I attended the opening night of "A Haunting in Venice" and on my way out I dropped my expensive sunglasses between the seats in the row in front of mine. Since the theatre lights were to dim for me to locate them, I asked the first employee I saw in the lobby area if he had a flashlight. Although he was occupied, he immediately followed me to the area where I thought my glasses should be. I was wrong. James literally lifted the back of several seats until my glasses were found. This took about 10 minutes and the entire time he was patient, helpful and confident that the glasses would be found. I was appreciative and grateful for his very cordial and super-efficient manner while assisting me. If I had my own business, I would hire him in a heartbeat. His positive customer service attitude was a welcome breath of fresh air and was the perfect ending to my movie night out. Thank you again James. read more

Definitely the most premium theatre in the surrounding area. Seats recline so beautifully and are almost as comfy as my bed. Theatre isn't too cold, and is generally clean. Staff is nice and there is plenty of parking. THEY DO SELL ALCOHOL!! read more

Personally one of my favorite places to watch the latest movies out here in the valley! There isn't really much I can say though...getting tickets and reserving your seats is super easy and can be done either in person or online. And when there are lines, whether it's for popcorn or to go in to the actual theaters, they run super efficiently - you're never waiting very long. Side note, they also have a bar in the foyer which I thought was really cool. Granted, pricing is a bit crazy, but what theater doesn't have pricy food and beverages? me and my girlfriend, both 17 came to watch the terrifier 3 movie with tickets i purchased through the website, keep in mind no where in the website did it state we needed proof of age. We were excited to watch the movie but were met with these 2 extremely rude employees who not only denied us entry despite meeting the age requirement but also made us miss 20 minutes of the movie because we were fighting to be let in, even after these rude employees didnt even try to help us in the slightest or do us a favor and just let us in so my girlfriend had to get a hold of the assistant manager and even the assistant manager saw with her own eyes after i showed her on the website that no where on the website is it mentioned that proof of age is required all it says is be 17 or accompanied by guardian. My advice to anyone going to this theater would be to watch out for the 2 extremely rude employees who take out their frustrations on innocent teenagers trying to watch a scary movie. I really wish i could remember their names but all i know is one was transgender and the other one was a big male. read more

This theater I felt was a lot better than the other one. I am not sure if it is the same regional manager but this particular location has more snack options. From loose candy, juices and more. I am vegan so I was happy to see that. The fact that you can weigh the candy rather than buy a whole box is great for the consumer. The other location their employee Lacey was very rude to me and committed acts of discrimination toward me. This theater was much more friendly. I was considering cancelling my membership after the incident and am still waiting to hear back from management regarding this. read more

Seating is nice but there is no social distancing enforced. People sit right next to you. A little disorganized and crowded with long lines at the concessions. There are no fountain drinks or popcorn refills and limited types of snacks. Just bottled drinks. They don't want you pouring your own drink but people are still sitting side by side. When here couple weeks ago to see the new Quentin Tarantino movie The selections for food and drink is extensive I had a very good and bad a latte prepared for myself, staff was friendly. Big fail on the first showing of Godzilla VS Kong on the first day of opening back up. Took the day off of work to take the grandkids to the movies. After an hour and a half of previews and commercials, we were told that we had to leave the theater because the movie would not play/load. We were not going to be able to watch the movie at all that day because all the seats for the rest of the day were sold out. They gave us rain-checks and refunded the money we spent on popcorn and soda. That still doesn't make up for the day I took off of work to watch this movie. I hope Cinemark does better in the future with the first showings of the day! read more

Oh my goodness this movie theater is so cool! SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE RIVER. The large reclining seats make the movie viewing experience 100x better. And you don't have to worry about bunching in your seat or standing up for someone that needs to walk past you in the theater because there's tons of walking room! When you buy your ticket - you pick out your seats.. Like when buying airline tickets lol ALSO - beer & wine! This is such a great spot for a date night, and you don't have to drive all the way to Palm Desert or Rancho Mirage to go to a nicer theater. The food is basically the same, I think they have a bit of a larger selection of amenities.. They have slushies in Coke, cherry & blue raspberry. Cherry Coke Slushie and a Hot Dog! The place was unkept and dirty. Floors in food area, halls to theater, bathrooms. All had stuff on the floor. Good, trash. No one vacuums. I was in there at 7:45 pm on 1/1/22. Incredible! Seats are amazing, place was very clean. I saw some reviews compatibility about concession setup, either they changed things since then or those people are the victims of head injury, it was smooth and easy. But especially, the service was great. I also saw reviews about that having problems which was nuts. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially... Nicholas and Mr. Brunka. We were playing video games , and the plastic gun on my side was broken. Within 30 seconds of me realizing this - not exaggerating, Nicholas notices, apologizes, and gors to get help. Even though help arrived in like 4 minutes, he stopped back, twice, to assure me help was coming -mind you I never asked for help. Next thing you know a manager is perming up the token machine to give us tokens back, including for the game that did work. It was like attack of the incredible customer service reps, it was surreal. A wonderful experience, warning though - I don't recommend the first 3 rows of the big theaters, just too close. read more

We were looking for a theatre with early enough show times that matched up with our kids being at school. The movie was Creed and this location had a showing at 9:30am that we quickly jumped on. I had read from another Yelper that a new multiplex was opening but I had ZERO idea what to expect. The location is easy to find and the parking was ample. The concept with beer, wine and cocktails is interesting. First, you SELECT and pay for the actual seats to plant yourself in. In addition, all the chairs are two person recliners. WHAT?! Yep, I am not telling a lie. Not only that, the seats were not designed like a mid-seventies airliner/sardine can. We actually had room to stretch or cross our legs. All this cost us $13.50 for two at this time slot. This had me trying the Rock's one eyebrow raise. This will definitely be our GO TO movie house for early getaways. Hey, we need some alone time. We came away impressed with the very clean digs. Oh, and they offer all the snacks you may desire including ice cream. Check it out. You will not be disappointed. read more

We went to see a movie on a Saturday night and it was packed. The line to get food moved decently fast but the line to get your tickets was super slow. Their ice tea machine has been broken the last two times we have been here. They had no lids for the fountain drinks so we had to try and use icee lids. That didnt end well for me with Sprite all over me. The place looked dirty and the trash cans were severely overflowing. I understand people are short on employees lately but they had a ton of people behind the counter standing around when the lines were short, that could have been emptying trash and cleaning. It can easily be fixed and we will be back. The movie was great, the screen and audio are top notch. read more

Reclining seats are a huge plus but assigned seating sucks. Once you pick your seats you are stuck in those seats, you can't get up and move. The medium popcorn is like a small popcorn compared to any other movie theater I've been to. Pre-plan before going to this theater and come early to get good seats. read more

This place is a perfect example of manager lying on the resume and getting the job. Brought the whole family to watch Thor today at 4:40PM..as most movie goers I look forward to watching the previews, but the screen was blank complete off. 4:30....4:40...4:50...no previews, no movie blank screen. I went outside to ask y the screen is blank and the "manager" says someone is working on it and before I could say anything else walks away in an annoyed manner. As if what I asked was such a unbelievable thing. I went back in and sat down without much explanation to my family. 5:00PM...5:12PM finally one of the other frustrated movies goers comes back in saying the movie cancelled and everyone can go get their refund. 3 minutes later that same annoyed manager walks in and tells everyone to start making it to the front. I asked if there is an alternative time or movie theatre we can watch the movie in and she responds with I don't know check with the front desk...rude, unprofessional, and worse of all no remorse for the shitty experience they put the entire theatre thru....don't worry about the waste of everyone's time..good luck I'm sure it's not the first bad review u r gonna get if that's how you approach customer service. read more

Couldn't believe the way management and another employee were speaking to a grown couple in front of me. On top of it, while speaking with an upper handed tone, they exhibited insanely rude and unprofessional mannerisms- from immature facial expressions filled with attitude, to practically rolling eyes at people. Logical intelligent people will question why we 1) have to go to concessions to purchase tickets 2) why one register can only ring for concessions and the other can only ring for tickets. Went at 11:40 to pre order tickets to a 6:05 showing. Showed up at 6:05 to find out the lady dropped the ball and sold us tickets to the 6:05 show for the next day, note that we aren't from the area. Manager name was JB, stand up guy, he upgraded our tickets to a XD showing, and since we already bought concessions, he promised to get us more for no charge after our hour wait before the next showing started. Hes a great dude. I highly suggest you guys go when hes there. I've never recieved such good customer service at a movie theatre. read more

I thoroughly enjoy my movie nights at this location. While not an avid movie buff, I do like to watch my movies in comfort. The leather recliners here are roomy and totally comfortable. I wish they'd provide pillows and blankets like iPic... but no biggie. I love the concept of having to reserve your seats. The snacks are abundant. Spoke with manager about a ticket problem got a shoulder shrug! Totally recommend hiring senior citizens. They would make it more pleasant to deal with. Dear General Manager, My kid lost her card, she realized it when we got to the car. We went back I to the theater to look for it, I formed ticketing staff and they said ok. About half ways down I noticed security was following, he never asked me if he could help or what I was doing. Again I stopped and informed security he was walking too close and to please stop he (Security George) said No. He continued to follow, when my daughter and I got I to theater and began looking he just stood there, and began recording. Never once did he ask us if he could help, what were we looking for, or if we had TICKETS from the show. Shame on you General Manager Joel Romig to have staff that make a mother and daughter feel like they were trying to cheat or steal. Later my daughter informed me that while she waited for me to come out of restroom George the security was staring at her. The theater itself is great! Comfortable seats and all. The Big issue is management. Highly unprofessional. At the ticket booth me and my brother had our motorcycle helmets and the first thing the manager says to us is if we parked our Motorcycles on the sidewalk. Didn't greet us or anything. We did not park our bikes directly on the sidewalk but over to the side where no one walks through. We then get out of our movie to find that someone has tapped a letter on my brand new bike. Who tapes over peoples property?? Then another employee who was texting on his phone outside, just says..you cant park there with a rude mindset. This theater is run by a bunch of unprofessional wackjobs. The management at this movie theater is Highly unprofessional. Went to watch the captain America yesterday at 11:10pm. We got there at 10:30 and one of the security people who was very professional and nice told us to just be patient and hang out around the theater which was #7 while they were getting the theatre ready. My brother and my sister in law did not have a place to sit so we were sitting outside the theatre near a closed door. Some dumb other security usher rudely tells my wife and brother to move and not to sit there. I heard this and said "excuse me", instead of diffusing the situation he calls backup . I could not believe this person was acting so rude to people who are older people sitting on the floor. The other manager who told us to have a seat came in and restrained his colleague and personally apologized to all 3 of us. The only thing nice about this theatre is the huge screen and reclining seats!!! It is a comfortable setting to enjoy a movie. However, it is really expensive. You have assigned seating. The concession stand is horribly laid out. People push and shove through the line grabbing stuff-Not a lot of room between the drink stand and the cashier. Forget it if you need to pee during the movie!!! Everyone is reclining, so you cannot get out unless you want to make a big scene. read more
