I went to Ivon for a pedicure and she offered a new style propped up comfortably on a table without a water basin. I figured I was up for trying a new style, since she did train in another country. It was a fantastic experience and Ivon is very friendly. She really took time on pampering my feet and painting my toes beautifully! My feet haven't felt this smooth and soft for a long time! Thank you Ivon for a fun and relaxing new pedicure experience!! I will be back!

I highly recommend Electric Chair Salon, especially Elaine who has done a fabulous job with my hair. I have always been skeptical about going into salons to get my hair done mostly because of my textured hair and having had bad experiences in the past. Everything changed since going to Elaine. She did exactly what I wanted - was thorough, attentive, and so down-to-earth. I can't recommend her enough. I will definitely be going back to her for all my hair needs!

Miss Gracelyn was the fabulous hair stylist who cut my hair! If you know me, you know that I have never colored my hair, and I wait years for a hair cut. Needless to say, I was a bit apprehensive for anyone to touch my hair!! She understood my fears of having short hair (My hair is long, I don't think it will ever be short lol) and worked her magic! My hair is all one length and happy & healthy now! And the haircut itself wasn't too long of a wait at all!!Literally minutes. She is definitely a professional, an artist, and an actual angel!!!! Booked appointment with Daron based upon website saying he specializes in short cut & pixie cut. Came in with a overgrown pixie cut. He asked if I had a picture of what I wanted? I'd showed him. The end result? I did NOT get a pixie cut. He gave me a standard men's cut. It wasn't good. I looked like a dude. With all the positive reviews, I'd expected a real salon and not a barber shop. Very disappointing. Will not return. Reply; Negative. Never gave those instructions. A man's cut is still a man's cut. Not pixie. I said, my hair was cut "as short as a buzz cut & I spent 2.5 months growing it out." read more

If you need a MASTER of short women's cuts, Daron is the dude. After being in Vegas for a few years and running through multiple people who did a decent, but never great, job on my pixie cut, I finally found Daron. My cut is amazing, couldn't be happier. He is friendly and puts you at ease immediately, as does the whole salon...doesn't have the Vegas vibe, as I call it, and that's a GREAT thing in my book! After reading reviews of how Briana had cleaned up badly done haircuts from other salons, I decided to give her a try. My haircut from another salon was lopsided - one side looked like a bob that was about 1 1/2 " shorter than the other side while the other side seemed slightly angled. I originally wanted a lob. Briana evened it out and said it would have to grow out before it could be cut to a lob. My haircut is light and bouncy. Briana is friendly, courteous and is easy to converse with. Also, the chair to wash your hair is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat on to wash my hair - didn't hurt my neck! read more

Loved having my hair done by Molly here. I followed Molly to this salon in July and had my hair done here 3 times before I had to move from the area (boo!). It is a small salon, but very personal, and the staff was always friendly. I highly recommend Molly Lynch for color--especially if you want something a little different. She dyed me a perfect, ultra light red that garnered compliments from the Vegas valley to Portland and Seattle, and finally, Alaska! :) She knows her stuff! I will miss her and our chats! :( read more

It is so rare to find a stylist who is talented, makes you comfortable and clearly loves and values their craft. Gianna is a treasure and I have never received so many compliments on a drastic hair change, not just the fun and interesting color, but also people telling me how much healthier my hair looks after my appointment. She is attentive and gentle and a person you can enjoy spending hours of processing time with! I have been going to Gianna for a while now and I have to say I LOVE my hair! I got it cut about a week ago and every time I do my hair I love it even more! She puts her talent and experience to work and the result is a fantastic style that fits my hair type, my face shape and my age. My hair looks nice and were able to fit me in on October 2. It was slow that day surprisingly. The chairs to wash your hair were very uncomfortable for me. I have a bad neck so I'm more sensitive than others. Next time tell them to add more towels and adjust the feet better before they finish washing your hair. I should have insisted on it. I was so uncomfortable. read more

As a military wife, we move more often than not and with that comes the scary part of finding a new hair stylist. After my stylist left from our local base, it left me on a hunt for a new one. Days of researching, I finally landed on Electric Chair Salon. Stylist, Gianna did a wonderful job! What I adore about this salon is it has an "old school" feel to it; they let their talent do the talking and not the salon! If you are having one of those days when you just need a change, when you are tired of looking at the same you, day after day... I strongly suggest you to visit the electric chair. Wow! Judy and her assistant Elaine worked on my hair and they did magic. I left feeling amazing! Self-esteem boost. They recommended me a new color, hair cut and styled my hair so gorgeous! If nothing else, I hope this is the only review you'll need to come here…read more For reference, before I came here my stylist would do my money peice. We would do a double bleach process, using olaplex to protect from breakage, no heat, followed by a 1:1 ratio of Matrix SPV toner and clear to get a white hair streak (think Sabrina Carpenter blonde). Out of the blue she decides to do a career change and now I'm on the hunt for a new hair stylist. Every stylist I would sit with, I'd tell them the process and products and they would agree to the service. Every time the day of our appointment came around, without fail they would say, "I'm not doing a double process I need to protect the integrity of your hair" and every single time I would leave the salon with dark yellow banding and gray toner in an attempt to cool it down and hide it. My dark Latina hair is stubborn af so a double process was always necessary. They also would use heat, something I did not want to use, with one stylist breaking my hair so bad that I had about 1 inch of hair sticking up on the front of my hair. I went 4 months slicking it down into a bun or hiding it under hairbands. I had soo many consultations (one guy was late an hour and a half to our consultation which pmo) trying to get someone to listen to me and just do what I was asking. Now let me tell you about Casie at Salon Rose. She not only listened, she delivered. Every time I asked to try a different toner combo (since they didnt use the Matrix brand) she was down for. She NEVER argued with me, talked down to me about a process I used on my hair for 2+ years, she was ALWAYS down to try new toners, and delivered on that second process (using my k18 of course to avoid breakage). On top of that, she makes the effort to talk to her boss/coworkers for advice to help me get where I wanted to be. And I respect that because she wasn't pretending like she always had the answers, and made sure I went home with what I asked for. Plus it was great seeing the teamwork environment of the salon. The biggest takeaway from my experience here is, not only do I get what I'm asking for, but I'm being listened to and validated. Having reached out to and spoke to about 8 stylists before coming here, it is such a relief finally being in a place where I'm validated. Shout out to Casie for always being kind, a great conversationalist, for listening to my needs, in doing everything to deliver.

I was visiting family in Las Vegas and booked a last-minute appointment at Salon Rose for what was…read moreclearly confirmed in writing as "Base/Full Highlights" with Anne Norton. I selected a full head of highlights through their online booking system. When I arrived, I was informed that at this salon a "full head" consists of only 30 foils total. At the end of the consultation, Maya explained that if I wanted fuller blonde coverage, I should have booked a separate "Full Blonding" appointment instead. To be clear, I do not mind paying for quality work or premium pricing. The issue is not the cost -- it is calling 30 foils a "full head" of highlights. I have been getting highlights for years and have never encountered a salon that defines 30 foils as full coverage, especially for medium to thick hair. That number is typically considered a partial highlight at most salons. Because I was genuinely confused, I had my assistant contact 10 other salons in the Las Vegas and Henderson area to ask how they define a full head of highlights. Not one defined a full head as 30 foils. The consistent response was that 30 foils would be considered partial highlights, and a true full head involves significantly more coverage. I do want to note that the stylist who was scheduled to perform my service was not rude. However, the interaction became uncomfortable when another staff member spoke loudly about the situation in front of her own client. That felt unprofessional. The salon itself has a very neon pink, basic interior. It is not a luxury salon environment, which made the pricing structure and upsell approach feel even more surprising. What adds to the confusion is that while "Full Blonding" is listed as an option in their booking system, there is no description explaining how it differs from "Full Highlights." There is no breakdown of foil count or coverage level, so a client has no way of understanding that 30 foils is what they consider "full." If a salon chooses to structure services differently, that is completely fine -- but it should be clearly explained at booking. Clients selecting "Full Highlights" reasonably expect full coverage. I would strongly recommend clarifying foil count and service differences before scheduling here.

I have been to this salon several times; however, my last experience was horrendous enough to keep me away. Typically, at the end of the appointment, the stylist hands me the mirror to look at the back and then takes a photo. Neither happened, but I just figured it was because the appointment ran long. I regret not questioning. When I got home and put my hair up for bed, I found out that I am missing a large chunk of hair. It was literally burned off my head. I am shocked that this happened but more so saddened and appalled that my stylist didn't even give me the courtesy of telling me. Had she told me, I would have been more understanding, but she let me go home and discover it on my own, which, let me tell you, is a blow. To find a chunk of hair burned off your head with no warning is hard to put into words. She knew what she did; there is no chance she didn't, but rather than telling me she charged me, let me tip her and walk out the door. The dishonesty is a big one for me. I waited a week to calm down, but no regrowth of my hair and no words so far. A picture says a thousand words. read more

I found Ivon's work very different from your regular everyday pedicure. In a good way that is. Actually in a great way! She went to school in Israel where their whole concept and idea of a pedicure differs from anywhere else. Here you lay down for the thing and can close your eyes while Ivon transformed your feet into an awesome transformation using no razors and all natural amazing skills and techniques like I have never seen before. She is very nice and takes her time to make sure that your feet look great when you leave. She gives you tips on how to take care of your feet. I will go back to her any time. My mom got me an express pedicure for Christmas with Ivon and I have never had a more kind, thorough, or knowledgeable pedicurist before! She not only did a fantastic job with the service- she pointed out health factors like not being hydrated enough and how to avoid developing athlete's foot since I'm very active. This nail experience was one I have never experienced before being that I laid down throughout my whole pedicure and had warm towels around my neck smelled like aromatherapy to it even more relaxing then it already was. It was a little more time-consuming then most pedicures but was well worth I was highly satisfied with her work on my feet and my nails as well.
