! read more

My friend and I stayed here at the Springhill Marriott for a few days while hurricane Laura passed. This place was truly beautiful. It was nice and clean. It would've gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for the following reasons. This place claims to not be pet friendly unless it's a service dog. Which is fine. Except I seen a lady walking her dog and I stopped to ask if it was her service dog (since service dogs are supposed to have their tag or whatever on) and she simply said "no, they allowed her because she's so small and quiet". So they pick and choose who they let bring animals in. (I have a picture of this). The second night, Someone had a dog on our floor that barked so much (I have a video of this). Service dogs are highly trained so I know it wasn't one. So I contacted front desk because at this point, it's ridiculous and my blood is boiling because I should've been able to bring my fur baby. I'm not sure exactly what she did but I didn't hear noise from that room all night. I didn't get her name but she was super sweet and understanding about it. After we left the pool area( the first night) I go to front desk to get a bottle water. Now, I do realize it's COVID. But we just left from the pool. I had my shirt over my face and the guy told me he can't sell me anything until I go get a mask. Well, the problem with that is out of the 3 people in front of me, 1 was without a mask and he still served them.. and if I have something over my face, I honestly don't see the difference. But again, picking and choosing. As much as I loved staying here, I won't be back. My friend and I felt so uncomfortable. I try not to pull the discrimination card, but the last situation through my friend and I for a loop. Sad that this isn't the second time a Marriott hotel has disappointed me. read more

The facility is brand-new, so it's beautiful -- very nice and clean. But the staff is the most impressive thing about this hotel. My husband and I were really looking forward to our stay here based off of the reviews from other hotel guests. Unfortunately, our stay was far from great. We traveled to the area to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday and this hotel was close to a rodeo happening near by as well as the restaurant at which we were having dinner. We planned to have dinner then head to the rodeo. Well, after dinner, we brought back the leftover ice cream cake to leave in the hotel room fridge so that it wouldn't melt in our car while we attended the rodeo. We thought, "It should be fine for a couple of hours." When we returned back to the room, the cake was already starting to melt so I decided we should just throw it away. The container was rather large and I didn't want to make mess in the room, so I went downstairs to find a larger garbage can as they are usually found in the cafeteria/eating area. I was going to ask the hotel receptionist to point me to it, but I saw she was talking with another guest and was I able to spot the garbage can myself. So, off I go to try to throw the ice cream cake in it. The slot was too small for the container to go in, so I tried to lift the can lid but it was locked, when suddenly I hear someone shouting at me (yes... shouting! in front of another guest, no less), "no, ma'am! no! no!". As if I was some 4 year old being scolded. It was the hotel receptionist shouting from across the cafeteria area. I start walking towards her and tell her that I need to throw away the cake -- to which she asks (for whatever reason... maybe she didn't hear me the first time) "What are you trying to do?!" It's then that the other hotel guest excuses himself and tells her "Well, I'll talk to you later!" Still embarrassed, I respond to her: "I'm trying to throw away this ice cream cake. I don't want to make a mess in the room." She tells me, "well that won't fit in that garbage can." She sighs twice. Annoyed. Or frazzled. I'm not sure. But I was feeling rather uncomfortable and thought that maybe I should have just let it melt in the fridge than deal with this woman's attitude. She continues to tell me that she'll go and find me a trash bag. She returns with a large black trash bag and instructs me to put the ice cream cake in it and leave the bag in the hotel room for room service to pick up in the morning. I thank her for the bag and head back to my room. I understand it was late at night (around 10:50PM, Aug 18th), but it was such a bad way to end my day... which was previously full of laughter and enjoyment with my family. Further, our room was near the elevators/ice machine. We were told we wouldn't hear noise. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. We were woken up in the morning by children yelling down the hall, and we could hear full conversations as people walked by/waited for the elevator. I am giving 2 stars because the hotel itself is very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was roomy. The shower door handle was loose, though. Probably just needs some screws tightened. But overall, great room. The customer service when we checked in was great (kudos to the young lady that helped us in the day shift), but the woman on the night shift ruined the experience. read more

I only stayed one night but it was great. I stayed with my parents so I took the couch bed. It was pretty comfortable as far as couch beds go, though I would have preferred an actual pull out couch. The couch they have you can take the back pillows off and make it into a daybed or you can pull out the trundle bed under the couch. I opted for the daybed because the trundle bed was basically a mattress on the floor. Now the review of the bed makes it sound terrible but it wasn't at all, it was very clean and modern. I LOVED the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower that were like full bottles with a pump that you might have at home. As someone who needs massive amounts of conditioner, this was an amazing and uncommon feature for a hotel. We took advantage of the breakfast the next morning and I'm a pretty traditional bacon and eggs gal and there was both so that was a huge plus for me. This may seem like a small thing, but the apple juice they had at breakfast was like real actual apple juice, not the watered down apple juice that usually is at hotel breakfasts. I fancy myself an apple juice connoisseur and I super appreciated the good stuff at breakfast. I'm not a big coffee drinker anymore but my parents said the coffee was standard. They also had good pastries (muffins and scones at least). Overall, great room, great staff, great breakfast. OOOOO, almost forgot. They have a great cable package for their TVs and they have Netflix capabilities for the TV so we took advantage of signing into our Netflix account and watching some NCIS while we were there. Reminder to sign out of Netflix before you leave just in case, but a great feature! Great experience! read more

I don't do this very often, but this hotel is so exceptional that I'm inspired. Staff is fantastic, super clean everything, fun bar, very nice amenities, rooms are perfect. We've been staying in different hotels lately and this one is just over-the-top. The air is really clean and that's important to us. Anything you'd want is close-by and the hamburgers at BJ's Brew House are superb. It's a 3 minute walk. Breakfast here is really good as well. The guest area is spacious and inviting. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary this past weekend and absolutely loved it. We were from out of town and didn't know what to expect. The area was very busy and new and just what we were looking for! Restaurants and stores within walking distance, we loved it! And a huge bonus there is a In & Out next door! The hotel was new yet very comfy and we had a great view of the pool and lake. It was a bit pricey for the room size yet we have no complaints. We will recommend it to others! read more
