Needed a sugar fix. Stopped in for a s'mores cinnamon bun. It was too good, but not good for my diabetes. Gotta slice sometime. The staff was helpful and everything looked good. I ordered a milk with it. Unfortunately all they had was almond milk. Ok, it I couldn't see the case before I paid for it. I would have skipped it, not my thing My roll was very good, not icky sweet like another establishment. It was served warm

As I entered the store, the mouthwatering fragrance hit me right away and I was excited for my first visit to Cinnaholic. It was Friday about 5:00pm, and I stopped to pick up dessert for the hub and myself. I had a BOGO coupon that had been hanging out it my purse for a while and it looked it, lol, so today is its day of redemption. Besides smelling great, the store is cute, neat, and clean, with lots of different sweet treats wrapped and ready to go. It A young man standing behind the counter seemed to be the only employee, so when he acknowledged me, I said I wanted two cinnamon rolls. He asked me what I wanted on them and my blank look told him I had no idea. He asked if I would just like them "glossy." I said ok and he placed each of them in a box and dropped a huge spoonful of frosting on top. He asked if I wanted a bag, and I did. Carrying my purse, two boxes, and my cane would be a challenge. I didn't see any disabled parking spaces or ramp in that section of the strip center. The finale: The hub is quite the sweets guy and was excited that I had brought home dessert. He loved the frosting and said the roll was tasty. I wasn't as impressed. The roll was heavy and so was the mountain of frosting. I expected and would have appreciated more cinnamon in the roll itself; after all: Cinnaholic. I don't know whether the heavy doughy consistency is Cinnaholic's norm or if it was due to my picking them up late in the day. If that's the case, I should give them a morning shot. BUT, if they sell until 8pm, the products should be fresh until 8pm. Since the cinnamon rolls are pricey, I expected to be wowed and I sure wasn't. Since I used the BOGO coupon, my order came to $6.25. Without a coupon, $12.50. That's a lot for what we got. I read the reviews of others after my visit and the caramel apple sounded right up my alley. I wish the clerk had shared some info on the possibilities. If I give Cinnaholic another try, I'll try a specialty variety and in the morning.

All vegan! cinnamon rolls, brownies, cookie dough and banana bread! Soooo good! They have a ton of frosting and topping options, plus speciality/signature rolls. The staff were very helpful and kind. Clean ambiance. Will be back!! Please bring to Minneapolis!

Looking for a nice warm sticky bun this is the place to come. These cinnamon rolls are delicious with a variety of flavors to choose from the owners are fantastic. Very friendly with lots of great information to provide. They've been around for a year and I'm so happy that they got to celebrate a year here in Tucsonmake sure you sign up for their loyalty program and on your birthday they do send you a special treat.

Looong line on opening day for $2 cinnamon roll (limit of 1). 60-70 people waiting at 12n... I shall live to try a different day, Lol

Had an introductory bogo so met a friend to give these you-build-em cinnamon rolls a try. The gentleman behind the counter was super friendly and provided a quick overview of the basics, the fancy, and the "stacks." Essentially those prices equate to roughly $7, $10, and $15... per roll! We were impressed with the customization options and the made-in-front-of-you freshness. But the foundation - the roll itself - was very ordinary, both in size (barely 5 inches in diameter) and in texture (a bit tough/dry vs other "famous" cinnamon rolls). This might unavoidably be due to their vegan composition. The toppings were terrific though - whether the pumpkin spice cake pieces or cream cheese icing - and there are so many more to choose from. Alas, the hefty sugar/fat calorie count (between 900-1100 cal for one roll) will keep my visits in perspective, at least until establishments such as these begin to acknowledge and incorporate a healthier combination of base ingredients (it's entirely doable)! The venue is clean and parking is free/easy at this small strip mall which is anchored by the Hawaiian Brothers restaurant.

This place is a must! The cinnamon rolls are beyond delicious. All the different flavor combinations and you can make your own. The role itself was just the texture or cinnamon roll should be. And even better, it's all vegan! So you're having a delicious dessert and animal friendly. And you also can't go wrong with a place that takes you back to your childhood and serves cookie dough! I am not a big dessert, person, but this is definitely a place that I'll be going to when I do want a sweet treat.

We really enjoyed our visit to the new Cinnaholic on Wilmot here in Tucson. The overall experience was great with the space being bright, clean and welcoming as well as the staff being friendly, helpful and attentive. It's great to walk into a place and not worry, as a dairy free and vegan mixed family, about 'limitations'. There is a large selection of simple options for treats specifically cinnamon rolls yet. One thing for me to make note of, which is not a bad thing but just something of preference to consider, is how sweet the treats are! And they, to me, are quite sweet. Next time I'd happily share one with a friend of my family, but one to myself was a lot of sweetness and sugar.

What vegan cinnamon rolls and cookie dough? Love it. Went here on Sunday and the rolls are amazing. We ordered a churro flavor, a raspberry delight, a cinnadoodie, and they were all amazing. We will definitely be back. The staff were friendly and helpful, thank you. Check them out for your self next time you was a nice vegan cinnamon roll option.

I can't even right now.... *mumble, grumble, slurp, gobble gobble, lick* I have things I've been waiting to yelp for months but literally ran over here, cinnamon roll in hand to make this review. Think it was 6-8 months ago we heard this place was coming and patiently waited. They finally opened! ... so tonight, I sent the husband. I don't know how it looked inside because I didn't go, so next time I'll add that. I got an old school with cream cheese frosting; daughter got the churro, other daughter got the s'mores and the husband got baby buns. (Around $30) oh em gee! Sooo good. I'm really trying my hardest to save half for tomorrow like the rest of my family did! My tomorrow self will thank me... If you like cinnamon rolls; you must try them! Very soft, yummy.. I could just keep babbling nonsense words but yall get what I'm saying. GET OVER THERE and try this place, now!

    The dessert choices.

Cinnaholic is a dream come true for anyone with a sweet tooth, especially if you're vegan or dairy-free. Their cinnamon rolls are unbelievably soft, gooey, and flavorful--you'd never guess they're 100% vegan! I love that you can customize each roll with different frostings and toppings; I tried the cookie dough and caramel drizzle combo, and it was next-level delicious. The shop itself is clean and inviting, with friendly staff who are happy to walk you through the topping options if it's your first time. Whether you're stopping by for a solo treat or sharing a box with friends, Cinnaholic makes it easy to indulge without compromise. Definitely a must-visit spot when you're in Tucson and craving something sweet. Read the full write up on Casa Saguaro's website.

there was strawberries on this, and I poked at it a little bit

The cinnamon rolls taste so good here they always seem fresh and are given to you warm at all times. Also the frosting they put on it is to die for and all the toppings you can add is amazing as well love this place so much. I am a far drive from it, but it is always worth the drive

When the line is out the door and almost to the end of the strip mall, the total time spent will be almost an hour. Despite the long wait, it was so very worth it. I thought nothing could replace Cinnabon, but they have been dethroned. CINNAHOLIC is delicious. As a non-vegan, Cinnaholic's rolls could easily pass for rolls made with dairy/animal products. I tried the Old Skool and the Strawberries and Cream. Both of these were soft, a little chewy, cinnamon-y and creamy sweet. I would definitely buy more and would love for another location to open up in the Marana-Oro Valley area.

    Cori B.

I got an Old Skool, Very Berry, and Small Hot Chocolate for $17.94. You can see them making the buns daily, even hourly, so you know its pretty fresh. The variety of options is almost overwhelming, I wanted to try at least four different buns but narrowed it to two. The Old Skool is classic and its tastes good with a fluffy bun, they have a good foundation. I would even add that its not as sweet as I expected it to be, which is plus to me because as you get into the more extravagant buns, they probably can get overwhelmingly sweet. The Very Berry was also good, the tartness from the berries kept the sweetness from being too much. The Hot Chocolate was also high quality, there was depth and a bit of bitterness, so its not some swiss miss packet they are using. The place is cute and clean. The guy working was nice and attentive. I would come back here when I am ready to treat myself again.

The food changes daily, I believe, but on our visit there was a salad bar (with spinach and lettuce options, shredded carrot, cucumber, two kinds of sprouts, chickpeas, grape tomatoes, and zucchini- also don't miss the delicious dressings! I got seconds on salad so I could try multiple dressings!). There was also brown rice and yellow rice options, steamed veggies and curry veggies, coconut chutney, chowmein, and vegan pizza. Oh and rice pudding and halva. Everything was simple and delicious. They have signs on the table about the food being prepared with the utmost cleanliness and love and I believe it. We sat inside (even though the courtyard was beautiful, it was still a bit sunny). Inside they were playing pan flute music and there was the gentle gurgle of a water feature and large crystals lining the wall. Heck yeah! After dinner we wandered around the grounds, admiring everything. I particularly enjoyed seeing Sufi the white turkey, and the peacocks, the pheasants, and the parrots! I would definitely recommend this spot with the caveat that it's not for everyone- you have to go in with the knowledge you're eating simply, and all vegetarian, and you're entering a space where others live and worship. For the price, this was a great bargain. I'd love to visit again one day!

It's been a minute but another wonderful experience. We got the meat lasagna ($23) and calzone ($12…read more+ $8.50 for meatball topping). And she tried their Old Fashioned cocktail ($16). Food arrived just 15 min later and was piping hot and delicious. The lasagna is a good sized portion (roughly 5x7) and is generously filled with meat. Taste is amazing with medium-firm pasta and a nice crust across the top and sides. The ricotta calzone came with a side of marinara (yay) for dipping as there is no sauce inside. Roughly 2 dozen toppings are available, ranging from $3-$8+. I opted for the meatballs ($8.50) and was slightly disappointed. The meatballs are crumbled within the calzone (understandable) but not pronounced in quantity. I would prefer larger pieces (halves work at this size - after all I ordered meat-ball not meet-ground ;) However, for $8 (a 75% upcharge) my chief gripe is that I was simply expecting more. Next time pepperoni/mushrooms! Ambiance is lovely and waitstaff were awesome -- gracious, knowledgeable about menu specifics, and attentive. Parking is free/easy at this corner of a small strip mall. Can't wait to try their new Detroit menu too! Note: due to Rene's smaller size (less than 10 tables total) and high demand, all reservations (any day) require a credit card to hold. This is entirely understandable as even one no-show is a measurable hit to keeping a full house. I also have kids yet 100% embrace their patio-only policy when with kiddos. This literal mom/pop venue (they have kids too) tries to do the impossible balance between clientele and intimate, high-end dining (we simply accommodate by getting take out when feeding the Whole family ;)

Checked out Renee's a few weeks ago and it's honestly my new favorite Italian spot in Tucson. The…read morefood was amazing, the vibes were great and it's such a great place for date night. The murals on the walls are super cool too. I loved how they had hand sanitizer at the table. Seating is pretty limited, so I'd definitely make a reservation. Service was great and everything tasted super fresh. We ordered the Meatballs & Jalapeño Cream, Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Garlic Knots, Papas con Queso Pizza, Penne Arrabbiata, and Tiramisu. Everything was amazing but my favorites had to be the meatballs and the pizza. Only downside was that they were out of lemonade, which I really wanted to try. But the food was so good that I'lol for sure be back, so I'll just grab it next time.
