Saw this place on an episode of Shark Tank and had to check it out! So glad I did! I didn't know they were customizable until I got there. You start off with their classic cinnamon roll and then get to choose an icing and your toppings. They have so many icings to choose from. I opted for just a classic vanilla and then added cookie dough (not the hard fake cookie dough, but actually fresh cookie dough!!) and Oreo crumbles for toppings. I think each topping is an additional $0.50 and the icing is $0.25 added to the base cinnamon roll of $4.25 but I could be off. So my cinnamon roll cost around $5.50, which is maybe only a dollar more than what I would pay at Cinnabon. But this one was amazing and fresh! read more

A great place to go to if you've got a sweet tooth! I didn't know what to expect coming into this place but I was met with the sweet smell of sugar and kind staff who welcomed us and introduced us to the business since we were first-timers. She offered advice on what toppings to pair my cinnamon roll with. The bun was fresh and had I no regrets with what I ordered. I came around lunchtime and it wasn't that busy. Wow what a horrible experience. Zero stars for customer service. I've bought at least 10 of these rolls in the past few weeks and everything was fantastic. I ordered 3 tonight and drove all the way home to discover that one of the rolls hardly had any icing so I decided to drive all the way back and get my situation corrected. I usually can't order cookie cakes anywhere because they're never made vegan, but I got one here for my partner's birthday and it was amazing - chewy and carmelized and crunchy it tastes just like homemade. Let's level set here. Cinnamon buns with stuff on it should have been a "thing" for decades. I am ashamed that no one has made this mainstream until now. Because I read some reviews and checked online first, I was not at all shocked at the $30+ price tag for 4 big buns with piles of stuff on them. I defaulted for whatever seems to be most popular (which is somewhat limited), understanding you can truly make 10,000 variations to your own liking. Flavor-wise, come on! You know this is not even something I need to write about. It is mind blowing. This place had a great working staff, both friendly and courteous as well as it smelled like what I would choose to breathe in for eternity. It's something unique and special. What an amazing experience we had at Cinnaholic last night! The customer service was fantastic, and the warm gooey delicious cinnamon buns that we enjoyed were out of this world! We each created our own flavors which meant that I had a banana cream frosted cinnamon bun topped with cookie dough and salted pretzel sticks. My sweet and salty taste buds were thrilled!!! Thanks to a voucher for a free cinnamon roll and free topping that originally brought me. I've been coming back ever since. There are multiple icings and toppings to choose from so the possibilities seem endless. The cinnamon roll is so soft and the frosting so good. I've tried a few different combinations at this point. My first time trying their cinnamon rolls went so well, I had to buy another one before I left for the night! I've never had a cinnamon roll as satisfying as these. I got to put on whatever toppings I wanted, the frosting wasn't too sweet, and the roll itself was warm and everything was great. The staff was awesome, explained the whole process to me and let me take my time when I was unsure of what to get. The student discount on toppings is considerate given the shops location and the BOGO in the afternoon is really great. The icings are overly flavored, almond icing was way to sugary sweet and tasted like chugging a bottle of almond extract - super artificial despite all the cinnamon buns being vegan. Only good topping was strawberry. We tried four different buns and none were impressive. All the tables in the cafe were dirty but one, even though the store was empty. The girls were nice and helpful but the amount of toppings made it difficult to customize.
