Service is poor. They expect an added tip when paying. I ordered a coffee and a cinnamon bun. Unfortunately, the lady didn't put the coffee lid on correctly, and the coffee popped open, spilling over the table, chair, and floor. I asked for paper towels to dry the floor so people wouldn't slip while walking by, but the manager refused, stating it was the mall's responsibility. I then asked for a refill because the lid was put on incorrectly; they said I would have to pay for another one. I set the empty cup down on the counter and walked away. I will never buy another item from Cinnabon if this is how they treat the public and their customers. read more

Cinnabon is one of the greatest things that exists. The cinnamon rolls are soft and warm and the frosting melts its way into the crevices. It's amazing. Anyway, the Cinnabon at the mall is also fantastic. Right now it is right next to Santa... so you can ask Santa for a Cinnabon. Multitasking at its finest. read more

Sorry I didn't get the names of the Friday crew on 11-22-19 but at around 7:30/8pm this crew went into action and made us the FRESHEST most delicious churro sandwiches. They went above and beyond as there were already two churros sitting in the case but they took the extra time to make ours fresh. They were honest that it would take 16 mins to prepare fresh. We passed time by eating a delicious Cinnabon. The churro sandwiches came out fresh and warm and the staff was enthusiastic the whole time. Don't skip on this ! read more

Cinnabon is drugs. It takes hold of you and controls your life. It sucks you in. It's devastating. I had a cousin who would steal small bills from us to buy drugs. I really wish zero stars was an option! I ordered around 10$ worth of food from this location. I come to the mall at least once a week and always order the same things. Today, as usual, to go with my coffee I asked for a cup of water. The VERY RUDE woman named 'Enjy' who says she is the manager said that "The water machine isn't working. You must buy bottled." I can understand if it was really "not working", but this woman lied to my face. Attached to the soda machine is a lever you press for water. It was clearly there, so I point it out to her. She then changes her story from "it isn't working" to "the owner does not let us give out water to customers" she literally starts a screaming match with me over A CUP OF WATER. A SUPPOSED MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION STARTS TO BERATE AND YELL AT A CUSTOMER OVER A WATER! And let me say this again, it's not the rule of not giving out cups of water that is so upsetting, it's the fact this woman LIES and when I point it out she begins to cut me off, yell in my face, and blame it on the owner!!!! I will NEVER EVER go here again! And you can 100% expect me to inform every site and everyone who will listen to this story so they can know this is how the company treats their repeat customers!
