    Peach Cobbler Roll
    Carly L.

We walked in on an early Saturday evening. We visited after the Taco Fest for a sweet treat. Highly approve! I ordered the Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Roll as well as an Original (for later). I LOVED the peach. Cut up fresh peaches , caramel glaze and of course the cream cheese frosting. It also had some oatmeal flakes, which I didn't love. Everything can be made to order and the customer service was wonderful. He took his time to explain anything we had questions about. The rolls were generously topped and enough to share. I cannot wait to go back and try the other menu options such as the brownies.

    Strawberries & Cream Roll

Every time we've visited, we've been impressed! I can confidently say Cinnaholic has the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had. I usually get plain, but for Valentine's Day I got the strawberries & cream roll!

The staff was super helpful explaining the menu and the different options. This place is grab and go so no seating to hang out. This place has been on my list to try since they opening and I'm happy I had the time to stop in. I decided it get the apple pie special and it was delicious and not overly sweet,

Quiet little bakery in an office building offering cinnamon rolls with various toppings. The staff was enthusiastic & kind. They average $9/ea. They taste like soft crafted rolls. The kids loved them.

Delicious cinnamony rolls of diabetes packaged into a Styrofoam to go plate. and I enjoyed every bite of it. My goodness, these cinnamon rolls are a whole meal, not a dessert. I disgustingly finished one in an evening by myself, I did take a three hour break between though. It was absolutely irresistible. The melted chocolate chunks, the rich peanut butter cups, and then still, the cinnamon flavor hits you as a blissful surprise because with everything else going on, you forget that underneath it all, this is still a cinnamon roll. Absolutely delicious. As much as I loved it, I will have to prevent myself from going back anytime soon, I have no idea what the caloric count on these things are I wouldn't be surprised if it's somewhere around 700. Service was great, ordered at the counter and took about three minutes for two cinnamon rolls to be packed up and ready to go. parking is probably the toughest thing but I'm pretty good at finding street parking. I do not remember seeing indoor seating here.

Cinnaholic is a franchise business that sells mostly cinnamon buns but also cookies, brownies, cakes, cookie doughs, and coffees. All of the foods are *vegan*, but NOT all ingredients are organic (some are GMO) or low-calorie (most servings contain at least several hundred calories). I am not vegan, but based on other people's positive reviews, I felt curious to try these cinnamon rolls. I stopped by the business, and three employees immediately greeted me. One employee throughly and politely explained the menu to me. I mentioned that I had had difficulty with finding the business and parking. The business is on the bottom floor of a high-rise apartment building that is close to another tall building. The employees told me that a garage is underneath the building. The cinnamon rolls can be customized from a selection of 17+ frostings and ~23 toppings, but I decided to order three of their predetermined signature flavors. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. Here are my ratings for my foods: Old Skool cinnamon roll - $6 - 4 stars - This cinnamon roll was basic with plain vanilla icing. Very Berry cinnamon roll - $8 - 5 stars - This roll was topped with strawberries, blueberries, and jam, and it tasted delicious. Campfire S'mores - $8 - 4 stars - This roll was topped with graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate sauce. Chocolate chip cookie - $3 - ? stars - According to the receipt, I paid for this cookie, but I did not receive it. I thought that the employees had put the cookie into my bag, but they did not, so I exited the business without it.

Talk about a splurge treat!! YUM! My sister in law and I came here and both got to get cinnamon rolls! She's vegan and it's hard for both of us to devour desserts somewhere together! But with y'all's cinnamon rolls being vegan, it makes it easy! The cream cheese icing! Amazing. I happen to be more of a chocolate gal, so I got the incline cinnamon roll and it did not disappoint. First bite, your like man this is rich, I won't be able to finish it... Jokes on you when a minute later it's all gone. The cookie dough was where it was at! Definitely will be returning to try more!

Yum!!! Fresh hot buns Lots of toppings to choose from Including fresh fruit such as apples strawberries and blueberries I had a lemon frosted with blueberries so yum! They also have soft serve ice cream So they take the buns from the oven put your chosen toppings on and there you go a bun in a box so yum Nice friendly service It's in a courtyard alleyway off center you can also park on the back street. It's a little shop with no seating but there are large rocks you could sit on to eat. I preferred to gobble up my bun in the car. Took a few buns home son said they were still nice and yummy the next day A topped bun will run about 7 dollars worth every sweet morsel. I'll be back

    Hot Cocoa Roll
    Thomas R.

Ok these are some pretty legit cinnamon rolls. We shared the Hot Cocoa Roll and The Incline. The incline is covered in peanut butter cups and cookie dough. The hot cocoa was smothered in chocolate and marshmallows. We went in expecting the incline to be the winner but the hot cocoa came out on top. Service was fast and friendly. Theres no seating unfortunately, and it was a cold night so we ended up taking ours home. They were huge so we split one and shared the other the next day. Reheated surprisingly well although maybe a little messy... but worth it.

These gourmet cinnamon rolls are absolutely incredible! I was able to attend the grand opening and the excitement was legendary. It drew a massive crowd & ended up being an exciting party despite the rain. Please note the establishment is small however seating can be found outside & I'm sure tables will follow with nicer weather. I indulged in 3 of the signature rolls: the old skool, very berry, and the ever so delicious strawberry pretzel. Each one was a burst of delightful flavor. The also have bottled beverages & the serve local coffee from Coffee Tree Roasters! This place is destined to be a sure hit! Get ready to indulge!

    Berry Berry and S'mores
    Lacee E.

This is a great concept! It's like building an ice cream sundae, but on a cinnamon roll. We got the very berry and s'mores and both were delicious. This is a take out setup. There are no tables or anywhere to sit and eat them.

    Candace S.

Run, don't walk. We have already visited several times and ordered from doordash from here when we have a sweet tooth craving. I still cannot believe the rolls are vegan. This massive roll is packed with flavor and melt in your mouth with every bite. My favorite is the Strawberry Pretzel bun, it's amazingly close to the real thing and delicious with every bite.

    Ken L.

This place is overrated and I'm not sure why there's so many of these from this chain. The cinnamon buns might be vegan but they are so sugary without having any depth of flavor. They are expensive as well, we spent like $8-10 for one cinnamon bun and we really couldn't eat more than 1-2 bites of it. We built our own since that is an option and got the creme brulee and strawberries. Maybe that was the wrong move? The friends we went with also didn't like their cinnamon bun off of their set menu and didn't finish it. The sugariness was overwhelming and the creme brûlée cream they used on it tasted nothing like creme brûlée. It didn't taste gourmet at all. Maybe it was because they were new? We went the second day they opened. The shop was small and it was crowded inside but the line moved pretty fast.

Great spot for dessert after dinner or as part of a date, too. I specifically went in for the "fancy" hot chocolate, which is made with real chocolate pieces. The baked goods were also tasty - my only suggestion is to make sure you ask to have your item warmed up, depending on what you get, as they are kept in a cool case and something like a brownie for example was pretty hard to eat. The sever did recognize this and offered to heat it up after the fact; which made it perfect. All of the baked goods were perfectly wrapped or garnished. The interior has a decent amount of seating and lots of dried flowers everywhere. Definitely try the hot chocolate!

My only thing is that the pistachio eclair is very sweet (so if you don't have a sweet tooth, maybe I'd go for another subtler dessert).
