This is our go to favorite movie theater. I like being able to buy our tickets and reserve our seats in advance. The staff is courteous and very helpful. The theater is clean and temperature is usually cool. I especially like the leather reclining seats; so comfortable. Popcorn & drink $ special is my gotta have treat! As far as luxury theaters go this one sucks. The seats are nice, but you have to get tickets like a week in advance to see anything good. They don't offer enough showings of the popular movies, and the lobby has been dirty the last two times we've gone. It's definitely not worth what we pay. I am the 69th person reviewing this Theater on Yelp. I am shocked that all 68 before me were not 5 Star ratings. Somebody must have been having a bad day as I love this theater. As good as it gets. Pick your comfy seat out in advance so that you just need to show up a couple minutes before your movie starts. That's awesome. (I remember back in the day when you had to wait hours in line for a new movie and no guarantee of where your seats would be when you got in - or if you would even be sitting together with your whole party). The theater is clean, smells good (popcorn of course), and is a great family experience. Will come back again and again! read more

I really like the reserve seating and the recliners.....very nice. The no refund policy is annoying though. The little light up board that lets you know when you are supposed to be seated wasn't working properly so we almost missed the beginning of our movie and the concession stand is a little chaotic as it dumps you off right into the line waiting to enter the theaters. I'm hoping they're just working out the kinks because other than that I really like the place and am thrilled to finally have a theatre in my neighborhood. read more

My review is based on sitting in the first row. Do NOT sit in the first row. The theater should be ashamed of offering those seats. The movie was unwatchable. I purchased front row seats instead of back row seats on line. This was not discovered until we got to the theatre. A worker named Cruz approached us and inquired regarding the situation. He was able to get our tickets exchanged for rear seats the following day. We also had thirty dollars worth of refreshments that were in hand. He took them back and gave us a full refund!!! First time at this theater and it was nice. They need better circulation in the concession stand with burnt popcorn. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. The Reclining seats are incredible and comfy but before anything It's really expensive! And staff in the popcorn area are so rude and not helpful at all specially in the Starbucks area they don't know how to make the coffee!! Waited 20 minutes and the guy was reading the instructions in the book they have in the counter but still didn't know what to do :/ I was trying to have patience but he was literally wasting his time and mine and he didn't bother to ask for help from another employee by the way the other 2 girl employees were just messing around and eating popcorn which it got me upset because there was a boy around 12 years old trying to get popcorn and they didn't even acknowledge him. Anyways after the guy finally figuring out how to make the coffee I had asked for he was rude saying he'll never do a coffee again for a customer! We went to this theatre yesterday for the first time. What a pit! Even prior to walking in the place there was popcorn spilled at the entrance. Then, once inside there was popcorn spilled all over the floor of the concession area! I was very surprised that none of the employees were trying to sweep up the floor before someone slipped and fell on the debris. After the movie was over I went into the restroom. It was a mess! When I mentioned this to my husband he said the men's room was dirty as well. On the way out I mentioned all of this to one of the employee's. She just looked at me like, go tell someone who gives a sh@t! So much for making a great first impression! read more

Worse experience ever,this place doest even deserve not even 1 star, we got there around 11:30 we took our son there to watch alvin and the chip munks movie witch started around 11:50, we get to the counter to purchase tickets we choice our seats and the girl selling tickets tells us shes having computer problems,she apologizes and she tells us we have to choice other seats witch we do again she tell us she having trouble again, here comes the supposably called manager name Mrs.Martines and after we been standing there for 20min trying to buy ticket the manager tells the other guy to sale us the tickets by this time the movie we wanted to watch had already started,and we weren't able to get tickets for that movie,of course thats there fault, we got there early to avoid any trouble.but still not able to get seats.we decided to get tickets for the 2:30 showing again i swipe my card again .they had another problem with the computer , the manager mrs.martines said we weren't charge the other 2x i swipe my card again,she decide to just write on a regular paper the time and the seats we chose for the 2:30 showing with her name on it.she said she couldn't print the tickets because of the computer she said don't worry you wont have a problem, she said ,she would let the ppl in the front know so when we go in we don't have any problem us showing a paper that would be our tickets to get in. So we leave ,and we make sure we come back early enough for the 2:30 showing, of course we show the ppl in the front the paper the manager had wrote the time and seats we had purchase, and they give us a hard time about it.us still being very patient we go to the concession stand and spend $25 worth of food, we finally go in we sit down in our assign seats, when here come a very rude lady kicking us out she even went to get security i try to explain her what the manager did but of corse she didn't care.the theater had sold our tickets we thought we had purchase 2hrs earlier. My BF went down to look for the mrs.martines (manager) to tell her why were we getting kick out from does seats, when she tells my BF they made a mistake and they never charge my card, she apologize but def not in a caring way at all definitely not professional at all.my son had been eating he's nachos we had bought in the concession ,she offers us 3passes to come back and watch a movie, really after they mess up and we been trying to watch a movie since 11:30 we still cant even stay for the 2:30 showing .she tell us we have to come back another day or time.what kind of costumer service is that. and she offers to give us a refund for what we bought in the concession stand , but wait it only gets worse she gives my bf the money (wrong refund)and she snatches the nacho tray my son was eating from and say she needs to take all our food away.i was in shock to see a manager so dam greedy ,i never ask for the money back for that, all i wanted was to have a good time with my family.I was never asking for nothing free form them. We celebrated my daughter's birthday party here and the staff was excellent, organized, and attentive. They did a great job decorating and having everything ready for us. The seats were reserved and the snack packs were waiting on the seats when the kids arrived (popcorn, honest kids juice and welches gummies). I highly recommend the theater for kids parties. Arrived at the theatre with only the two front rows left. I hesitantly picked a seat in the middle of the second row. When I arrived at my paid seat a woman was sitting in it. She told me to sit somewhere else. All that was left was the front row. When I said "NO" this is my seat she called me a "bitch". Not a Sunday Funday experience. The usher was clearly unprofessional as I felt she should ask the woman whom called me a "bitch" for wanting my paid seat to leave. read more

Last night during the film, a woman physically assaulted another woman in the theatre. I was absolutely appalled at the way the theatre handled the situation. They did NOTHING. The woman who had been hit was taken out of the theatre and they left the woman who assaulted her there! The woman ended up leaving on her own, and NONE of the staff came in to address the rest of us afterwards. The movie just continued playing during the whole time. We were not offered our money back, or perhaps to re-start the film since it had only been on for 15 minutes. Several of us were covered in beer and food due to the altercation, so it would have been nice for a manager or staff member to extend AT LEAST some kind of courtesy. There were only about 12 of us in the theatre, so it's not like the staff was dealing with a huge crowd. The altercation itself was upsetting enough, to see someone asault a lady with her little daughter right there just because of a seating issue. Shame on that woman for what she did, and shame on the theatre staff for how they handled it. read more

I used to like this theatre till tonight. Me my wife and another couple came in to watch a movie with their child. We went through the front door, the concession stands, the ticket person, walked all the way up to our seats sat down for at least 10 minutes until an employee came up and told us that the baby couldn't be in the theatre after 6pm. Without even giving us a chance to get up the employee stood there watching and waiting till we got up and walked down the theatre whee there were more employees waiting for us to leave like we were some kind of criminals. Not only were we embarrassed by the way the situation was handled, when we got to the exit of the theatre there were 5-6 security guards standing in front of the doors like we were going to run back into the movie. At that point we wanted nothing to do with this place any longer and only wanted our money back from the concession and tickets. The whole situation could have and should have been handles a lot different and if there was an issue with the baby there should have been something posted on the outside doors, Windows or somewhere that it can be seen. Very disappointed in the way this was handled and the poor policy. Especially since the baby wasn't making any noise and was sleeping. We'll never go back to this place again. read more
