WOW. My daughter and her friend introduced me to this place yesterday after lunch. OMG. *drool* I got the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll. It was so rich and decadent. Scrumptious. Delicious. Delightful. Shall I go on? Haha Service was friendly and fast. Try it. You won't be sorry.

YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND - I AM OBSESSED WITH CINNAHOLIC. I'll happily admit that I would visit this place daily if it was closer to my house. I used to go to the Cinnaholic in Brea nearly a decade ago, and was heartbroken when it closed. I recently discovered that there's a Cinnaholic in Long Beach and have been twice. Both times were excellent! It's a counter service bakery with a large variety of FULLY VEGAN pastries. The cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookies, etc - you name it, it's vegan here. My boyfriend and I first ordered the Cookie Monster cinnamon roll and it you want to satisfy every sweet craving under the sun, absolutely order this. It was delicious, but have a cup of milk or water nearby since you'll be thirsty from the influx of sugar right after eating it. We went late at night close to closing on the second occasion, and the cashier was very friendly and let us know that fresh cinnamon rolls are baking and the wait might be about 15 minutes. We were delighted by this and were glad to wait. We ordered a cinnamon roll with cake batter frosting, berries, and jam. It was phenomenal and the frosting had completely covered the roll due to being warm and fresh out of the oven. If you're vegan (or anyone with a propensity for sweet treats!), please do yourself a favor and visit this bakery! Not only is it crave worthy, it's clean inside and they have a clean bathroom which is hard to come by when strolling on 2nd street.

Located on 2nd st. There is street parking but just be careful with the signs. I got the built my own cinnamon roll. I went with peanut butter frosting, bananas, strawberry jam, graham crackers, and marshmallows. The base roll was warm, soft, and fluffy, and the peanut butter frosting was rich without being too heavy. The bananas and strawberry jam gave it that PB&J vibe, and the graham crackers and marshmallows added a nice little s'mores twist with some crunch and sweetness. The place itself is clean and bright, and the staff was super friendly and patient while I took my time deciding on toppings. Everything came out fresh and looked just as good as it tasted. The aroma in the place was amazing.

7/10 Long Beach Roll - MID ASF. Sorry, I hate to say it, especially since I've been looking for a cinnamon roll spot, ideally a mom and pop place, but this was very mid. The bread was super thick and honestly the roll itself didn't look very appetizing. My friend ordered about 4 to take home and didn't like any of them.

Stopped by this cinnamon roll shop and loved how many options they had. I went with the 3-pack of mini buns and they were delicious...perfectly sweet with a generous amount of frosting to go with them. The staff was also really friendly and gave solid recommendations.

When you first arrive you can literally smell the goodness. It's a small shop that packs lots of treats. From cinnamon rolls to banana bread and cookies, this place is dessert heaven. We tried pretty much one of everything. The lady who helped us was super nice and recommended lots of different things to try. The buns were so good! You can get fresh toppings like strawberries and bananas and the frosting is perfection. I recommend

Great cinnamon rolls. They always come out hot and so fresh! It's delicious but do not get the dole whip soft serve. Soft serve is milk and cream. What they have does not have any dairy and is more "icey".

7/14/25 By far one of the better tasting VEGAN cinnamon rolls I've ever had! Service is friendly & efficient. The shop is a bit small with a few chairs inside to sit & enjoy your treats. It's clean with a few cute wall posters. My order for a regular cinnamon roll & one with banana cream frosting topped with blueberries! I should added strawberries it it was a good pairing. It was much too sweet for my taste but it was definitely best eaten n while still freshly made, warm & fluffy, moist. I would always expect vegan anything to be dry & flavorless but these were the opposite. Delicious & would definitely satisfy your sweet tooth for sure

The smells brought me in.... Unfortunately not on my diet at this time but the smells were heavenly and the display very tempting. Great service and chatty employees. Please come and create your own adventure.

We were really grateful they happen to be doing their deep cleaning and left their doors open. They were willing to bake whatever we wanted. We just had to wait 15 minutes. I was grateful to have whatever they had on the counter. We parked right next to this building so afterwards I noticed as seen on Shark Tank sticker on their window. I'm definitely gonna go look for the episode. Customer service was amazing. They were so friendly. Even though I had my dessert the next day, it still tasted amazing. Good job.

Idk what the man's issue was with me.

I usually have a five start experience but a few days ago , it wasn't all that... staff opened up a tad late. Not a problem. But they decided to unlock the door and not signal it to me while seeing me just stand outside the door still waiting. The staff was on a phone call, I'm assuming taking another order. His attitude was just not good and didn't seem to value me as the first customer of the day. He also decided to bag my cinnamon roll but told me I could bag my own cookie . No problem , but just seemed like he didn't care.... I probably will not return because my last few experiences have been less than welcoming . Good food though (even though my roll was sloppy today), I need to chill on sweets anyway

If you're looking for a place to indulge, look no further! I specifically came here because their apple pie cinnamon roll was featured in Food Network Magazine and it didn't disappoint! They baked the rolls fresh and they were super tasty. They also had other delicious treats that the family enjoyed including brookies, brownies and chocolate chip cookies. And be still my heart.... They have Dole whip soft serve!! Service was super friendly and there are a couple of spots to sit while you wait for your fresh treats. I would definitely go back if in the area.

So many flavors to choose from to customize your cinnamon roll which was so soft and buttery. Surprisingly my favorite is the one with berries on top but I'm sure you can't go wrong with the original. The staff is very helpful and they also serve and sample dole whip (strawberry and pineapple flavor).

I personally wouldn't order again. Chocolate chip cookie - very good cookie. The right amount of chocolate chips and it was really soft which I enjoy my cookies soft. I would order another. The roll was so good with the nuts alone that I didn't even need or use the icing we asked for on the side. This was such a delight.

The decor is cozy and chic, and I like that they kept it spacious instead of cramming a ton of tables and chairs in. I especially loved the little table lamps! Our server was very nice and helpful when we had questions. Caesar salad: I LOVED this. Perfect balance of flavors with perfect crunch. Word of warning is that it is anchovy heavy (including anchovy filets on top), so if you like to pretend the anchovy aspect of Caesar salads doesn't exist, this might not be for you! Roasted chicken: Loved the crunch on this too, and the salad and polenta were nice additions. I think the polenta was my favorite part of this dish lol. Kale pistou pizza (asked for no onions): My least favorite dish. We didn't realize it was vegan but as someone who generally likes vegan food, it just lacked flavor and felt very dry overall. The sourdough crust was good, at least. Peach mess dessert: Omg, the star of the show! Such an amazing dessert top to bottom, I loved the mix of textures and flavors. I could eat this every day! I probably would've given this 4 stars due to the pizza being that bland, but the dessert really elevated this whole meal. Can't wait to see all their different menus throughout the seasons! She recommended warming before eating. What a nice little treat to share with my husband after dinner! Back to the cafe. Newly added as an adjoining space was vacated next to the bakery. Industrial modern interior. Spacious with 20(?) tables. Partners opted for the 2 egg breakfast. Eggs cooked perfectly as ordered. One ordered an omelet. Beautifully made. Would make Jacques Pepin or Thomas Keller proud. Thick sliced bacon. Thick sliced multigrain toast. Small side of spring mix salad adorned with watermelon radish. Very nice entree if you're an egg lover. Shared the French fries. They're like the ones my grandma made. Thick sliced potatoes deep fried. Crispy outside. Soft inside. Brings back pleasant memories. Get these if you're a French fry fan. The mushroom dip (think French dip with variety of sautéed mushroom in lieu of beef) was GREAT! Mushroom not overcooked, Muenster cheese draped atop. Crusty baguette bread. Although the dipping sauce was vegan based, the roasted mushroom base added enough umami for a deeply flavored dip. My only complaint was the clusters of oyster mushrooms were laid horizontally following the length of baguette. Which presents well but was a bit challenging to bite through. I dunno, maybe my teeth aren't sharp. Overall an outstanding dish. So my dilemma now is when to return to try the other menu items which didn't make my first cut. Parking is....well ya know...it's 2nd St. So the driver needs to be a good parallel parker. Cute shoes optional but be prepared to walk.

Their OBRA Beef Ball has ground beef and mozzarella surrounded by mashed potato and deep fried. It was cheesier than I expected! The OBRA Chicken Ball is a more of a cone shape and has shredded chicken, aji amarillo sauce, and cheese surrounded by mashed potato and deep fried. Both were tasty! The Chicken Curry is one of their newer empanadas and has diced chicken thighs cooked in mild spicy curry and coconut milk, steamed rice, bell peppers, onions, and cilantro. But my favorite was the Ropa Vieja! It has tasty shredded beef, onions, bell peppers, tomato, garlic, seasonings, and cilantro. The meat is so tender and juicy! For desserts, we got a Cocada and a Peach and Dulce de Leche Turnover. The Cocada is their coconut macaroon made with shredded coconut, covered with chocolate. It is massive!
