My family and I had a reservation at Circa Resort & Casino and the experience was extremely disappointing--especially when it came to accessibility. My grandparents have clear mobility limitations and cannot comfortably walk long distances. When we asked about wheelchair or scooter assistance, we were told they are "only for people who are dying or emergencies" and that it's against policy to provide them otherwise. That response alone was shocking and completely inappropriate. We were given a number to call for scooter rentals, but the company they referred us to does not even deliver to the hotel--making the "solution" useless. No alternative options were provided. Even more concerning, there was no effort whatsoever to place us in an accessible room or accommodate their mobility needs in any meaningful way. For a major Las Vegas property, the lack of basic accessibility awareness and the dismissive attitude toward guests with mobility issues is unacceptable. Whether intentional or not, this is the kind of experience that makes people feel unwelcome. I would strongly reconsider staying here if accessibility is even a minor concern. read more

The best casino downtown! We try to come here as often as possible when we are downtown. Such a cool casino with the biggest sports book, a ton of slot machines, the best food spots, easy parking at the garage mahal, friendly staff and the best pool! If you're a sports fan, look no further. The only complaint I have is I wish they had free parking for locals, or at-least a discount. It is full price to park here, which is a big reason a lot of locals I know don't come down here. If they had some sort of a discount, we would be here all the time! They have a huge bubble craps area which is such a popular game! They also have all the new and popular slot machines. Another Full CIRCA Time for an update: I was a guest of Circa Resort and Casino for 3 nights in early March 2025. During my last experience at Circa, I was staying at the Golden Nugget, but visited Circa to gamble and eat. Aside from having a cool pool area/complex, we also wanted the experience of staying at a 21 and over property. NOTES 1. Circa is a 21+ resort/casino. Anyone entering the property (from Fremont Street, or even from the parking garage) must show their ID. 2. Their parking garage, Garage Mahal, is located across the street. Access via the pedestrian walkway bridge. 3. There are various bars and restaurants throughout the resort. During our stay, we ate at Victory Burger and 8 East (twice!). 4. Our room faced Stadium Swim (the pool area). We were told by the front desk that the music/noise from the pool area lasts till 11:00pm (presumably when the pool closes for the day). Unfortunately, there were no rooms available that were NOT facing the pool....which seemed to be more coveted by the guests; interestingly enough, we weren't bothered much by the music/noise from the Fremont Street Experience. 5. Guests will need their room key to access the elevator banks. To summon the elevator, guests will select the FLOOR on the keypad they would like to access, and the tablet will display your designated elevator (I think most hotels should utilize this format and technology, this will save time honestly). The check-in process was efficient, and was shorter than I anticipated as there were many other guests arriving. Our room was #2515, and as already stated, faced the Stadium Swim area. HOTEL AMENITIES 1. Stadium Swim pool area with multiple pools, bar, snack bar/grill area, hot tubs, complimentary lounge chairs, as well as day beds and cabanas (available for an extra fee). 2. As stated above, there are many bars and restaurants within Circa. We especially liked 8 East as we ate there twice. And if one is looking for other options, the hotel's proximity to the Fremont St Experience allows guests a short walk to other properties or food places. 3. 24 hour coffee shop located on 2nd floor casino level, near walkway to the Garage Mahal. ROOM AMENITIES 1. Spacious bathroom with 2 sinks and large walk-in shower. The shower pressure was strong and steady (A+). 2. Mini Fridge 3. Flat screen tv 4. Sitting area with foot rest and small table. There's also a long bench beneath the flat screen tv....which we used for our carry-ones and shopping bags. We thought the room was very spacious, more spacious than we expected. We especially liked the sitting area, and the view looking down on the pool area. Having a pool view allowed us to observe how crowded it was, and what chairs were available. We actually went to the pool everyday during our stay. Another aspect we appreciated about Circa was its location in Downtown LV, primarily its proximity to the Fremont St Experience. It was an easy and convenient walk from one end to the other of the FSE. And across the street from the hotel, there was pink box donuts at the Plaza. Lastly, we absolutely loved that it's a 21+ hotel/resort. After a disappointing experience at the Golden Nugget in the summer of 2023 (see my review!), it was nice to just be in an all adult environment. BOTTOM LINE A very positive experience as a guest at Circa. We absolutely loved the Stadium Swim pool area, and also the room. I would absolutely stay at Circa again on a future trip. read more

Bathroom on the casino floor are dirty and sticky...not spilled cocktail sticky either. Someone did their nails in the bathroom and there was nail glue everywhere, needless to say it got all over other drinks cups that were momentarily set on the sink counter. The next thing that could use some thought is the "complimentary" water situation. One can drop $100/person to get into the pool area and subsequently drop another big chunk of cash at the Stadium Swim, but can't get water without presenting a room key to the bartender on the casino floor or paying a silly amount for it bottle. Come on guys! Do better. The positive thing I will say is the pool is a fun environment and a great place to watch football. However, ink from the drink cups rubs off on your skin, so be careful how you hold them. I made the mistake of carrying my cup in my arm with my hand full of other belongings and towels and could easily become part of the blue man group. My first time at Circa and I have to say that I was impressed. One of the people in our group mentioned how much he liked Circa and I was a little skeptical-my last visit to old LV was not the most positive but I was willing to give it a chance. They do ID checks-which I thought was odd until I was told that the entire hotel is 21+ and even the hotels are for adults only. The owner's intent was to create a space just for adults and make Vegas less Disney-fied. The bar-longest in Vegas was impressive and I just wandered in awe at their massive sportsbook, just because. I ended up hitting the blackjack tables and our first dealer switched out to take a shift dancing. She ended up at a table to my right and asked how my luck was (I told her she was bad luck.) I ended up losing all the money I came to play with but still had a great time. I feel like Circa is the right balance between old and new Vegas: new Vegas flash but old Vegas vibes. The only downside is I asked for water at the bar and if you're not a guest they charge you for it-that's definitely something they need to copy New Vegas on. read more

Could not enter country back in Covid times. That is understandable. What is not understandable is that this wretched thief would not refund a penny. Did not need to service my booking in any way, no bedding, no cleaning, no hot water, no associated staff costs. But to him, the country banning the guest's entry into the USA as the perfect opportunity to collect ONE HUNDRED PERCENT of what I paid and pocketed the lot. How is that my fault and how do you justify that contractually? The Circa actually cards you as you walk in (I have no idea how that works with hotel guests, and they have a huge sports book and TVs all over the place to watch games. There is a pp minimum to get a table, and if I had known about it, we probably would have eaten here, but just wanting a cocktail or two we hung out at the video poker spots on the upper deck. I finally gave Circa a chance and took them up on the $400 all in package recently. Some observations.... When we first arrived, we parked in the parking garage on level 3 and at that point, nothing is explained - you are on your own. The signage is not good. You need to take the elevator DOWN to level 2 and there is walkthrough tunnel to the hotel/casino. Entry point requires showing your ID. No signage directing you to the check in/registration desk, which is on LEVEL ONE by the way. Parking is $47 a day, but they gave me a $25/day parking pass, so that eased the pain a bit. The elevator technology is VERY cool, you push your floor and the elevator coming down to get you is there almost instantaneously. The Legacy Club at the rooftop is elegant and the views and service is top notch. Try the 'Velvet Elvis'. Enjoyed Stadium Swim, the video monitor was in full force showing the Argentina vs England game. Getting into the pool area and out is not too bad once you figure out the routine. Pool opens at 8 am and closes at 11 pm. Get there early for your choice of chair location. No charge for hotel guests. Ate 2x at "Saginaw's" - super slow service but food is great. After 2 days, we were navigating the hotel/casino quite well. Check out time is 11 AM, and another surprise here. Went to our room at 11:01 AM to get our bags for departure, room was LOCKED OUT. I had to go down to the front desk and they said they automatically lock out at 11:00 am. Very inconvenient. The machines were quite tight, but I'm optimistic that I dumped enough money in them to warrant a comp room for my next visit! read more

We went to Circa Sportsbook to watch the National Football Championship between Indiana and Miami and had a lovely time. The hotel itself is 21+ so there are no kids, which was a huge plus for us. It was also super clean and smelled nice compared to all of the other casinos we had visited. We visited Skye and Taurus at the bar in the middle of the second floor near Victory Burger and they were the best bartenders ever!! For two people who don't know what they enjoy at the bar, they gave us super helpful suggestions and made awesome drinks all night. They were very friendly with awesome customer service and made me feel very welcomed when I approached the counter. So I have been a huge advocate for Circa since it opened. I have stayed here several times a year. This most recent trip however, has shown me they're turning into a greedy resort like the strip resorts. I was not told when I booked my room that the majority of the pool would be closed for private events over the last couple days. The whole pool was actually closed at 5:00 p.m. yesterday, again for private event. Like everybody else staying here..I sucked it up. We just were crowded into a very small area. When trying to check out today I asked them for an additional hour and they said they would have to charge me. I reminded them that the pool was mostly closed the last two days and they literally had the response. Well.. you have to take that up with the pool staff. Love visiting & staying at Circa Circa (part of The One Club / sister properties "The D" & Golden Gate) has brought some class to the Fremont experience. Circa is a over 21 only casino with plenty of security (with Fremont Experience and all its craziness it's a bit of an oasis) The staff overall is helpful, polite, curtious & professional. Casino is super clean - the staff is constantly cleaning the slots and making sure everything is up to snuff. The casino offers two floors of gambling and excellent sports book along with a their renowned "Stadium Swim" that brings in quite a crowd with six pools and a Super Large screen showing sporting events. The rooms are above average - frig, safe couch, flat screen with comfortable beds, (including a Murphy (queen size) bed behind the coach that folds down easily) Shower has amazing water pressure and a bench. Room offers feee WiFi which we used so we could do some work - no problems with the connection On Friday Nights during the summer "The Plaza Casino" shoots off fireworks at 9:15 pm If you have a Stadium Swim view you can see the show from your room - very cool Elevators are super organized - iPad system where you touch your floor # on the screen and then the screen displays the elevator Letter that you will be taking - it runs flawlessly. You can't enter the elevator area unless you have a room key In addition when exiting the casino you will always need on have your ID for re-entry Parking is expensive first day (Thursday) was $35 the second night (Friday) was $50 We had a comp so it didn't bother us but it's a bit pricey $$$ This is our second time staying and we will return for sure. read more

After being on Fremont Street when Circa was pretty new, hubs said next time in Vegas, he would like to stay there. We had a random day before departing for some out-of-Vegas fun, so decided we would stay at Circa for the night. What an awesome experience. This hotel is all 21+, which is nice to not have families or children yelling in the hall or running around. Not trying to sound non-kid, it's just sometimes nice to have spaces that are adult-only that aren't just the club. Rooms were great, even the "small" rooms had lots of space. Loved the bathrooms as well. Didn't explore too much of the rest of the hotel, since we only stayed for a night, but would check it out again. read more

It's on the 60th floor and overlooks downtown Las Vegas. The stadium pool is also very impressive. We had a great time enjoying beverages in the pool for a couple of days that we were there. There's always music playing which created a great vibe. You will need your drivers license or another form of photo ID each time you enter Circa. Stayed for several nights for my brother's wedding. We chose Circa specifically for a premium experience but received the worst service of any Vegas property we've visited. At check-in, we were offered complimentary early check-in, then after we accepted we were told it would cost us $1,500 more to get a room that was ready. Additionally, some of the guests in our wedding party received nice extras from the front desk like drinks at check-in, while others like us did not, unsure why we were treated differently. Because we didn't want to spend the extra $1,500 to get the room when we were at the front desk, we had to wait several hours at Circa and tried gambling. The very first cocktail waitress we saw told us "drinks are for paying customers only" despite us actively losing money on their slots. When she walked by again, we asked to order again and she took my partner's order, then told me there was a "one drink per machine" policy and refused to let me order a drink. We gambled at 10+ other Vegas casinos during this trip and never encountered such a policy anywhere else. We spent thousands at Circa on our room, food, drinks, and gambling, yet consistently struggled to get basic drink service. We ended up having to go to the bar and buy drinks and then go back to gambling, meanwhile every other casino served us complimentary drinks while gambling with no issues. We paid 5x more to stay at Circa than cheaper properties like The Orleans or Plaza yet received noticeably worse service. Save your money and stay elsewhere. read more

I haven't been to circa in a while, and I went recently for my husband's birthday. The staff was so friendly from the lady checking IDs, all the way to the house cleaning team, straightening up the place after the gamblers left the slot machines. Everyone in the stores were nice, restaurants were awesome. There was good energy in the place. It wasn't too busy on a Monday which was nice from what we're used to here. I updated my information at the rewards counter and got my new card, didn't win much on the slot machines but ate at victory burger, which is always amazing. Coffee shop isn't the best, wish they had Starbucks or Dutch bros. The staff at lids were awesome. Lots of parking too, the only thing I don't like is that there should be free parking here for locals. We would visit a lot more if there was free parking. Other than that, I always like this casino. My partner and I visited Circa over the weekend. We stopped by to get a coiple of cocktails. When I fist got the check, I didn't notice that they had added an extra service fee / "HIDDEN FEE" to our check. Also, when we stopped by the outside mega bar to ask for some water, the waiter stated that they didn't have free water that I had to pay $5 for it. I mentioned to him that we had just purchased a couple of cocktails inside the hotel; he stated that he didn't care. WOW! I had a not so pleasant experience in Vegas. Not because of just this hotel but the next hotel I stayed at as well. My experience with Vegas was great but no so much with the people. Staff I mean since these are the only people we deal with. I sent an email as well but no reply. The pool staff are flirty with peoples girlfriends. The young man at stadium swim with a ball cap covered in tattoos on his arms and legs. Decided to get real close to my girl and ask if she needed anything else love. Didn't think people in Vegas were like this. Professionalism needs to be come the standard again. Also there is a tall Caucasian guy who stands at the front of the counter and not behind the counter of stadium swim VIP check in. This guy seems like he's snorting drugs. We decided to stay here for the incredible pool. My husband and I enjoyed our stay here, so much so we extended our stay. The pool is heated. which is nice. You do have to pay to self park so we just did valet instead. Valet was $20 and self parking was $25. The bellman was very nice and helpful when we arrived helping us with our luggage and informing us about the hotel. Circa has everything here, we didn't really leave our hotel. We left just once but the rest of our days were spent playing slots and lounging by the pool. We played the slot machines and were comped drinks, which were really yummy. Our cocktail waitresses on different days we played were all lovely and we tipped well so they took care of us. They made our nights more so enjoyable. The restaurants on site were all appetizing, never disappointed with any of our meals. We ate at SAGINAW'S DELICATESSEN and they are open 24/7. The breakfast here was fresh and we enjoyed our meals. We also had dinner here, Chef Tony's Cob Salad was the best salad I have eaten and both with the blue cheese was delicious. Another favorite was VICTORY BURGER food was appetizing and everything tasted excellent. They have a 24 hour coffee shop JACK POTS, which is way better than Starbucks. I got a smoothie from here and it was the best tasting smoothie I've had in a long time. We also got a coffee and it was very tasty not bitter but fresh. Some of the security staff can be a bit unfriendly. We came back to valet our car and security was checking our ID's at the front door no acknowledgement from her when my husband said hello and thank you. No response from her at all, we thought that was kind of rude. This was on March 26, 2025. between 3-5pm. In the pool area also not very friendly security. I think some of the security staff needs to be retrained in customer service. We liked the fact that Fremont Street is right outside of hotel. It's convenient and easy to go out, enjoy the light shows and live music from three stages each playing different types of music. Security does check ID's at the door to enter hotel from Fremont street which is fine with me. I'm not a huge fan of the Downtown area, but was really curious about Circa, with their larger than life sports book and stadium sized pool area that's like an outdoors sports book, and that this property is adults only. The hotel still appears shiny and new and moderately smoky. I felt their signage for where to go on the property was not overly clear. I self-parked at their Garage Mahal and from there, it's not obvious where to go to check in, etc. The music in this casino is very loud, just like a night club, with go go dancers situated near the poker tables. There are two floors for gambling and all the more casual type places to dine, including the coffee shop, are on the main/2nd floor. The steakhouse is on the bottom/ground level. Each time you enter the casino, you must show your ID to the security person to ensure you're 21 or older. When I checked in, the front desk person was almost unfriendly and not welcoming, they did not offer any information about the property or anything else for that matter. I was disheartened to see the bathroom in their hotel room having a barn door, but was happy to find it functioning properly. Many hotels I've stayed in had barn doors that never stayed closed and slowly rolled open. The room also does not have a phone, but a tablet instead. You can have Alexa contact the concierge if necessary. The deli on the property, Saginaw's, also handles room service, you can order from them via a QR code that's posted in the room. This hotel is definitely set up for groups of adults to hang out and gamble, watch sports or hang out at the pool (and watch sports). The pool temp is always 75º and as far as I could tell, all pools were about 4ft deep. There are food and drink options offered there. I had gone at 9am on a weekday and the security guard said that the pool was unusually quiet. I was happy to have avoided the rush of non-hotel guests posting up at the pool for the day. There are lifeguards and resort staff everywhere, if you need help or have a question, they're right there. Overall, I had a really positive stay. I am from California and stayed 3 nights at Circa a few months back, the hotel is beautiful but had a bad experience with the Vallet the last night we were there. We came back to the hotel around 11pm and left our car with Vallet to park our car. Vallet has our information knowing what room we were in and had our phone number. We checked out the next morning and went downstairs to get our car and Vallet told us we couldn't leave until security came down. Security came down and didn't know what the hell was going on. Apparently, my vehicle was hit from behind by another guest while Vallet was driving my car. No one bothered to call us to let us know nor did they issue a report as to what happened. They never gave us the name of the person who hit us. I was stuck for in Vegas for another 3 hours to get this all taken care of. The Vallet staff didn't even report the accident to their manager who had to come in on his day off. They told us that Circa would be responsible for ALL the damages, and they would go after the other driver since they couldn't give me their information. It has been months and they still haven't paid for the damages, and we did what they asked us to do. We got them quotes and didn't go through our insurance because they assured us they would take care of it. Circa Resort & Casino is a really cool place to be, eat and gamble. First of all, they don't allow minors, everybody gets carded at the entrance, no ID no access. Everything looks relatively new, this slot machines are kind of stingy, but the tables are more loose. I didn't win, but I had a lot of fun. There are two floors of slot machines which is very nice because it's not so crowded. When I went, it was the time during the rodeo so there was a lot of Cowboys and cowgirls around. The cocktail waitresses walk around very frequently, which is nice even though the drinks are quite small. Bottom line is a cool place to be if you like to gamble. read more

From the minute we pulled up to checkin to the moment we left, everything was spectacular at Circa. We arrived around 1:30 on a Thursday, fully expecting to be told we'd need to wait until 3, but our room was luckily ready to checkin. Literally no wait, no line. The room was amazing. It was south facing on the 33rd floor so there was some bass from the pool, but nothing like some have complained about. The room was fresh and retro/modern. I loved the lighting and the ipad control system. The bathroom was big with great mirrors and vanity and excellent water pressure in the shower. They also use dispensers and i personally favor that environmentally conscious decision. Everyone I encountered was so accommodating and friendly--front desk, bar tenders, servers, security, dealers--all seamed genuinely nice and down to earth. No one seemed like they were just going thru the motions, they all seemed engaged and happy to help. The restaurants--Saginaw's, 8East, Victory Burger, and Barry's--were all amazing. The onion rings at Saginaw's--easily the best i've ever had. The sandwiches are huge and great to share. 8East offers a great happy hour from 3-5:30. The pork belly bao and chicken potstickers are a must for $8ea. The brisket fried rice is also amazing and a great portion to share. And Barry's is an experience not to be missed. You can see the thought that was put into every single detail. The casino has two well appointed floors with lots of machines and tables. The sports book is second to none. The pool is a sports lovers dream with their many TVs. The only thing i regret that i missed was the penthouse Legacy Club. i will absolutely be returning to Circa in the near future. And i'm recommending it to any of my friends and family that are planning a trip to Vegas! read more

I am surprised to see a 3 star rating- I forsure was expecting it to be much higher. Circa offers you the luxury feeling of staying on the strip with all the entertainment of Fremont Street- the perfect combination! This was our first time staying here, and we cannot wait to come back again. The customer service was exceptional at the front desk, Legacy Bar, and Barry's. We felt so welcomed and celebrated. We are getting married in 6 months and decided to sneak to Vegas for some "calm before the storm" action. Anyone who asked if we were celebrating something truly made us feel celebrated about our wedding. Whether their excitement was real or not, that made it feel so genuine and helped us have such an amazing trip. We did upgrade to a suite, and it was worth it! We were greeted with a complimentary champagne ticket for Legacy Bar- which easily has the best views in Vegas! We each then had a few other cocktails and enjoyed the rooftop view. It was too chilly for the pool (it was open- we just didn't go), however it looks amazing. If you are Fremont Street, I highly reccomend Circa. read more

Hotel itself is top modern and rooms are spacious with marvellous views. I would have loved it here if it hadn't been for the extremely noisy pool area. I mean, it's beyond what I've ever experienced. What the heck, not only was it super loud, but the bass was terrible too. Every song had this super annoying bass added to it.. My question is: who came up with the idea of having the noisiest pool music in Vegas? Please, change to lounge music during the week and I bet you'd get more visitors. DJ? You can do better. Ps the noise from the pool is heard all the way up on the 28th floor. Ask for the quite side if you're staying. Would rather stay at the Mainstreet Station Hotel.. read more
