Donuts are actually SO good here (think pink box style donuts). Not too sweet. Cozy place too. The lady taking our payment was so sweet and friendly. The only reason I'm rating this so low is one of the workers gathering the donuts treated us as if we were inconveniencing her buying their donuts?! The donuts were all stacked on a rack. We came in around 1:30-2pm. It was already hard to see the donuts without pressing your face into the glass cover. There were no other customers in the store but she kept rushing us to pick stuff. As we were about to pay, she wanted me to check the small bag of 3 donuts to make sure it was correct. I was trying to but she had her index finger tightly gripping the bag. I couldn't see the donuts due to the way it was stacked. I asked her a few times to let go of the bag so I could see but she wouldn't. It's less than $5 worth of donuts I'm buying, I have no plans of taking off with the goods without paying. While the donuts are so delicious, that was such a strange interaction. This place is slightly tucked away from the naked eye so you'll have to keep your eyes peeled. I came in here to treat some of my staff with donuts over the weekend. The prices were good here as well with the variety they had from glazed donuts to cake donuts and filled donuts. A dozen does for $20 here. They seem to run out quick so it's best to go here early in order to have more variety. My favorite is always the glazed donut and it was lucky to find some left when I got here in the afternoon. CASH ONLY!!! They recently went cash only and although they have an ATM on site, it with with a heavy fee. The sign needs to be on the window or something. The donuts are nice and fluffy and the recently increased price is $16 a dozen for regular donuts. The Vietnamese ladies behind the counter are a bit rough around the edges with their customer service but I don't believe they're mean spirited but more of a cultural thing. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I did not have any cash so I went to the ATM 3 feet from the desk, while the woman who worked there basically watched over my shoulder as I was withdrawing money from the ATM. I didn't have any money in my checking account so I needed to transfer money via phone. I told her this, as she said "I'll show you how to do it." I told her I knew how to work the ATM and that my phone was transferring my money to the ATM as we speak. Doing this took a little bit of time and the transaction on the ATM was canceled. She then proceeded to walk in my direction and try and help me with the ATM like I was stupid. Excuse my language, but I know how to fucking work the goddamn ATM, and I didn't need her help. I am the stereo-typical ditzy dumb blonde and I'm young. I may be putting this stereotype on myself but I'm pretty sure that she stereotyped me into this too. It made me feel very stupid. And when I got back my change, it was incorrect. She counted it out in front of me and gave me the wrong change. How are you going to look in my face and give me an incorrect amount of money while saying the amount of my change right in front of my face? All of this had already made me insanely furious but I decided not to say anything about the change because I didn't want to ruin my own day by carrying this stupidity on any longer. Two things that bugged me. 1: I slowly and specifically said which donuts I wanted, and saw the woman pull them from the display and set aside. She counted 8 donuts and charged me for 8 donuts..... I get in my car, drive away and 20 min later open the box to see only 6 donuts.... She pulled 8 aside but only put in 6? How? So that made me mad to pay for two donuts that I WANTED for my family, and didn't get. 2: upon paying, I pulled out my card and she told me "cash only" and pointed to an ATM machine... which charges 3:00 to take out money. I said "no pay pal or anything?" She said "no, small business". That's okay, just would be nice to have that somewhere on a window so I don't go through the whole order, knowing I don't have cash on me. Walked in to multiple maskless people hanging out, including the people behind the counter. They put on masks to interact with me, which I appreciated, but would have appreciated it more if it was on the whole time. None of the stuff you can usually get at DKs was there. No bacon, no eggs, if you want a sandwich you can get ham & cheese and that's it. They advertise smoothies with a sign but there's no menu for them. She asked what kind of smoothie I wanted and I asked what the options were. They didn't have any options she just said I have the powders. So I threw out Strawberry and Orange I guess? She mixed the powders with MILK and ice so now I have a "fruit smoothie" that tastes like protein powder. Overall, I walked in really excited for my usual bacon, egg, and cheese croissant and smoothie from DKs and left with a ham and cheese that I'm not excited about and a disgusting smoothie that I'll probably take two more sips of and toss. Plus it's cash only which I didn't notice until I had already ordered so then I got charged an extra $2.50 fee at the ATM for the pleasure of this terrible meal. read more

DISGUSTING! I've gone here for awhile, but I won't be going back after walking into their bathroom! I grew up on a farm so I'm used to gross things, but this bathroom was the worst I've ever seen! Even worse than some pretty bad gas stations. I can only imagine how they take care of what they serve people if they can't even keep up the restroom. All I wanted to do was wash my son's hands. And this made the sticky floor seem that much worse.
