I have never been at Cinnamon Tree Cafe. The food portion was massive for the price you pay and absolutely delicious too. The service was amazing and Abby was so sweet and extremely friendly and kind. Ambiance was super cute with the chandeliers hanging . This place is awesome! We have been meaning to try this place for sometime and I am happy we finally made the trip even though it's right down the block. I always run past it in the morning and you can smell the delicious cinnamon! I am not much of a crepe person but I think I have officially been converted to a crepe person since coming here. Their crepes are not your average crepes! I got two different types to try which may I add...are ginormous! If you come here and want to try a few, I suggest you come with a few people to help share. I decided to get a sweet and a savory crepe. My sweet was the cinnamon apple walnut crepe. This was my favorite by far! So delicious. It had a caramel drizzle on top. I ate mostly the filling on this one since I had the other one to try as well. My savory crepe was the florentine crepe. This one was really good as well. My boyfriend had the breakfast crepe with turkey which he said was good. He enjoyed bread pudding too. And if you aren't into crepes, they also have breakfast sandwiches, pancakes and baked goods. We will definitely be back to try more! My only suggestion would be to have a crepe sampler. Select three crepes and make them smaller so you can try a few different ones per person. read more

Found this on our 2 day trip to Daytona as we like crepes and wanted to avoid going to waffle house or IHOP- the usual breakfast chain joints.... and Thank God! Place is not cramped, the tables are spaced out, well maintained and looked clean. We ordered veggie crepe and black forest along with caramel+coffee chillers and double shot espresso. The crepes were well presented and tasted delicious. Only complaint was it took almost 30mins to get our order. But I guess, most of the restaurants are short staffed due to covid. Let me start off by saying I'm from the Bay Area. I have been in Florida for a bit more than a week, and this place is by far the best place I've eaten for breakfast. And this is by a Californian Culinarian standard. The Chorizo Crepe was filling definitely but can be a sharable item. The house-made zingy blueberry jalapeño compote in combination with the spicy chorizo, the richness of the eggs, and the earthly flavor of the wilted arugula inside definitely was a flavor packed bundle of joy that was wrapped in love. The selection of baked goods were amazing. The abundance of it all and the full colors in display was something straight out of a food magazine. If you haven't been, definitely go. I've been dying to go to this place and I am SO glad I did! It's my new favorite spot for breakfast/lunch when I am in Port Orange. The Crepes are absolutely delicious, best I've had. To drink, I like to get an iced toffee nut latte with oat milk. And for breakfast I get a breakfast croissant sandwich with egg, American cheese (you can choose whatever style of egg or cheese), tomato, shallots, and arugula. It's bomb. Also they're famous for their crepes, I've tried a few, they're yummy I'm just not a big crepe fan. Everyone who works there is super nice and they offer great service. Wasn't a fan of this place. Although my food wasn't horrible, my fiancé was pure disgusted at the blandness of his meal. He opted for a savory crape with egg, cheese and sausage. When I tasted it, it was just as bland as he described (cardboard). My chorizo crape wasn't bad but I didn't like how it made me feel. My stomach hurt afterwards. Gross overly sweet coffee and food is soggy/low quality ingredients. Reading some of these reviews I thought this would be a great experience but I should have listened to the warning of other reviews. The ordering system is awkward, you order at a counter and wait for your name to be called for coffee. Nutella latte is too sweet and was barely lukewarm. The food is just put on the counter around the corner of the restaurant when it's ready, no name called so you have to either hangout in front of the food service area or continuously get up to check if it's ready. I went to retrieve as soon as I noticed it was up but the food was already cool and was obviously left sitting. Weirdest "crepe" I've ever had, it was honestly skin-like and the stuffing inside was overwhelming and all came out trying to grab a bite. It was like watching dr pimple popper gone wrong. I live very close to this restaurant but I will never return or recommend it to any friends. Save your money, and try "another broken egg" cafe down the street in the pavilion where the food is edible and the coffee is spiked. I regret bringing my family visiting from out of town to this restaurant. It has been a running joke the rest of the visit. read more

Keep in mind that it is one of the popular cafes out here in Daytona Beach and will be busy during brunch time! I ordered the hot potato bowl which consist of jalapeño, cheese, pork chorizo, habanero hot sauce etc. It definitely lived up to its name as the "hot" potato bowl. There were 3 to choose from and of course I chose the spiciest. So those with sensitive taste buds who want to be daring; be aware. I couldn't finish my bowl because halfway through, the jalapeño took over all my taste buds. If there was a tid bit less of jalapeños, I would have definitely enjoyed the bowl with enough kick to it.
