Called Jeffery (owner) spoke to him and told him what kind of services I wanted. I just wanted to save my pictures I told him. He said ok, come at 1. He does only appointments because of covid. I got there, parking is a little hard to find but I parked by Goodwill. I paid a $45 diagnostic fee. He said he will look into the laptop more and if there is anything else that needs to be done he will call me. 20 minutes goes by and he tells me this computer still good!!! You want to save it or just save pictures. I said whaaaaat save it, how much it that gonna be?? Anyways, I got a new hard drive with a bigger GB, new charger for laptop (I lost the original one), newest windows update, practically a new laptop!! All of this for $300.
