Cinnaholic is a really cool gourmet cinnamon roll shop in the heart of Addison. Was strolling by to grab some food and a friend & I spotted it. We walked in and it smelt so delicious inside so we were intrigued. We ordered the Cook Monster but took out the extra chocolate chips and added caramel sauce. It was really good. The cinnamon roll was a bit dry on the outside but once you got to the middle it was soft, cinnamony and delicious. Would definitely recommend stopping by if you're craving sweets! read more

The owner was super nice and helpful, and made our rolls fresh after we ordered. There are so many options for frosting flavors, and a lot of yummy toppings. The brownie bites and cookie dough we delicious yummy toppings, really treats within themselves. I liked the raspberry frosting a lot! It was all super delicious, but just know that it is a lot, it was a little too much sweetness for me (and I'm not one to say that) so just be aware of your flavor combos to balance it all out. read more

This location is clean, the toppings (Very Berry), were good, but the bun itself wasn't soft, and gooey. Instead, it was hard and even hard to cut. The place is clean. The service is horrible. The food is good. The service is horrible. The girls took my order and 5 minutes lasted asked what I ordered. I tried not to be disappointed because they asked multiple people the same thing , but I was annoyed. By the time they asked me to remind me of the order they said they didn't have some of the toppings I paid for--oreos, brownie and pretzel. I asked for a refund of the difference and the girl said it's easier if I choose flavored water hot my money back. Service horrendous. I called to see if by chance they had anything gluten free on the menu. The girl whom answered said that everything on the menu was gluten free. Not sure if she thought gluten free and vegan were 1 in the same but I was super excited nonetheless. I went in an hour later and the girl behind the counter did not even look up to acknowledge me and when I finally asked her just to confirm "hi, your cookies here are also gluten free right?" She replied "no" I said "oh so just the cinnamon rolls are than?" To which she rudely replied "no nothing here is gluten free" and literally walked off. Super embarrassing. And Incase management or owners read this, this occurred at 9:02PM on July 15, 2024. Just hope it gets resolved so she doesn't do that to anyone else. Yikes. read more

Came across this place on Yelp while looking for something sweet in the area & i was pleasantly surprised on how good these taste. I LOVE sweets, but I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon rolls, but i said why not give this place a try. They had creations you could pick from OR you could make your own by picking any cream cheese flavor and then picking any additional toppings you like such as brownies, caramel, pie crust, or strawberry jam, the list goes on. Oh by the way everything is made fresh to order, waited only about 7 minutes. The staff was very friendly & even offered us free samples of dole whip while waiting for our rolls. Obsessed with this place. I get the cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting and pecans and it hits every time. The frosting is rich in sweetness on its own, so just know the crazier you go with the toppings the richer it'll be!!! Service is always fast and the store is clean and well lit. The only annoying thing is that this location is in a super busy shopping area and sometimes people use the Cinnaholic parking spots and you can't find anywhere close to park. So my walk to the store is longer than the time it takes to order and get my food. Crazy! But the food is that good to where I'll do it anytime!!! Unfortunately the place is a little on the pricier side - I know my office tried to order catering for our holiday party, but it was way too expensive. I started following them on Ig a few weeks ago since they have grand opening Locally in my area. Right away was greeted from the crew. There is sticker Markers that indicate the 6ft distance while you wait in line, which I like. The whole front register and order station has the tall glass cover to protect you and the workers. There is also hand sanitizers available I ordered the classic cinnamon and vanilla frosting since it was my first time and wanted to try the basics before I do anything custom. I also ordered the cinna sticks with hazelnut sauce It stood out on the list of flavors and was recommended By the employees And it sure was tasty I like that they quickly make the treats fresh and have their heat oven there I only waited. Few Mins I was delighted with how fresh and yummy it all was! My group of 4 swung by after dinner in the area and really looked forward to topping off the night with some bougie cinnamon rolls. The smell when you walk in is unreal and so inviting! The staff were welcoming and helpful in describing the options and how ordering works. It is extremely intimidating trying to decide what to order with their huge list of custom toppings and slew of local favorites on display in the case. While the cinnamon rolls tasted good, the wait time was quite long for them to assemble the rolls. I realize we probably came at the tail end of the evening, but the lady putting the order together really didn't want to be there and was moving sooooo slow. I want to say I favor the rolls with less toppings as the customer favorites have so many competing flavors going on. The stale brownie on my roll was a let down. My husband and I loves this place! We went on a Sunday, while it was snowing and the rolls were so warm and sugary and just so delightful!! They are made as you order them so they come out right from the warmer into your carry out container I got the strawberry cheesecake and my husband got the Cookie Monster! They were both amazing! It's pretty unique because here you can build your own cinnamon roll. Which to all cinnamon roll lovers is awesome! Something really unique is that you can add cookie dough to the cinnamon roll and ive never tried that before. These cinnamon rolls are so fresh and would taste amazing with vanilla ice cream I also like that the fruit that they add is really fresh. The girls were really nice and broke down the menu for me since it was my first time there. They also have a reward/point system for every dollar you spend here. I walked in not knowing anything about this place. I saw some marketing stuff that said it was on Shark Tank, which definitely sounded like a good sign. I don't watch that show but if their business is thriving and it was featured on TV then there's gotta be a reason behind it right? I had no idea the cinnamon rolls were vegan either. The shop smells AMAZING. I was excited to try something new but I definitely had my reservations. I love cinnamon rolls. They're pretty hard to mess up unless I'm the one making them. But I also always was under the impression that there's not a lot to improve upon. Boy was I wrong. I bought my cinnamon roll and a Dole whip (which was incredible by the way), and took it home to share with my wife. Let's just say we were both bummed I didn't buy two for us. Absolutely delicious. Can't wait to go back and try some other ones. The shop was really clean and the employees were wearing masks. Most of the customers were not tho, so be aware if you're trying to be careful. The prices are a little high and the shop is a pretty far drive for me, so this isn't going to be a regular treat for me unfortunately, but definitely something I'll stop by for any time I find myself in the area. read more
