Absolutely GREAT location! It's not too far from the Los Angeles Equestrian Center and I am telling you I have seen people on horseback at the drive-thru. Love! Fantastic employees (always polite and helpful). And this location has a drive-thru!! A drive thru location is much appreciated for this busy mom of 3 kiddos. My kids love ice-cream and I love bringing them here. I believe this Baskin-Robbins is also a training facility for franchises. There are some parking spots out front if you wish to eat here, an outside patio, and ofcourse inside the ice-cream shop has tables available. Burbank Baskin-Robbin's rocks! My mom loves ice cream cake so I decided to get a cake from here for her birthday. I saw a few options online but didn't know if you could customize the cakes. Lili ended up helping me order this beautiful custom cake and it turned out perfect! She was very nice and helpful. We got white cake with chocolate chip cheesecake and it was so yummy! Drive-Thru Convenience This location has a drive-thru, which is really cool and made picking up our order super easy. Friendly Service The girl at the speaker and window was extremely nice. She helped us figure out a small issue with a coupon and even suggested a small drink or other options so we could get our order right. Dubai Chocolate Bar We went for two Dubai chocolate bars, which are really tasty! They come in cute little pull-out boxes. The portion is small, so prices feel a little high, but the quality and flavor make it worth it. Cute Bonus Cup We also got one of their color-changing cups with gummy bears for $3 -- very cute and functional for cold drinks. Definitely a fun little add-on to the order. This is a smaller location, and we took advantage of their drive thru! Summer is about enjoying all of the cold, refreshing treats and we always partake. Love that they advertise they are gluten sensitive (not considered safe for celiac) they have dairy free options as well. The drive thru was fast and only took 5 minutes. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 scoops each, and he made his in to a sundae ( adding whipped cream, chipped nuts, chocolate sauce and a marachino cherry on top) I had the chocolate and peanut butter and rocky road. The ice cream was smooth, creamy and decadent. The price was $14 for our orders. Although costly for a few scoops of ice cream it's worth it for the value. Can't recommend this location enough. I went to Baskin-Robbins with my daughter, and she found a huge chunk of paper inside her ice cream. When I brought it back to the counter, the employee didn't apologize once, instead, he told me I only had two options: either get a refund or get a replacement. The way he said it was very rude and dismissive. I decided to get a refund, but my daughter wanted to pick another flavor instead. He said that since it cost more, I'd have to pay the difference -- even though this whole situation was their mistake! And unsanitary food given to a child! With a foreign object found inside!!! He was so rude about it, and when he tried to process the transaction, he couldn't even figure out how to give the discount. In the end, I didn't have to pay the difference, but the whole experience was extremely unpleasant. No apology, poor customer service, and no sense of responsibility for serving ice cream with a piece of paper in it. Very disappointing experience at Baskin-Robbins! read more

I don't usually write reviews for chains but Baskin Robbins is definitely a classic of all ice cream chains. I specifically love this location though, it's in a more peaceful area close to Griffith Park and even has a drive thru. It's nice having the option as sometimes I don't feel like getting out of the car, while other days I enjoy sitting outside on a warm evening and enjoying my ice cream. While all the flavors are delicious, the Dubai chocolate bar has completely won me over and I find myself visiting so much more frequently since this latest discovery of mine. It is officially their best item if you were to ask me. Absolutely love this location all around, staff is ALWAYS quick and in stock with my favorite item. May they never get rid of it as a menu item! read more

This has got to be the BEST Baskin Robbin's I've ever been to. This feels like a classy upgraded ice cream shop. The place is clean and brightly decorated. There are all kinds of specialty items here. Dubai policy Le's (pistachio almond ice cream dipped in chocolate and topped with gold candy) and mango popsicles. Service is quick and amazing! The employees welcomed everyone and served them quickly. Super friendly! I got the banana royale (2 scoop sundae with banana). It was made perfectly. I most appreciate that the almonds on top were toasted crunchy and tasted super fresh. This told me that the store does a lot of orders wheee there is turnover in inventory. Delightful! read more

I want to start off by saying the staff was great. Very kind and helpful. The ambiance is casual. I went in to try the new Dubai Chocolate Ice Cream bar! It's apparently only for a limited time. I'm obsessed with anything pistachio and I've been wanting to try the Dubai candy bar so this was right up my alley. The ice cream bar has Pistachio Almond Ice Cream and a Pistachio Cream layer with Knafeh (thinly shredded pastry dough - can be a bit crunchy) dipped in chocolate. On first bite, I tasted the chocolate the most and the creaminess of the ice cream but not so much the pistachio and knafeh. I was hoping to really taste that pistachio (it was very very mild) and really taste the crunchiness of the knafeh. There was a little. The aesthetic of the bar was beautiful though, they did a great job with that. All and all I would visit Baskin again because it's classic, but I wouldn't get this Dubai chocolate bar again because the flavor just wasn't there for me. That's why I took away a star. I took away a second star because I don't visit Baskin often, but them introducing these new flavors could bring me back more! read more

I'm not sure what's going on with this specific location, but as of lately the Ice cream is always melted, the service is like your presence irritates them. This picture was taken last wed for the promotion of banana splits it was so bad I just threw it away. I can see why more people are going to Handels now.. & it's cheaper. read more

This location is the Baskin Robbins training center so the service is excellent . This is cleanest and friendliest Baskin- Robbins I've been to. The interior is always so clean and bright. The best part is they have a drive- thru and extended hours of operation. The location is larger than the typical BR, so they have more flavors on sale than anywhere else. My wife and I stopped by this Baskin Robbins last night to get some late night ice cream. We were in the area which is why we came to this one. I never seen a drive thru Baskin Robbins before so it was a first for me. When we came, there was 2 cars in front of us. When it was our turn to order, I got the Oreo cookies n cream on a regular cone and my wife got her rocky road on a sugar cone. It didn't take them long to prepare our ice cream, it was ready when I pulled up to the window. I just parked in one of the parking spots near the exit of the drive thru. I never thought after going here for over 20 years I would leave a bad review. 1st off the Ice Cream texture has definitely went downhill, the scoops of Ice Cream seem to be frost bitten, the flavor felt water down, "Cherry jubilee" "Cookies N Cream" "Rocky Road" 2nd I went in there to buy a few of the new Dubai Chocolate ice cream Bars, and I almost wet my pants from laughter because I thought it was a legit Joke ! Tiny Ice Bar for $10!!!!!! EACH!!! This should definitely be against the law! Two bites! And $10!!!! Each!! 3rd Now they got young kids working who have a very rude and unprofessional attitudes! It really is clean and quick service. I've been in person and it can be difficult to know where to order but they attend fast. I would say the drive thru can improve on getting the orders right I've asked a few times to have light fudge on my banana royale and they've drenched my ice cream with fudge when asked light fudge. read more

Ayo! Okay Baskin Robbin's !!!! I see you keeping up with the trends with the famous Dubai Chocolate Bar. Love how you did your twist with an Ice Cream Bar. This location has to be the most modern Baskin Robbin's with a Drive Through and hand made Ice Cream Bars. All the other franchises need to follow this foot print before the go out of business. Anywho, I happen to work in Burbank so dropped in but yall were sold out. Placed an order and picked it up the next day. It was actually very delicious and worth the wait! The crunchy texture with the knafe and pistachio cream was amazing. I'd love to see you guys fool around and add a Biscoff version or Nutella. Staff is amazing so friendly and efficient. This is probably the best Baskin-Robbins I have ever visited lol. This is the only location that has the infamous Dubai chocolate bar that's been going viral. They sold out around 4pm on a random Tuesday night. We were lucky to split a box that was around 40$ with a random stranger and got our hands on trying these. Stopped by to get a scoop of the limited edition Beach Day ice cream. I had never seen a Baskin Robbins so crazy busy. There was a line of cars at the drive through, but I didn't want to wait so I found a spot in the small parking lot and walked right into the shop. There was a long line inside as well but the staff was quick and efficient at taking orders. My husband accidentally dropped his scoop and the staff was nice enough to give him a new scoop. There were getting close to closing time so we didn't stay to each our scoops inside but there was tables outside located towards the back of the shop. read more

Going to the store service is fine, but order delivery at your own risk. Want hot fudge? Better hope the machine is working or they'll just use a pink spoon and give you much less than the normal 3 pumps. Want whipped cream? Not offered on delivered items. Want spoons and napkins? Ha! Now that summer is coming up, I start to come here more and more and can we just talk about that vanilla aroma that fills the store. Every time I walk in it smells like my childhood. I love the service they provide here. Very sweet and cheery workers. My personal favorite ice cream has to be the Dubai chocolate bar because of the different textures and taste. The location is along a busy area, but during nighttime there are rarely cars around, so finding parking out front is easy! Stepping into the shop, you'll be transported into what feels like a retro ice cream parlor. With the florescent lights, a ET statue, and ice cream themed movie posters, it's like a blast from the past. There's ice cream, a variety of different flavored fresh cookies, a rack with pies, a self grab freezer with pints of ice cream, AND a freezer with ice creams, dog treats, and chicken pot pie. There's so many options, I've been there a handful of times with my boyfriend and we've ordered something different every time and it always tastes great! There aren't any seats inside of the ice cream parlor, but there are benches right out front that you can sit on to eat your treats. Sliders makes for a fun little adventure to get some ice cream any day of the week!

The croissants are now dry, overcooked, and tasteless , even early in the morning. It honestly feels like they changed the butter because the flavor is gone. The pastries look beautiful for Instagram, but the taste no longer matches the image. People probably come for the terrace and the "Paris" aesthetic, but nothing about these pastries feels authentically French anymore. The owner is Iranian and honestly should stick to Iranian pastries instead of trying to market this place as a French pâtisserie, because it is nowhere close to the quality or refinement of a real French pastry shop. On top of that, customer service is terrible. The employees are rude, impatient, and act bothered when you ask simple questions like the price of a croissants ; especially since prices are not clearly displayed. Paying almost $7 for a croissant or New York roll, and $10+ for many pastries, would maybe be acceptable with excellent quality and service... but definitely not with dry pastries and rude staff. Parking is another nightmare. There's no dedicated parking lot, so you have to park on San Fernando, pay for parking, and parking enforcement is constantly circling waiting to ticket people the second your time expires. This was my last visit. Save your money and go elsewhere for pastries -- honestly, even Whole Foods does better at this point.

Their red and yellow striped building is impossible to miss. Located in the back of the hut is a small parking lot. I stopped by before work to pick up some donuts and was pleasantly surprised by their selection. They have all the classic donut flavors and then some Asian inspired ones. Matcha, Thai tea, coconut, and some other ones that were sold out when I arrived. They also have giant sized donuts too! The woman at the front was super friendly and gave me a quick run down of their breakfast menu. Ill definitely be back in the future!

This time, we ordered the mango sticky rice shaved ice, and it was so good my husband and I were mind-blown. It's fun to eat because you get multiple components on one tray, and you can continually go between eating the mango sticky rice and the shaved ice with mango gelato, mango chunks, and coconut cream. Every part of it was so yummy and refreshing, it didn't feel too difficult to share and finish between two people. They hide mango chunks inside the middle of the shaved ice too, so it's not solely a bowl of ice when you get to the bottom. I will go back again just for the mango sticky rice shaved ice because it is so unique and delicious, but when mango season is over, they stop selling it.

We were convinced by the nice lady at the register to pick up not one but two almond croissants because they were fresh out of the oven and I'm SO GLAD we did. It was still hot/warm when we took our first bite after walking back to our car -- flaky amazing lamination with a steaming frangipane filling, for sure the best almost croissant I've had. The regular croissant was also good but not fresh/warm like the almond croissant so it left less of an impression but I can imagine it also tasting amazing if we got it fresh. Burbank is not necessarily close to where I live but I'm so glad we happened to stop by to finally try this spot out! I'd love to try the sandwiches and tarts next time!
