Mocha coffee with oat milk was smooth and not too sweet. Even a little boy waiting patiently in line said to his dad, "it's worth the wait! Now listen, do I want to gate keep this place? Yes. Do I want to keep this gem to myself? Yes. But I've been doing that for the last 6 years so I'll spill the beans and let you know how incredible this place is. This place from the outside looks like nothing special, but the inside is filled with some wonderful people who work there and small shop feel. Ok all donuts are to die for. This place has the best donuts I have found anywhere in Florida and would probably rank in the top nationally. I have been going here for 8 years now, and they never let you down. The coffee is delicious, and the crew is amazing. Privately run, the same folks are there everyday. They have bagels, breakfast sandwiches and specialty coffees as well. My favorite was their Boston Cream which was surprisingly light and just the right amount of sweet. I was super impressed with the texture of their Sour Cream doughnut and they may be the best I've ever had. My Dad's favorite has always been Jelly sticks and those were amazing as well. Their sprinkle donuts aren't for me though as they use nonpareil sprinkles instead of the jimmies kind, but other than that the donuts are light and fluffy, perfectly made. I cannot say enough good things about the food! We got there a little after 9 and there was still a large variety of donuts and other pastries available. The donuts were giant, incredibly fresh, and so very yummy! I also tried a sausage, egg, and cheese bagel and it was fantastic. Everything they offer is amazing! The fresh donuts are to die for. They have healthy smoothies and amazing coffee. The breakfast sandwiches are too quality and so tasty! This is a locals only type of place. I pulled up to see the coffee group of about 6 older gentlemen, sitting outside chatting and smoking cigars. They seemed to be staples of the porch. The inside is simple and not too frilly. There are fewer than 10 tables. Serve breakfast and coffee along with doughnuts and bottled drinks. I grabbed 6 donuts to do a taste test and a bottle of water ($7!). One doughnut had a .25 up charge - because it was an apple fritter-type. Yes, I grabbed 2 chocolate frosted, because they're my favorite and I knew I'd eat them. I did, both of them, us all the bites I took of the other 4 Chocolate frosted - good doughnut, nor too chewy, really good flavor, the chocolate could use a bit more chocolate, but consistency was good. Lemon filled, glazed - lemon filling was amazing! I should have gotten the powdered version, I didn't love the glaze with the lemon, but overall it's delicious. Butternut - idk what that means, I read about it once, but essentially it is sugar! It was the sweetest of the pack! Cake doughnut topped with something tan and crumbly. So sweeeeet! Chocolate cake - needed more chocolate flavor, but this would be a good dunker! The Apple Bar! This is the gem. It wasn't bar shaped, but it was delicious. Apple pieces, cinnamon, doughnut.
