They called me and told me it needs a new catalytic converter, a new battery (not even one year old), the battery terminals are bad, the front axel needs replacement, the whole bill almost $12k??? I told them to investigate why the lights come on all of a sudden, and please not build a new car for me. So they investigated and finally told me that if the battery, the terminals, the catalytic converter and the O2 sensor are replaced, the fault is gone. I paid $6,600 for these repairs. My daughter picks up the car, the next morning all the lights come back on??? I told her to check the oil and the water, make sure she has brakes, and drive it home over the weekend, so I can have a look at it. I have to say that I used to be a mechanic, so I understand cars well. But I spent one hour looking through the car, and found the Engine ground strap to be totally fallen apart (corrosion) and hanging on a threat. I spent $5 and ordered a pack of three new straps, cleaned it all up and connected the new one, all faults, lights, problems are gone. I told the garage that I don't think there is anything that wrong with the car, since it just came from a service, but they knew better and charged me to over $6k for stuff I didn't need. This is not the first time a garage totally overcharges me for stuff that didn't need to be done and I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship of Circle, who obviously only want to sell parts, but not help a student with their car by clearly assessing the problem and fix it at a fair price. The worst part, after telling me that the battery terminals are bad, they didn't replace them. Sadly I will never have her bring the car to Circle again while she is at college down there.

The reviews on line were great after I reached out so I decided to make the drive up from Maryland. A lot of the reviews mentioned out of state purchases and great service so I said why not. When I reached out the salesman was very forthcoming and we set up an appointment. He wasn't the person that helped me but they were prepared for me even with the traffic that I ran into. The reason that I didn't get the car was that it was missing a key feature due to a mis-print. Now what took this experience over the top was the fact that as a single woman I NEVER felt pressured to do anything. Casey my sales man could see my stress and actually walked away to give me time to think but was always available with any questions that I had. When we got to the finance team it was the same thing, I think his name was Anthony. They technically outnumbered me 2-1 and I didn't feel obligated to make a purchase and ultimately I didn't. They have become my new standard of care for all dealerships and I would rather patiently wait for them to get in the model I want instead of going to a local dealership.

I immediately returned the car and was told it was fixed, but they only cleared the light. It came back on after the drive cycle. This happened again after they sent it to another shop. They eventually had my car for over SIX WEEKS, yet the original issue was never fixed. The vehicle has since been to another shop twice, and the same error code continues to appear. Most disappointing of all, Belford Motor Company is refusing to honor the warranty, despite the problem starting just two days after purchase. I gave them multiple opportunities to make this right, but after months of dealing with this, I am extremely disappointed with their lack of accountability and customer service.
