    Cinnabon Classic Roll
    Francoise S.

Haven't been to a Cinnabon for years. We were in the Glendale Galleria and purchased a classic Cinnabon to share. Not sure what the calories are for one of these things, but it has to be a lot! And not worth it. The cost was $6.99! Man!! That's too much money for what you get! They are much smaller than what I remember as well. My husband and I were not impressed, it was too doughy and soft. Would not ever order it again. Another issue I had, was the customer service was also subpar. The young lady behind the counter was not interested in offering good customer service. After eating the bun, we both agreed what a waste of money it was and that we could go to In-N-Out and for the price of a cinnamon bun order a really delicious burger and fries. I would give this place a 5 out of 10. Not impressed at all.

A friend and I were craving Cinnabon, and this spot definitely helped with what we needed! Staff was pretty chill in prepping whatever we wanted. It's pretty small and you may walk past by it. Cinnabon never disappoints with their cinnamon rolls! What surprised me was their cinnamon roll bites, which was basically a cookie with a mini cinnamon roll inside it! I know, sounds too much, but coming from someone who's favorite dessert are cookies, I'd say these specialty items were tasty!

OG Cinnamon Roll with cream cheese frosting

headed to this place for cinnamon rolls. located in a mall. exterior and interior typcial food court type of booth. no seating but few feet way is an actual food court with seating. decor is typcial of a chain franchise as this is a national one. simple menu of few different cinnamon roll flavors like OG with cream cheese frosting or caramel pecans. ordered what i came for the OG cinanmon roll with cream cheese frosting. rolls are premade and kept warmed behind a glass case. so it can a be a hit and miss if havent sold for while you could with old and dry and stale roll which i have on occasion. but im reviewing as of today and today i got a fresh one. totla damage $9. waited 1 minute and got the food. and the verdict? its tasty. roll today was hot and crisp exterior and intterior was a gooey melty cinnamony soft sweet pillowy soft. too bad its not like this all the time. but chain so what can you do. anyway if can time it right and get a fresh batch the taste and portion size makes this place worth it.

Okay, I don't remember their buns being this doughy..... I was excited to see they were finally open post quarantine and immediately ordered a 6 pack via UberEats. My pack was warm upon delivery and came with extra icing so that was nice! There weren't any instructions regarding baking them further and they were already iced. As I bit into the center it tasted toooo doughy/undercooked..... was I supposed to bake them? Not sure. Again no instructions included. I baked one for my fiancé but he said it still tasted doughy and somewhat raw. I think the buns probably would have tasted better if I ordered them individually? Or the mini buns? Either way, I was cheating on my diet and that's what I get.

Came here today and got a free small iced coffee + 4 count bonbites from my rewards account and it was a great experience! Bonbites= delicious Iced Coffee= delicious This location had friendly customer service AND it was easy redeeming my rewards which I always appreciate! There were also a couple customers ahead of me BUT the service was very fast! P.S I read some comments about how people did not like the fact that Cinnabon is so sweet? Umm excuse me? Of course it's sweet it's a cinnamon roll! Are you new here? It's sweet, soft, gooey, and it's why people love Cinnabon! That's no reason to give it one star lol. Cinnabon is by far the best cinnamon roll I've ever had and if you've never had one fresh out of the oven YOU HAVE NOT LIVED.

Why is this place still in business?? I really wonder that after trying a caramel pecan cinnabon. It was super sweet and it had 1,000 calories in just one bun. I mean come on!! I don't think I will ever eat this again. I also don't know how anyone can say they are addicted to this. This location is inside the food court and I was surprised that I was waiting in line with adults and kids waiting for this very very sweet treat. But I'm glad I got to try this thing and put it on my list of places I would never want to go to anymore!

Not only is this spot pumping out the best cinnamon rolls on the planet they also have one of the best employees on the entire planet! The location was packed and Giovani helped with our order in a timely and efficient fashion. Not only was he on top of our order but he provided the best customer service I have had since the pandemic began. Recognize greatness when you encounter it!!

If you're a chocolate lover, this cake is a dream. It's rich and decadent without being overwhelming, incredibly moist, and has beautiful, prominent layers that make every bite satisfying. The frosting is smooth, creamy, and best of all, not overly sweet (the perfect Asian-approved level of sweetness!). They also added a chocolate "Happy Birthday" plaque for my mom, which was such a thoughtful finishing touch. Everyone at the party was asking where the cake was from. We'll definitely be making this our go-to spot for birthdays and special occasions!

Unfortunately, I wasn't quite as impressed with the coffee. I ordered an iced Americano, which just didn't stand out in terms of the coffee itself, and a latte that was pretty mid. The server was super nice, though, so no complaints about the service! I know this is a patisserie and not a specialty coffee shop, so I wasn't expecting the coffee to be the main attraction. That said, at $5.50 for an Americano and $6.50 for a latte, I'd say stop by for the pastries, but I'd probably skip the coffee.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate that you took the time to reply, but I believe your…read moreresponse misses the main issue. Good business etiquette is simple: when a business makes a mistake, it should acknowledge it, correct it immediately, sincerely apologize to the customer, and ensure the customer leaves satisfied. That builds trust and demonstrates accountability. Instead, much of your response focuses on explaining that the price tag may have been moved accidentally by staff or customers. Those are explanations, not accountability. This was one of the last two pieces left in the display, and the incorrect price tag should have been noticed well before my purchase. As I also stated in my response to the Agricultural Commissioner of Weights & Measures Inspector, I am almost certain that after I shared my experience and reviews on social media, the pricing discrepancies would have been already corrected. If that is the case, I genuinely hope those changes help make sure future customers are charged accurately and fairly. Regarding the Kyiv cake, my concern is relatively minimal compared to the pricing issue. It simply did not taste as good as it used to. It lacked the freshness and flavor we had previously enjoyed, and it tasted somewhat stale. This is the least of my concern. What concerns me most is the lack of accountability. Businesses earn customer loyalty by owning their mistakes, not by offering explanations for why they may have happened. A sincere apology, immediate correction and a commitment to making things right would have been a much more appropriate response.

Always a pleasant experience at these bakeries. This Glendale bakery café was clean, bright, and beautifully organized with a large variety of pastries, cakes, and drinks on display. I tried the Strawberry Soft Cream Cake, Berries cake, Curry Croquette, and their signature iced Korean lattes. The pastries were soft and flavorful without being overly sweet, and the cakes looked just as good as they tasted. The curry croquette wasn't a favorite of mine. It was my first time trying and the spices didn't amaze my palette. I will have to try their garlic bread next time if I feel like getting something savory. Their sweets are always a hit for me! Overall, the staff was friendly and greeted customers warmly as they come in. Small parking lot at this location but still worth the wait. Good visit!

The stores are clean, the service is perfectly fine, and there's a wide selection of baked goods. That said, I find the pastries overpriced for what you get. Most of the items I've tried have been average at best, especially considering the premium prices. The pastel de nata was disappointing--I've had much better versions at local dim sum restaurants. The black coffee was also a letdown. It was so bitter that I needed to add milk to make it drinkable, and I'm someone who normally enjoys black coffee. Overall, it's a convenient option if you're nearby and there aren't any better bakeries around, but I wouldn't go out of my way to visit.
