Everything was great and the staff have been great. Everything is non dairy and plant based (don't care). Took the dairy free a bridge too far with only soy milk and creamer for the coffee. Aiming at 5% of the public. I'm going for a classic cinnamon roll with cream cheese icing and pecans but the options are endless when you mix/match. Ours were delicious and only $1 each. That cinnamon roll didn't stand a chance! The experience, the food and the customer service!! I came in with my friend not expecting to get anything because we were on our way to go eat. She got the old school roll with crème brûlée frosting, nuts and caramel. It looked so good but I thought I'd get it another time. The owner, knowing I wasn't going to buy anything offered to let me try the crème brûlée frosting. It was amazinggggg! No exaggeration. I told my friend I would go back after we ate. When we came back, the owner's smile just made me coming back that much sweeter. He bagged up my order neatly and treated us with so much care like we were a guest at his home. I really wanted to like this place but I was soooo disappointed. I tried to visit this place twice but kept missing the opening date, that's how long I've been trying to get this. Ended up moving, forgot about it, then when we were in the area I HAD to finally get it. It was very dry. We had our cafe offer cinnamon rolls during an AEM so I was really expecting it to be warm, gooey and delicious but when I dug my fork in there, i could not tear it apart. I even warmed it in the microwave. The raspberries were super tart, I guess they knew that so added a lot of chocolate? Cinnabon is better than this to be honest. I was so let down. These things are almost $20 too (with tip), it came out to $17+ just for the two rolls. I'm not sure if I'd give it another try, maybe another location? The baker working here was completely out of control, he completely blew up and was extremely rude and passive aggressive to my girlfriend all because an order that we made was put incorrectly into the system. (Clearly not our fault) you'd think it's a simple misunderstanding but god forbid that happens because the baker will do everything he can to insult you and make you feel bad, completely unprofessional, we literally have never been mean to him in past this behavior was just uncalled for. Came in the other day for an afternoon snack. The website has various attractive dressed cinnamon rolls, but they also have in-store suggestions made up and I ended up with one of those, the Texas Two-Step. Cookie dough, chocolate chips, oreos, and chocolate sauce with lots of icing on a cinnamon roll. Washed that down with some iced coffee. The coffee was nice and strong, just like I like it. They are vegan and dairy free, so only soy and almond milk on offer, but that was fine. In the end I liked what I had, the toppings were very good on the roll. It's about 1200 calories and $9, which is a hefty snack, but quite good. The least impressive part is the cinnamon roll. For a vegan roll it's not bad. But is it fresh? A sign on the counter said "Fresh baked yesterday". The owner tells me that these are rolls that are packaged for eating later, and yes they are fresh. Don't be confused! They have many other vegan baked goods on offer. If you're specifically looking for a vegan sweet snack option this is pretty good. If you don't care so much about that you're overpaying. There is seating inside but the interior is very plain, it is intended for takeout. The single bathroom did look to be clean and ready. Overall I wish them well. read more

Ok....just went there for dessert for the first time because I wanted to try them out. Didn't want to order a humongous cinnamon roll just in case I did not like it and spend a lot of money. So I ordered the cinnababies which come 3 in a pack. The clerk explained that I would be charged $.50 extra for the little cup of cream cheese icing and to put it in a paper container. I thought $.50 was a bit much but, ok. I thought or assumed they would take the little rolls out of the package, warm up them up and drizzle the icing on the rolls. What I got instead were some cold like they were never baked cinnamon rolls (3 small in a pack) with a little tub of cream cheese frosting placed as I said earlier in a paper box. It was so disappointing. I thought for sure the rolls would be warmed up. Instead, Cinnaholic really wants you to purchase the big cinnamon rolls with the toppings on it and spend about $8 bucks. Charging customers for the cream cheese icing is their way of recouping cost of selling the paper box and the little tub of frosting. SMH. Really disappointed. I think it would be a better gimic to place the 3 little cinnamon rolls in the paper box, heat up and drizzle with icing. Just charge folks a flat fee. I think people will be willing to pay for that especially when their cinnamon roll is warmed. To not have my roll heated in my opinion showed a lack of understanding customer demand. Don't they know that cinnamon rolls taste better heated? I should not have had to ask for that. We ended up going to Starbucks and bought a chocolate chip cookie - which they warmed up after asking- I might add, and tasted much better. I ended up eating just one baby cinnamon roll and did not eat the rest. I was out of $8 bucks any way because I bought the brownie as well. The brownie was a little crumbly but good, so it was worth the 3 bucks I spent. Just wish Cinnaholic would've thought to warm up the rolls.
