Hey foodie friends! I stopped by for a Venti Iced Gingerbread Chai Tea on my way to work today. I'm glad I did. It is so tasty. I placed the order in my app while I was on my way. I pulled into the drive thru and at the speaker I checked in for my order. They said to pull up to the window and it was ready. That was FASt! Love to start the week with a yummy holiday treat. It's the drive thru so as far as ambiance, I can say usually it's busy, but at 7 am it was not. I cruised thru and I was excited to get my drink so quickly. I love the holiday green ribbon design on the cup and the personal touch of my name and a hand written" Yay!" Good morning and thank you Starbucks!! Hey Yelpers! So I stop in here every so often for my face iced green tea. It reminds me of being on a cruise, the first Starbucks I tried one in. It's don't like coffee, so this is my go-to. The ambiance it typical Starbucks coffee house, with a little music, a little chatter, and people working and hanging out. The staff here are very nice and fast with their coffee/tea making barista skills. It's a good hangout spot, especially if you gotta get a little work done. Enjoy!!! read more

Stopped into this daily new location today because today was 4 for 20$ on any size hand crafted drinks of your choice! The location is nice it's updated with bench seating that's actually quite plush. Nice circular bar tables. I like the choice of color for the bench seating it's like a brown lush orange fall color it's pairs really well the inside decor. We got a mango dragonfruit refresher with water no lemonade. A separate one with coconut milk. Might sound weird but in summer that drink with the coconut definitely rehydrates you. And I got one of the summer refreshers with lemonade and berry burts. And to kick it off my wife and I like to split a shaken express venti with vanilla. The venti comes with 4 shots. And love Starbucks for the complementary water. Thank god for them honestly in Vegas you absolutely need this water in the summer time. Over a pretty sweet location outside seating with tents is a plus. Inside is quite spacious. Review #45 of 2024 November 11 visit around 1:45 PM I wanted to express my gratitude to Starbucks for the free Pike Place coffee on Veterans Day. It was just what I needed to recharge during a hectic afternoon. I also grabbed some treats for my kids--one chocolate croissant and two chocolate cake pops. My middle child had her heart set on a cinnamon coffee cake, but unfortunately, they were out. However, she was still happy with her cake pop. The staff at this location are always fantastic. This is a brand new Starbucks at the northeast corner of Sunset and Stephanie. It is one of five Starbucks in the immediate area. I can say that Sunset at Stephanie is Starbucks country.       It was in Starbucks country that my brother and I hung out here two times in the early evening following the Golden Corral, which is across the parking lot.     From my two visits (so far), Starbucks does customer service right. Where several businesses have alienated customers that prefer to spend time in the establishment and pay cash to a real person, this Starbucks accommodates the customers that prefer to spend time at the establishment and those that prefer the drive-thru. This Starbucks provides two drive-thru lanes for customers that prefer their order on the run. For me, who prefers spending time in Starbucks, they provide a long dining room with an exterior that gives a strong sense of coziness where I have entertained myself with YouTube and the Internet with their complimentary Wi-Fi between sips of a tall coffee with two Splendas. Unlike Dunkin, when I walked through the door, a friendly batista greeted me instead of a soulless kiosk and useless employees standing around. Starbucks is a business that has kept the customer service relationship between the batista and customer. As a matter of fact, the Barista who served me recognized me from the late Starbucks at Warm Springs and Amigo Street. A kiosk wouldn't.    Some people will complain about Starbucks, saying that it is too expensive. In 2024, their tall (short in Starbucks terminology) is comparable at $2.87. From my perspective, I pay for the charming and cozy Starbucks experience with my beverage of choice.   I assume that Starbucks commitment to both the customer that wants to spend time inside and the ones that want their beverage on the go, is paying off. As, I write this in 2024, Starbucks is opening new locations nearby in Henderson that include Sunset at Mountain Vista and Sunset at Gibson. I have a feeling that the soulless kiosk will not be working theree. In the future, I plan to pen more Starbucks reviews in Starbucks Country. The fact is that I prefer to visit a businesse that appreciates both Me and my money. read more

I went into the Starbucks for the first time and it wasn't busy. They had maybe six people in it. My issue with them is that everybody who came in after me got their drinks and their food it was like they just took my money and didn't wanna give me my drink or my food And then when they gave me my drink, which was a hot tea, I asked for honey and Splenda neither was in it then I asked when my sandwich was coming, and when I got it, I took the first bite. It tasted spoiled it taste like the meat was spoiled, and the tomatoes were old. The bread was soggy. I just wouldn't go there if I can't even come up with a reason outside of what I just said if you go take your chances. read more

I hardly come to this location but when I do, I notice their drinks aren't made too good. Today, I ordered a grande iced matcha latte. When I got my drink, I noticed it was a venti instead of grande which would've been fine with me if only it didn't have clumps of matcha powder. Drink was also handed to me with matcha powder outside the cup. Do you not check what you're serving to your customers? Also, I was the only car in the drive-thru and line didn't look long inside so not sure what took so long to get my order. read more

Ordered online coffee got nothing but attitude and made fun of my head, which is BS last time I will ever go there

So I try out the Starbucks instead of going to my usual one. When I'm in the drive-through, I ask for an extra toasted danish when I get to the window the danish is still cold in the middle. I tell the lady at the window she gives me nothing but attitude, don't even understand how that was something that needed attitude so I say just a bit more she's upset about it then they give me a dish completely burnt so then I come inside I asked for a refund I explain to them what happened they do not care all of them have an attitude about it They don't offer anything. They don't try to give it to. You didn't want the balance on the gift card. I want my money back on my card. This has been the absolute most rudest experience I've ever had. Nice starbucks, too bad its a homeless shelter. Its a problem all starbucks seem to have now. You got people whipping out hot plates and smell to the high heavens. Maybe I could avoid it if these people did not get in your face. I see most locations take the plugs out now to avoid the problem, instead of making it policy to kick out non paying customers. This at the same time hurts the paying customers. I guess this is to avoid bad publicity again. I feel like its a different time now and they could bring back the policy.
